Abstract
Dispositif de contrôle non destructif d’une pièce par ultrasons configuré pour émettre au moins un faisceau de contrôle d’une pièce orientable et au moins un faisceau de contrôle d’un couplage L'invention a pour objet un dispositif de contrôle non destructif comprenant : au moins une sonde à ultrasons (34) ; une commande pour modifier la position angulaire de la sonde à ultrasons (34) autour d’un axe de pivotement (A40) ; au moins un premier élément émetteur, solidaire de la sonde à ultrasons (34), configuré pour émettre un premier faisceau ultrasonore incident (36) selon une première direction d’émission formant un angle d’incidence avec une surface de couplage (F32) en fonction de la position angulaire de la sonde à ultrasons (34) ; au moins un deuxième élément émetteur (66) configuré pour émettre un deuxième faisceau ultrasonore incident (38) selon une deuxième direction d’émission perpendiculaire à la deuxième surface de couplage (F32), quelle que soit la position angulaire de la sonde à ultrasons (34) autour de l’axe de pivotement (A40). Ce dispositif de contrôle non destructif permet de contrôler une pièce tout en contrôlant la qualité du couplage avec la pièce. Figure 6
