L'invention porte principalement sur une machine électrique tournante (10), notamment pour véhicule automobile, comportant: - une première chambre de refroidissement (114) agencée pour permettre la circulation d'un liquide de refroidissement pour assurer un refroidissement du stator, caractérisée en ce que - la première chambre de refroidissement (114) est délimitée par une face interne d'un des paliers (17) et une face externe de l'autre palier (16), - et en ce que l'un des paliers (16) se prolonge par un carter (107) d'un réducteur de vitesse (99), ledit carter (107) du réducteur de vitesse (99) comportant au moins un logement agencé pour recevoir au moins un pignon du réducteur de vitesse (99) destiné à engrener avec un pignon correspondant de l'arbre de la machine électrique tournante (10).
