Abstract

Un dispositif de protection (1), équipe un siège de véhicule (2) comprenant un dossier (3) couplé à une assise (4), et comprend : un sac (5) gonflable, installé dans un côté latéral interne (9) du dossier (3) en étant initialement replié, et associé à un déclencheur pyrotechnique (6) gonflant le sac (5) pour qu’il se déploie vers le haut et le bas et latéralement vers l’avant du siège (2), une pièce de retenue (7) souple, résistante et installée dans un côté latéral interne (12) de l’assise (4) en étant initialement repliée, et au moins une sangle de liaison (8-1) solidarisée fixement au sac (5) et à la pièce de retenue (7) afin d’être tirée par le sac (5) pendant son déploiement et de tirer la pièce de retenue (7) pour qu’elle se déploie vers le haut en direction du sac (5).
