Abstract

Cette presse permet de réaliser des pièces monobloc formées de plusieurs matières à mouler différentes. Elle comprend des unités de fermeture parallèles et autonomes, avec un moule et sa busette d'alimentation, et deux unités d'injection diamétralement opposées, montées sur un support commun mobile en rotation autour d'un axe situé entre les deux unités de fermeture. Chaque unité d'injection reçoit dans sa trémie d'alimentation une matière à mouler différente de celle de l'autre unité d'injection et peut, par une rotation de 180 degrés , être amenée en regard de l'une ou l'autre des deux unités de fermeture. On réalise ainsi dans un même moule des pièces formées de deux matières, en injectant ces deux matières par la même busette d'alimentation Une application particulière est le moulage de joints hydrauliques formés d'un noyau central et de deux bagues anti-extrusion.
