Abstract
Procédé de fabrication d'un aimant permanent comprenant au moins les étapes successives suivantes : a) Préparation d'une pièce comprenant des particules (1) et un liant organique ou un lubrifiant, b) Réalisation d'un premier traitement thermique à une première température Td de manière à éliminer le liant organique ou le lubrifiant, c) Réalisation d'un second traitement thermique à une deuxième température Tf, supérieure à la première température Td, de manière à fritter les particules pour obtenir l'aimant permanent, les particules (1) comprenant un cur (2) recouvert par un revêtement métallique (3), le cur (2) étant en un matériau magnétique à base de terres rares, tel que NdFeB, ou SmCo, ou en un matériau non magnétique à base de terres rares susceptible de former un matériau magnétique par réaction avec le revêtement métallique (3) lors de l'étape de c).
