Abstract

Il est connu, notamment du document FR 2 985 960 A1, de réaliser un système de montage d'un cache-bagages de véhicule automobile sur deux ébénisteries latérales de coffre dudit véhicule, ledit système comprenant ledit cache bagages et lesdites ébénisteries, ledit cache-bagages comprenant : - un rideau souple rétractable comprenant un bord avant et un bord arrière, - un dispositif de rappel dudit rideau associé audit bord avant, de sorte que ledit rideau soit mobile entre une configuration rétractée de rangement et une configuration déployée de recouvrement des bagages, - une bavette de rigidification associée le long dudit bord arrière, ladite bavette étant pourvue sur chacune de ses extrémités latérales : - d'un moyen fixe de verrouillage, - d'un patin de glissement monté par l'intermédiaire d'un ressort, de sorte que ledit patin puisse débattre verticalement par rapport à ladite bavette par compression dudit ressort, lesdites ébénisteries comprenant chacune : - une piste horizontale de réception d'un patin en coulissement, - une butée de verrouillage intégrée à une paroi supérieure de manière à surplomber l'arrière de ladite piste, ledit moyen de verrouillage entrant en coopération avec ladite butée, sous l'action du ressort correspondant, par mise dudit rideau en configuration déployée, le dégagement dudit moyen de ladite butée se faisant par appui exercé vers le bas sur ladite bavette de façon à l'abaisser pour permettre un retour dudit rideau en configuration rétractée. Pour en assurer un bon fonctionnement, il est nécessaire de prévoir un écart vertical important, par exemple de l'ordre de 20 mm, entre les pistes et parois supérieures, ce qui confère aux ébénisteries un encombrement accru et une esthétique dégradée. Et ce problème est d'autant plus accentué que les parois supérieures s'étendent sensiblement tout au long des pistes, de manière à empêcher un dégagement de la bavette par le haut lors des manoeuvres de rétraction et de déploiement du rideau. En référence aux figures, on décrit un système 1 de montage d'un cache-bagages 2 de véhicule automobile sur deux ébénisteries 3 latérales de coffre dudit véhicule, ledit système comprenant ledit cache bagages et lesdites ébénisteries, ledit cache-bagages comprenant : - un rideau 4 souple rétractable comprenant un bord avant 5 et un bord arrière 6, - un dispositif de rappel 7 - comprenant par exemple un axe, non représenté, d'enroulement dudit rideau actionné en enroulement par un moyen ressort non représenté - dudit rideau associé audit bord avant, de sorte que ledit rideau soit mobile entre une configuration rétractée de rangement et une configuration déployée de recouvrement des bagages, - une bavette 8 de rigidification associée le long dudit bord arrière, ladite bavette étant pourvue sur chacune de ses extrémités latérales : - d'un doigt 9 transversal fixe de verrouillage saillant latéralement, - d'un patin 10 - notamment en matière plastique - de glissement monté par l'intermédiaire d'une lame ressort 11 - ici horizontale - saillant latéralement, de sorte que ledit patin puisse débattre verticalement par rapport à ladite bavette par flexion de ladite lame, lesdites ébénisteries comprenant chacune : - une piste 12 horizontale de réception d'un patin 10 en coulissement, - une butée 13 de verrouillage intégrée à une paroi supérieure 14 de manière à surplomber l'arrière de ladite piste, ledit doigt entrant en coopération avec ladite butée, sous l'action de la lame 11 correspondante, par mise dudit rideau en configuration déployée, le dégagement dudit doigt de ladite butée se faisant par appui exercé vers le bas sur ladite bavette de façon à l'abaisser pour permettre un retour dudit rideau en configuration rétractée.
