Abstract
Un procédé de soudage par points au laser comprend : une première étape (W1) d'irradiation de plaques de métal superposées (11, 12, 13) avec un laser (L1) avec un premier diamètre d'irradiation (φ1), un axe optique d'un laser étant fixé sur une zone prédéterminée des plaques de métal de façon à chauffer les plaques de métal pour les faire fondre ; et une deuxième étape (Ws), continue à la première étape, d’irradiation des plaques de métal avec le laser (L1 à L2) avec une augmentation d'un diamètre d'irradiation du laser depuis le premier diamètre d'irradiation (φ1) jusqu’à un deuxième diamètre d'irradiation (φ2) progressivement ou par paliers, l'axe optique du laser étant fixé sur la zone prédéterminée, de manière à étendre une partie fondue (W1 à W2) des plaques de métal. L'augmentation du diamètre d'irradiation (φ1 à φ2) est obtenue par augmentation d'une valeur de défocalisation (d1 à d2) du laser. Figure de l’abrégé : figure 1
