Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de contrôle d'un moteur suralimenté à allumage par compression, dont le turbocompresseur comprend un compresseur associé à une vanne de décharge à l'admission, et associé à un circuit de recirculation partielle des gaz d'échappement à l'admission du moteur. Selon l'invention, lorsque le moteur fonctionne à l'état non allumé, en l'absence d'injection de carburant, on ferme la vanne d'admission des gaz du moteur. On peut en outre ouvrir la vanne de décharge à l'admission. On ajuste en outre la position d'une vanne apte à augmenter la recirculation des gaz d'échappement à l'admission du moteur, par exemple avant de fermer la vanne d'admission. On réduit ainsi au maximum l'apport de gaz contenant de l'oxygène à un dispositif de dépollution du moteur, ce qui évite de le refroidir. On évite aussi le pompage du compresseur en ouvrant la vanne de décharge à l'admission.
