Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de compensation des frottements secs dans un asservissement de position d’un actionneur à volet piloté par un moteur électrique selon une consigne de commande de tension prédéterminée en ouverture ou en fermeture vers une position de repos intermédiaire à un angle d’ouverture de repos (θ0) prédéterminé du volet bloqué du fait de frottements secs avant une atteinte de la position de repos intermédiaire. Il est prédéterminé expérimentalement un seuil de vitesse angulaire (ωs) lors de l’arrêt avant atteinte de la position de repos du fait des frottements secs, une vitesse angulaire (ω) et un angle d’ouverture (θ) en vigueur du volet étant mesurés. Quand la vitesse en vigueur (ω) est inférieure au seuil de vitesse (ωs), il est ajouté à la consigne de commande de tension prédéterminée un terme correctif (uf) des frottements secs permettant au volet d’atteindre sa position de repos intermédiaire.
