Abstract

The invention relates to a fastening device (5) for a guardrail on a prefabricated wall (1), this device (5) comprising: - a support (6) which comprises anchoring means (7) for anchoring this support (6) in the material of the prefabricated wall (1) and at least one threaded orifice (8; 8 '); - a plate (9), which comprises a railing or which comprises means for receiving (10) a railing, and which comprises at least one through hole (11; 11 '); at least one fixing screw (12; 12 ') designed to pass through the at least one through hole (11; 11') of the plate (9) and to cooperate by screwing with the at least one threaded orifice (8; ') of the support (6), this for the fixing of the plate (9) on the support (6). The invention also relates to a prefabricated wall (1) comprising at least one such fixing device (5).

Description

The present invention relates to a device for fixing a railing on a prefabricated wall and to a prefabricated wall comprising at least one such fastening device.

This invention relates to the field of the building and will find a particular use when it is a question of fixing, temporarily, a railing on a prefabricated wall.

Already known, devices designed to allow the attachment, on a prefabricated wall, a railing or a plate designed to receive such a railing. Such a device adopts the form of an assembly consisting of an anchor or the like and a screw, screwed inside of such an ankle, this for fixing, on the wall, said railing or said plate.

A first disadvantage of such a device is that the establishment of such an ankle within the prefabricated wall requires, beforehand, the drilling of this prefabricated wall. Such drilling proves to be a tedious operation because of the material and reinforcements used for the realization of this wall. In addition, such drilling may involve intervention at height which requires the use of appropriate equipment and / or take special precautions to ensure the safety of the operator in charge of such drilling.

Another disadvantage is that the immobilization of such an ankle inside the wall requires the use of pegs of a particular type, including chemical sealing, whose cost is high.

Yet another disadvantage is that, at a later stage of the construction of the building, it is necessary to disassemble the railing, this by removing the screw of the fastening device which has the effect of leaving visible the peg as well that the receiving hole of this peg, or a part of the material that has sealed this peg. It is then necessary to remove the traces of the fixing of the railing, which implies an additional intervention on the prefabricated wall, which is carried out in height, this with the disadvantages mentioned above.

There is, again, another fixing device comprising at least one socket, embedded in the material of a skin of the wall, and closed by a plug. This sleeve and its plug are positioned in a mold in which is poured the material intended to form the skin of the wall, so that the plug is flush with the outer surface of the skin of the wall. When setting up a railing or a reception plate of this railing, it is proceeded to the removal of the cap and the fixing, on the skin of the wall, said railing or said platinum, this by screwing a screw inside the socket. Again, such an implementation may involve an operation at height with the disadvantages mentioned above.

In addition, after dismantling the railing or the receiving plate, the removal of the screw reveals the socket or, at least, the orifice of this sleeve. It is advisable, then, to obscure the presence of this socket and / or its orifice which is achieved by a finishing operation of the wall which, on the one hand, constitutes an additional operation and, on the other hand and again , involves intervention at height with the disadvantages mentioned above.

The present invention is intended to overcome the disadvantages of fasteners of the state of the art. For this purpose, the invention relates to a device for fixing a guardrail on a prefabricated wall.

This device comprises: a support which comprises anchoring means for anchoring said support in the material of the prefabricated wall and at least one threaded orifice; a plate, which comprises a railing or which comprises means for receiving a railing, and which comprises at least one through hole; - At least one fastening screw adapted to pass through the at least one through-hole of the plate and to cooperate by screwing with the at least one threaded hole of the support, this for the fixing of the plate on the support.

Another feature is that the support comprises, on the one hand, a first wing, constituting at least partly the anchoring means, and extending in a first plane, on the other hand, a second wing, comprising or the tapped orifices, and extending in a second plane parallel to the first plane and, secondly, a connecting portion for connecting the first wing and the second wing.

An additional feature is that the plate has protective means to protect the fixing screw (s) against contact with a construction material.

Yet another feature is that the plate has support means to allow the plate to bear on the upper edge of the wall.

An additional feature is that the plate has guide means for guiding the fixing screw (s) towards the threaded hole (s) of the support. In fact, these guide means are constituted by at least one guide channel defined by a part of the protection means and by a part of the support means. The invention also relates to a prefabricated wall comprising, on the one hand, at least one skin made of a hydraulic material and, on the other hand, at least one device for fixing a railing. In this prefabricated wall the at least one fixing device has the characteristics described above.

In fact, in this prefabricated wall, at least a portion of the first support wing of such a fixing device extends inside the skin of the prefabricated wall or of one of the skins of the prefabricated wall, this in a first plane at least parallel to a plane according to which this skin extends while the second wing of the support of such a fastener extends laterally and externally with respect to the skin of this wall inside of which extends the first wing of the support of this fixing device, this in a second plane, on the one hand, parallel to the plane along which this skin extends and, on the other hand, extending outwardly with respect to this skin. The invention also relates to a prefabricated wall as mentioned above and comprising, on the one hand, two skins, made of a hydraulic material, connected together by connecting means, and positioned at a determined distance from one another. other in order to define an internal volume to said prefabricated wall. In this prefabricated wall, the at least one fixing device has the characteristics described above and the first support wing of such a fixing device extends inside one of the two skins of the prefabricated wall while that the second wing of the support of such a fixing device extends in the extension of the internal volume of the prefabricated wall, this laterally and externally with respect to this skin of the prefabricated wall.

Thus, the fixing device comprises a support comprising means for anchoring this device in the material of the prefabricated wall. This makes it possible, advantageously and to equip such a prefabricated wall with such a support, to position this support in a mold during factory manufacture of the prefabricated wall and avoids having to drill such a prefabricated wall (or even to seal an ankle) and / or intervene in height.

Such a fixing device also comprises a plate comprising protection means for protecting the fixing screw or screws against contact with a construction material. Such protection means advantageously make it possible to prevent such a screw from being blocked by such a construction material and to always preserve the possibility of actuating such a screw, more particularly with a view to its removal.

The plate of this fixing device also comprises guiding means for guiding the fixing screw (s) towards the threaded hole (es) of the support. The presence of these guide means advantageously makes it possible to ensure proper positioning of the fixing screw or screws relative to the support, more particularly with respect to the threaded orifice or to the threaded orifices that this support comprises.

Advantageously, these guiding means consist of at least one guiding channel defined by a part of the protection means as well as by a part of support means, which comprises the plate, and which are designed to allow this plate to take support on the upper edge of the wall. The invention also relates to a prefabricated wall comprising at least one skin made of a hydraulic material and at least one fixing device having the characteristics described above. In particular, this fixing device comprises a second wing, comprising at least one threaded orifice, and extending, on the one hand, laterally and outwardly with respect to the skin of the wall inside which extends the first wing of such a fixing device, and, secondly, in a second plane, parallel to the plane along which said skin extends, and extending externally relative to this skin.

Such a feature advantageously allows a positioning of another prefabricated wall over the prefabricated wall comprising the fixing device or devices, this without such a fixing device hinders such a superposition.

This characteristic also makes it possible to position the support of such a fastening device so that the threaded hole or openings, which such a support comprises, are not visible on the front and / or outer face of the prefabricated wall, this after withdrawal. of the fixing screw or screws and, therefore, after dismantling the railing or the receiving plate of such a railing. Since this or these orifices are not visible, it is not necessary to ensure the occultation by additional intervention, especially performed in height. Other objects and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following description relating to embodiments which are given by way of indicative and non-limiting examples.

The present invention relates to the field of the building and will find a particular use when it is a question of fixing, temporarily, a railing on a prefabricated wall.

In fact, such a prefabricated wall 1 comprises at least one skin (2; 2 ') made of a hydraulic material, more particularly constituted by concrete.

According to a first type of embodiment not shown, such a prefabricated wall 1 comprises a single skin 2, made of such a hydraulic material, and extending in a plane.

According to a second type of embodiment, such a prefabricated wall 1 comprises, on the one hand, two skins (2; 2 '), made of a hydraulic material (more particularly constituted by concrete), connected together by connecting means. (not shown), and positioned at a determined distance one (2; 2 ') from the other (2'; 2) so as to define an internal volume 3 to said prefabricated wall 1.

The two skins (2; 2 ') of this prefabricated wall 1 extend each in a plane while the planes along which these two skins (2; 2') extend are parallel.

A first embodiment of this second embodiment relates to a prefabricated wall 1 whose internal volume 3 is devoid of a layer of an insulating material. Such a prefabricated wall 1 is usually known as "precoated wall", "conventional precast wall", or "integrated form wall" (ICM).

A second embodiment of this second embodiment, illustrated in the figures in the appendix, relates to a prefabricated wall 1 comprising a panel 4, made of a thermal insulating material (rockwool, polystyrene, polyurethane or the like), positioned at a distance of interior of the internal volume 3 of the prefabricated wall 1, this close to a 2 of the skins (2; 2 ') of the prefabricated wall 1 or applied against this skin 2. Such a prefabricated wall 1 is usually known as "thermal precoated wall" or "insulating integrated form wall" (MCII). The invention relates, in fact, a fastening device 5 for fixing a railing (not shown) on a prefabricated wall 1 as described above.

Such a fixing device 5 comprises a support 6 which comprises, on the one hand, anchoring means 7 for anchoring the support 6 in the material of the prefabricated wall 1 and, on the other hand, at least one threaded orifice (8 8 ').

As can be seen in FIGS. 1 to 3, said support 6 comprises, on the one hand, a first flange 60 constituting at least part of the anchoring means 7, and extending in a first plane, on the other hand a second wing 61, including the threaded orifices (8; 8 '), and extending along a second plane parallel to the first plane and, secondly, a connecting portion 62 for connecting the first wing 60 and the second wing 61.

In fact and as visible in these Figures 1 to 3, the first flange 60 is in the extension of the connecting portion 62 and extends from one end of this connecting portion 62, this in a given direction . The second wing 61 is also in the extension of the connecting portion 62 and extends from an opposite end (more particularly opposite to that from which the first flange 60 extends) of this connecting portion. 62, this in a direction opposite to that of the first wing 60.

More precisely, this first wing 60 and this second wing 61 extend from the connecting portion 62, in a direction perpendicular to a general direction along which this connecting portion 62 extends.

As can be seen in FIG. 2, this support 6 has an "S" section.

According to a preferred embodiment, this support 6 is made from a plate (in particular metal) by deformation (in particular by folding).

Another feature is that said support 6 further comprises an anchoring member 70, constituting part of the anchoring means 7, equipping the first flange 60 of the support 6, and extending from this first flange 60 of the support 6.

Said anchoring member 70 extends in a plane parallel to the first plane according to which the first flange 60 of the support 6 extends. This anchoring member extends, preferably, in a direction opposite to that in which s 'extends the first wing 60.

Anyway, said anchoring member 70 is secured to the first flange 60 of the support 6, more particularly by a weld.

Such an anchoring member 70 is constituted by at least one rod or (and preferably as visible in Figures 1 to 3 annexed) by a piece adopting a shape "U" and having two rods, including parallel.

The fixing device 5 further comprises a plate 9, which comprises a railing (not shown) or (and preferably as visible in the appended figures) which comprises receiving means 10 for receiving such a railing (not shown)

As can be seen in FIG. 5, such receiving means 10 may take the form of a groove (in particular of "T" section) designed adapted to cooperate with a rib (or the like) that comprises or equips a guard. body (not shown). It is, more particularly, an anterior side, that comprises said plate 9, which then comprises such receiving means 10.

Said platen 9 also comprises at least one through orifice (11; 11 ').

The fastening device 5 also comprises at least one fastening screw (12; 12 ') designed to pass through the at least one through hole (11; 11') of the plate 9 and to cooperate by screwing with the at least one a threaded orifice (8; 8 ') of the support 6, this for fixing the plate 9 on the support 6 and, consequently, the fixing of the railing on the prefabricated wall 1.

Another feature is that the plate 9 has protection means 13 for protecting the fixing screw or screws (12; 12 ') against contact with a construction material.

In fact, such a building material may consist of the material (more particularly constituted by concrete) of a slab cooperating with the prefabricated wall 1 which comprises said fixing device 5.

This construction material may also be constituted by the material (especially concrete) for filling the internal volume 3 of a prefabricated wall 1 (which comprises said fixing device 5, in particular an insulating prefabricated wall 1) or a horizontal joint between two prefabricated walls 1 superimposed (and whose prefabricated wall 1 lower includes said fixing device 5).

Finally, this building material may, again, be constituted by the material of construction of a skin of a prefabricated wall superimposed on the prefabricated wall 1 which comprises said fixing device 5.

In fact, these protection means 13 advantageously make it possible to prevent a screw (12; 12 ') from being blocked (in particular by being embedded, even anchored, in the concrete or by being crushed by a skin of a superimposed prefabricated wall) and thus always preserve the possibility of actuating such a screw (12; 12 '), more particularly with a view to its removal.

As can be seen in FIGS. 4 to 6, the protection means 13 consist of a deflector 130, integral with the plate 9 (in particular by a weld), and extending laterally from this plate 9, more particularly in a direction generally perpendicular to a plane along which this plate 9 extends.

It will be observed that this deflector 130 extends from a rear side of the plate 9, opposite the front side of this plate 9 having the aforementioned receiving means 10.

In fact, this deflector 130 extends, from this plate 9, towards the support 6, this in the fixing position of this plate 9 on this support 6.

As visible in FIGS. 4 and 5, said deflector 130 comprises a flange 131 and two flaps (132; 132 ') lying in the extension of the flange 131 and each extending from one end lateral of this wing 131.

In fact, said wing 131 extends from the plate 9, this in a direction perpendicular to the plane along which this plate 9 extends.

Said flaps (132; 132 ') extend, on the one hand, from said plate 9 and, on the other hand, from said wing 131, this in the same direction and / or in a substantially perpendicular direction to a plane along which said wing 131 extends.

In fact, said deflector 130 has an inverted "ü" section.

As can be seen in FIG. 5, the wing 131 is positioned upstream of the through-orifice 11 or the through holes (11; 11 ') of the plate 9 while the flaps (132; 132') are positioned from and other of this through orifice 11 or of these through orifices (11; 11 ') and extend downstream of the wing 131, this in the service position of the plate 9.

It follows that the through orifice 11 or the through orifices (11; 11 ') are positioned, on the one hand, between the flaps (132; 132') of the deflector 130 and, on the other hand, below said wing 131.

Another feature is that at least a portion of the baffle 130 has a flush shape. Indeed and as visible in Figure 6, the flaps (132; 132 ') of the deflector 130 extend from the plate 9, this converging. Such a flank shape advantageously makes it possible to dismantle the fastening device 5, more particularly the removal of the plate 9 from a gap formed between two prefabricated walls 1 superimposed, or at least partly reinforced with a material of construction (including concrete).

Yet another characteristic is that the plate 9 comprises support means 14 to allow the plate 9 to bear on the upper edge of the prefabricated wall 1, more particularly on the upper edge of a skin 2 (especially the outer skin 2) of this prefabricated wall 1.

As can be seen in the appended figures, these support means 14 are constituted by a channel 140 secured to the plate 9 (in particular by a weld) and extending laterally from this plate 9, more particularly in a direction generally. perpendicular to a plane according to which this plate 9 extends.

It will be observed that this channel 140 extends from the rear side of the plate 9, opposite to the front side of this plate 9 having the aforementioned receiving means 10.

In fact, this channel 140 extends, from this plate 9, towards the support 6, this in the fixing position of this plate 9 on the support 6.

As can be seen in FIGS. 4 and 5, said channel 140 comprises a flange 141 and two flaps (142; 142 ') lying in the extension of the flange 141 and each extending from one end side of this wing 141.

In fact, said wing 141 extends from the plate 9, this in a direction perpendicular to the plane along which this plate 9 extends.

This wing 141 has a bearing surface 143 designed to bear on the upper edge of the prefabricated wall 1.

Said flaps (142; 142 ') extend, on the one hand, from said plate 9 and, on the other hand, from said wing 141, this in the same direction and / or in a substantially perpendicular direction to a plane along which said wing 131 extends and / or in a direction perpendicular to the plane along which this plate 9 extends and / or parallel to each other and / or in the direction of the wing 131 of the protection means 13.

In fact, said channel 140 has a section "ü".

As can be seen in FIG. 5, the flange 141 is positioned downstream of the through orifice 11 or the through holes (11; 11 ') of the plate 9 while the flaps (142; 142') are positioned between these through openings (11; 11 ') and extend upstream of the wing 141, in the service position of the plate 9.

It follows that the flaps (142; 142 ') of the channel 140 are positioned between the through holes (11; 11') while the flange 141 of this channel 140 is positioned below these through holes (11; '). This allows, advantageously and when the plate 9 rests on the upper edge of the prefabricated wall 1, the fixing screw 12 or the fixing screws (12; 12 ') to be positioned in the gap between two prefabricated walls 1 superimposed.

According to another characteristic, said channel 140 is surmounted by the deflector 130 which cap, in fact, said channel 140 which extends over the entire of this channel 140. The flange 141 of the channel 140 is substantially parallel to the flange 131 of the baffle 130 of the protection means 13 while the flaps (142; 142 ') of the gutter 140 extend towards the flange 131 of the deflector 130 of these protection means 13.

Another characteristic of the fixing device 5 consists in that the plate 9 comprises guide means 15 for guiding the fastening screw 12 or the fastening screws (12; 12 ') in the direction of the threaded orifice (8; ') of the support 6.

In fact, such guide means 15 consist of at least one guide channel defined by a part of the protection means 13 as well as by a part of the support means 14.

More specifically, such a guide channel is defined, on the one hand, by the flaps (131; 131 ') of the deflector 130 of the protection means 13, on the other hand, by the flaps (142, 142') of the gutter 140 support means 14 and, secondly, by a portion of the wing 131 of the deflector 130 of these protection means 13.

Finally, the plate 9 comprises, again, guide means for guiding a prefabricated wall 1 superimposed, this during the positioning thereof over a prefabricated wall 1 comprising the fixing device 5 comprising said plate 9.

In fact, these guide means are constituted by a portion of the rear side of the plate 9, opposite to the front side of this plate 9 comprising the receiving means 10, and comprising the protection means 13 and / or the support means 14.

It will be observed that this posterior side portion is preferably constituted by an upper portion of such a posterior side extending from said protection means 13 and towards a free end of this plate 9. In this respect it will be noted that when the plate 9 is fixed on the support 6, the posterior side of this plate 9 is applied against one face of the skin (2; 2 ') of the prefabricated wall 1. The guiding means allow, then, to guide the prefabricated wall 1 superimposed that comes, then also applied against the rear side of the plate 9, so that these prefabricated walls 1 are, then advantageously, aligned. The invention also relates to a prefabricated wall 1, on the one hand, having the characteristics described above (in particular at least one skin 2; 2 'made of a hydraulic material) and, on the other hand, less a device 5 for fixing a railing, said at least one fastening device 5 having the characteristics described above.

In particular, said at least one attachment device 5 comprises said first wing 60 and said second wing 61 of the support 6 of such a fixing device 5.

In this prefabricated wall 1, at least a part (preferably all) of the first flange 60 of the support 6 of such a fastening device 5 extends inside the skin 2 of the prefabricated wall 1 (plus particularly when the latter 1 reinforces a single skin 2) or one 2 of the skins (2; 2 ') of the prefabricated wall 1 (more particularly the outer skin 2 of this prefabricated wall 1 when the latter 1 reinforces two skins 2, 2 '), this in a first plane at least parallel to the plane along which this skin 2 extends while the second wing 61 of the support 6 of such a fastener 5 extends laterally and externally with respect to the skin 2 of this wall 1 inside which 2 extends the first wing 60 of the support 6 of this fixing device 5, this in a second plane, on the one hand, parallel to the plane according to which extends this skin 2 and, on the other hand, extending outwardly with respect to this skin 2.

In fact, this second plane (according to which extends the second flange 61 of the support 6) is offset laterally with respect to the skin 2 of the prefabricated wall 1 within which 2 extends the first flange 60 of the support 6 and / or with respect to the upper edge of this prefabricated wall 1.

More particularly, as mentioned above and according to the second embodiment, said prefabricated wall 1 comprises, on the one hand, two skins (2; 2 '), made of a hydraulic material, connected to each other (2; ') by means of connection, and positioned at a determined distance from each other so as to define the internal volume 3 to said prefabricated wall 1. On the other hand, this prefabricated wall 1 comprises at least one fixing device 5 of a railing, said at least one fastening device 5 has the characteristics described above.

In particular, the first wing 60 of the support 6 of such a fixing device 5 extends inside one of the two skins (2; 2 ') of the prefabricated wall 1 while the second wing 61 of the support 6 of such a fastening device 5 extends in the extension of the internal volume 3 of the prefabricated wall 1, this laterally and externally with respect to this skin 2 of the prefabricated wall 1. Here again, the first flange 60 of the support such a fixing device 5 extends inside the skin 2 of the prefabricated wall 1, this in a first plane at least parallel to a plane along which this skin 2 extends.

According to a second embodiment of the second embodiment of the prefabricated wall 1 described above, the prefabricated wall 1 is an insulating prefabricated wall 1 and comprises the panel 4, made of a thermal insulating material, positioned inside the volume internal wall 3, this near a 2 of the skin (2; 2 ') of the wall 1 or applied against this skin 2.

In this case, the second flange 61 of the support 6 of such a fastener 5 extends in the extension of this insulating panel 4, as shown in FIG. 2.

As mentioned above, this second wing 61 of the support 6 extends laterally and externally with respect to the skin 2 of this wall 1, this in the second plane, on the one hand, parallel to the plane in which extends said skin 2 and, on the other hand, extending outwardly with respect to this skin 2. Again, this second plane is offset laterally with respect to the skin 2 of the insulating prefabricated wall 1 and / or with respect to the upper edge of the this prefabricated insulating wall 1.

Prefabricated wall (1) comprising, on the one hand, at least one skin (2; 2 ') made of a hydraulic material and, on the other hand, at least one fixing device (5) of a guard body, characterized in that the at least one fastening device (5) is in accordance with any one of the preceding claims. 11. Prefabricated wall (1) according to claim 10, characterized in that the at least one fastening device (5) according to claim 2 and at least a portion of the first flange (60) of the support ( 6) of such a fixing device (5) extends inside the skin (2) of the prefabricated wall (1) or of one of the skins (2; 2 ') of the prefabricated wall (1) in a first plane at least parallel to a plane along which this skin (2; 2 ') extends, whereas the second wing (61) of the support (6) of such a fastening device (5) is extends laterally and externally with respect to the skin (2; 2 ') of this wall (1) inside which extends the first flange (60) of the support (6) of this fixing device (5), this according to a second plane, on the one hand, parallel to the plane along which this skin (2; 2 ') extends and, on the other hand, extending outwardly with respect to this skin (2; 2'). 12. Prefabricated wall (1) according to claim 10 and comprising two skins (2; 2 '), made of a hydraulic material, connected together by connection means, and positioned at a determined distance one (2; 2; ') of the other (2'; 2) so as to define an internal volume (3) to said prefabricated wall, characterized in that the at least one fixing device (5) is in accordance with claim 2 and that the first wing (60) of the support (6) of such a fixing device (5) extends inside one of the two skins (2; 2 ') of the prefabricated wall (1) while the second wing (60) of the support (6) of such a fixing device (5) extends in the extension of the internal volume (3) of the prefabricated wall (1), this laterally and externally with respect to this skin (2; 2 ') of the prefabricated wall (1). 13. Prefabricated wall (1) according to claim 12, characterized in that conqporte a panel (4), made of a thermal insulating material, positioned inside the internal volume (3) of the wall (1), this close to one of the skins (2; 2 ') of the wall (1) or applied against this skin (2; 2'), while the second flange (61) of the support (6) of the at least one device fastening (5) extends in the extension of this insulating panel (4).
