Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cladding and roofing element, a fastening element for fixing and assembling said cladding element, the kits of parts comprising said cladding element and said fixing means. The technique of cladding is a method that allows the protection of roofs and / or walls of a construction or substitution of the roof and / or walls. It is used more particularly in the context of agricultural, industrial and commercial buildings, but is growing more and more in the field of housing. Cladding is not only an element of protection, but it also has an aesthetic impact on the building. Cladding in general may be formed of, for example, vertical or horizontal slats of wood, asphalt shingles, metals or composite materials. There are many varieties of metal cladding boards, characterized by their shape, their color and the nature of their metal. One of the most used models in commercial or industrial buildings are galvanized steel siding boards. Aluminum is also used in coastal areas because it is more resistant to moisture and salt induced degradation. Metal cladding boards have many advantages over blades made of other materials, such as they are stronger, require little maintenance, and are fire and insect resistant. On the other hand, they consume a lot of energy during their production and transport, and they have little or no insulation. Composite cladding boards are also available, including asphalt cladding boards, fiber cement and before its GOTTI1-EN-1_TEXTE DEPOSE_SO / CD - 2 ban, asbestos. These cladding boards in composite materials have the advantage of being able to imitate the appearance of other cladding materials in areas where these materials are not usable (eg wood in areas infested by termites). In addition, the cost of these composite cladding boards is often lower than that of other boards. In order to improve their insulating properties, cladding boards can include on their inside a layer of insulation (eg glass wool, polystyrene, thin insulation) that fills all or part of the space between the outside and the outside. interior of the building. This represents an important advantage over other construction techniques because it allows to isolate from the outside a structure simultaneously with its construction. Currently, these blades are attached directly to the structure of the building, including beams (eg metal, wood) or intermediate amounts placed for this purpose on the main structure of the construction. It is also known to those skilled in the art cladding blades that are maintained via fasteners that are fixed integrally to the building structure. There may be mentioned the cladding system described in patent FR 2,562,591 which proposes a combination of shims intended to be fixed directly on the load-bearing structure of the building, suspension rails arranged horizontally on said wedges, and cladding elements which are simply hanging from said rails. In all these cases a seal must be put in place between the different blades to prevent the penetration of air or moisture. This seal may notably consist of a zone of overlap between the
GOTTI1-EN-1_TEXTE REMOVAL_SO / CD - 3 - different blades or by penetrating the blades into each other through ribs on one of the edges of the blade. Other seals have been proposed, mention may be made in particular of the cladding system described in patent FR 2,562,591, which includes cladding boards having longitudinal lips. Said lips of two adjacent panels are slid between the legs of an H-shaped rail, in which shims and seals are provided.
The present invention provides a cladding element or roof wide diffusion easy to implement, suitable for all constructions. This cladding element can especially be used as such for the finishing of agricultural and industrial buildings or superimposed another product used in closed and covered. The technique of fastening the panels is based on the interlocking of the cladding elements by means of a fastening element connected to the vertical uprights of the structure.

Ainsi, la présente invention concerne également, un élément de fixation pour un élément de bardage selon GOTTII-EN-1_TEXTE DEPOSE_SO / CD - 5 - buildings while having an economic argument of size to know to allow to close the constructions, while associating the production of electric current there. This product electric current can be consumed on site or sold on the distribution network. The double functionality of the product, which is the closure of buildings and the production of energy, will find a direct application in the construction of industrial buildings, agricultural or supermarket distribution. Accordingly, the present application also proposes a cladding or roofing element according to the invention, remarkable in that all or part of the front face of said cladding or roofing element is covered with one or more photovoltaic cells or all other photovoltaic products such as paint and encrusted products.
