Abstract

Procédé de commande automatique de changements d'états d'un groupe motopropulseur (GMP) composé d'un moteur thermique accouplé à une transmission automatique disposant d'au moins un embrayage de coupure entre le moteur et les roues d'un véhicule, par échanges d'instructions inter-systèmes entre un calculateur du moteur (ECM) et un calculateur de transmission (ATCU), en vue de quitter un mode de déplacement normal en coupant le moteur à l'approche de l'arrêt, ou en ouvrant l'embrayage en vue d'entrer dans un mode de déplacement en roue libre avec le moteur tournant, caractérisé en ce que les instructions inter-systèmes échangées incluent la réalisation d'une coupure du moteur, d'une part en déplacement normal à vitesse élevée lors du relâchement de la pédale d'accélérateur avec le pied sur le frein, et d'autre part lors du déplacement en roue libre avec les pédales d'accélérateur et de frein relâchées.
