Abstract

Le procédé comprend l'alimentation d'un voile fibreux (18) dans un dispositif de bouclage (42), l'accumulation des ondulations fibreuses sur une bande convoyeuse (46) pour former la couche fibreuse (14) et l'entraînement de la couche fibreuse (14) par la bande convoyeuse (46) suivant un axe machine (A-A'). Le procédé comporte la commande sélective par une unité de commande (50) de la vitesse de défilement de la bande convoyeuse (46) et la variation, lors de la formation de la couche fibreuse (14), de la vitesse de défilement pour faire varier localement la masse surfacique de la couche fibreuse (14) suivant l'axe machine (A-A'). La couche fibreuse (14) présente sur la bande convoyeuse (46) au moins une première région et une deuxième région de masses surfaciques différentes le long de l'axe machine (A-A').
