Abstract

The system (1) has a luggage mask (2) and two wood workings (3) that are provided on a side of a luggage compartment. A curtain (4) is arranged for covering a luggage, where the covering is equipped with a front edge (5) and a rear edge (6). A curtain arrangement device (7) is associated to the front edge such that the curtain passes from a deployed usage configuration to a retracted arrangement configuration. A bottle neck is formed so as to ensure a transverse centering of the curtain arrangement device with regard to wood workings when the curtain reaches its retracted configuration.

Description

L'invention concerne un système de recouvrement des bagages d'un véhicule automobile. Il est connu, notamment du document EP-1 642 776, de réaliser un système de recouvrement des bagages d'un véhicule automobile, ledit système comprenant un cache bagages et deux ébénisteries latérales de compartiment à bagages, ledit cache-bagages comprenant : - un rideau de recouvrement des bagages pourvu d'un bord avant et d'un bord arrière, - un dispositif de rangement dudit rideau qui est associé audit bord avant, de sorte que ledit rideau puisse passer d'une configuration déployée d'utilisation à une configuration rétractée de rangement, - deux embouts de montage dudit cache bagages sur lesdites ébénisteries, lesdits embouts étant disposés en extrémités latérales dudit dispositif, - une bavette de rigidification dudit bord arrière, - deux doigts transversaux de blocage dudit rideau en configuration déployée, lesdits doigts étant montés latéralement de part et d'autre de ladite bavette, lesdits doigts étant montés coulissant entre une position rétractée et une position déployée, lesdits doigts étant actionnés par un ressort respectif vers leur position déployée, lesdites ébénisteries comprenant : - deux moyens de montage desdits embouts prévus respectivement en partie avant desdites ébénisteries, - deux moyens de réception desdits doigts prévus respectivement en partie arrière desdites ébénisteries, lesdits moyens étant agencés pour recevoir lesdits doigts en position déployée en empêchant un retour vers l'avant, de manière à bloquer ledit rideau en configuration déployée.The invention relates to a luggage recovery system of a motor vehicle. Avec l'agencement proposé, le centrage du dispositif de rangement est réalisé intégralement par les doigts de blocage du rideau en configuration déployée, lesdits doigts jouant une double fonction de blocage et de centrage. En effet, le fait que l'écart entre les parois s'amenuise vers l'avant de manière à former un goulot astreint le dispositif de rangement, même si les ressorts employés sont de faible puissance, à se centrer de manière bien plus efficace qu'en l'absence d'un tel goulot, un mauvais centrage initial étant corrigé du fait que le doigt le moins saillant, une fois arrivé en position rétractée, du fait de la présence du goulot, ne peut que suivre la paroi en opérant un recentrage dudit dispositif, le ressort n'étant plus mis à contribution. Un tel agencement permet d'assurer de manière particulièrement efficace un centrage transversal du dispositif de rangement par rapport aux ébénisteries lorsque ledit rideau est rétracté, et ceci en s'affranchissant de moyens spécifiques dédiés au centrage, ce qui simplifie le système et en diminue le coût. System (1) for covering the luggage of a motor vehicle, said system comprising a luggage cover (2) and two baggage room side cabinetry (3), said luggage cover comprising: - a curtain (4) covering the luggage compartment baggage provided with a front edge (5) and a rear edge (6), - a storage device (7) of said curtain which is associated with said front edge, so that said curtain can move from a deployed configuration of use in a retracted storage configuration, - two end pieces (8) for mounting said luggage cover on said cabinetry, said endpieces being disposed at lateral ends of said device, - a flap (9) for stiffening said rear edge, - two fingers ( 10) transverse blocking said curtain in deployed configuration, said fingers being mounted laterally on either side of said flap, said fingers being slidably mounted between a retracted position and an extended position. yé, said fingers being actuated by a respective spring towards their deployed position, said cabinetry comprising: - two mounting means (11) of said end pieces respectively provided in front of said cabinet-making, - two receiving means (12) of said fingers provided respectively in rear part of said cabinetry, said means being arranged to receive said fingers in the deployed position preventing a return to the front, so as to block said curtain in deployed configuration, said system being characterized in that the front of said cabinetry is provided with a first respective horizontal ramp (13) for guiding a respective finger (10), said ramp comprising a first lateral wall (14) receiving in support the corresponding finger (10) under the effect of the corresponding spring, said wall opening on a housing (15) in which deploys said finger when said curtain is brought into a re-configuration side, the gap between the walls (14) narrowing forwards, at least over part of their length, so as to form a first bottleneck causing a retraction of the fingers (10) as they advance in said neck, so as to ensure a transverse centering of said storage device relative to said cabinetry when said curtain reaches its retracted configuration. 2. Système selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que : - les embouts (8) et leurs moyens de montage (11) sont pourvus de butées (17) réciproques agencées de manière à permettre une insertion desdits embouts dans lesdits moyens moyennant une inclinaison desdits embouts par rapport à leur position nominale lorsque le cache bagages (2) est monté, lesdits embouts une fois insérés étant actionnés en rotation pour atteindre leur position nominale dans laquelle lesdites butées coopèrent entre elles pour bloquer ledit cache bagages en configuration montée, - l'avant des ébénisteries (3) est en outre pourvu d'une deuxième rampe (18) respective verticale de guidage d'un doigt (10) respectif, ladite rampe comprenant une deuxième paroi (19) latérale recevant en appui le doigt (10) correspondant sous l'effet du ressort correspondant, ladite paroi débouchant sur le logement (15) dans lequel se déploie ledit doigt lorsque la bavette (9) est amenée en position avancée, l'écart entre les parois (19) s'amenuisant vers le bas, au moins sur une partie de leur longueur, de manière à former un deuxième goulot d'étranglement entrainant une rétraction des doigts (10) à mesure qu'ils descendent sur les rampes (18) jusqu'à leur déploiement dans les logements (15), demanière à assurer un centrage transversal dudit cache bagages par rapport auxdites ébénisteries une fois qu'il est monté.3.
