Abstract

Un procédé de fabrication par injection puis parachèvement, dans lequel on dispose d’une presse d’injection, d’une unité de parachèvement, de moyens de transfert des pièces entre la presse et l’unité de parachèvement, on dispose de matière plastique brute, apte à fabriquer les pièces et de matériau de parachèvement, apte à parachever les pièces brutes injectées, avec la presse d’injection, on réalise des pièces injectées brutes, puis, avec l’unité de parachèvement, on revêt tout ou partie de la face extérieure de la pièce injectée brute, ou le cas échéant marquée à chaud, d’au moins une couche du matériau de parachèvement, dans lequel le site d’injection et le site de parachèvement sont un seul et même site d’injection / parachèvement, et dans lequel l’unité de parachèvement a un ordre de grandeur OV de la cadence maximale CV égal à l’ordre de grandeur OP de la cadence maximale CP de la presse.
