Abstract
Dispositif technique pour une fenêtre adaptée aux toitures plates. L'invention concerne la conception d'une menuiserie adapté aux toitures plates de bâtiments, qui possède un style contemporain et qui améliore la thermique et la sécurité des usagers. Cette menuiserie est constituée d'un cadre métallique (1) qui, pour l'ouverture complète, coulisse sur des glissières (2) qui se prolongent sur la toiture. Ces glissières sont portées par des montants métalliques (3). L'ouverture est entrainée par un moteur électrique disposé dans un coffre métallique (5). Grâce à ce principe d'ouverture, les traverses (4) assemblant les plaques de verre sont affinées. De plus, il améliore la thermique du bâtiment et peut être employé comme moyen de désenfumage efficace. La pente importante de la fenêtre permet un bon écoulement de l'eau de pluie, améliorant son étanchéité. Mais donne aussi une hauteur et une surface pour un bon ensoleillement zénithale de la pièce du bâtiment pour le confort des usagers.Technical device for a window suitable for flat roofs. -1- L'invention en question concerne un dispositif de fenêtre de toits pour toitures plates, monté sur châssis métallique motorisé, permettant l'ouverture complète de la menuiserie. Ces menuiseries sont traditionnellement à base carré, de dimensions réduites ou s composées de montants (dormant/ouvrant) de sections importantes nuisant à leur esthétique. Tout comme leur surface vitrée qui forme un dôme ou une coupole pour créer la pente nécessaire à l'écoulement de l'eau de pluie. Leur ouverture se fait par un soulèvement, d'une faible hauteur, de l'ouvrant. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet d'améliorer en différents points ces in fenêtres pour toiture plate. En effet, la forme et le système d'ouverture de cette menuiserie la rendent d'avantage esthétique et fonctionnelle. Concernant la forme, il s'agit d'une « verrière à une pente », ce pan étant élevé de la toiture du bâtiment par une paroi verticale vitré disposée en son extrémité opposé. Les côtés, qui sont ainsi triangulaires, sont aussi vitrés. En plan la forme est libre, rectangulaire ou carré ; de côté elle forme un triangle.
