Description

La présente invention concerne un récipient, notamment à usage alimentaire. Il est connu de réaliser un récipient comprenant un corps de récipient à ouverture supérieure, un manchon souple relié à l'ensemble de la périphérie du bord de cette ouverture, et une bague de manoeuvre reliée à l'ensemble de la périphérie 5 du bord libre du manchon. La bague de manoeuvre est apte à être pivotée par rapport au corps de récipient de façon à vriller ou dévriller le manchon, afin de placer ce dernier soit dans un état de vrillage, dans lequel ce manchon obture l'ouverture du corps de récipient, soit dans un état de non vrillage, dans lequel il libère cette ouverture, soit dans un état de vrillage partiel, dans lequel il obture partiellement 10 cette ouverture. De tels récipients sont très fréquemment réalisés avec une section circulaire et avec montage de la bague de manoeuvre sur le corps de récipient, ce qui est une forme facile à manipuler par l'utilisateur et permet une déformation uniforme du manchon sur le pourtour du corps de récipient et de la bague. Cette forme circulaire 15 a cependant pour inconvénient de limiter la contenance possible du récipient et de ne pas être très adaptée à contenir des produits alimentaires autres que des liquides ou similaires. En particulier, cette forme n'est guère adaptée à contenir des plats cuisinés. Pour remédier à ces inconvénients il a été imaginé par les demandes de brevet 20 N° 13 53418 et N° 13 53419, au nom de la demanderesse, de réaliser un tel récipient avec une forme carrée ou rectangulaire, conférant à ce récipient l'aspect d'une boîte, l'organe de manoeuvre du manchon étant alors un cadre. Il s'avère cependant que l'obtention d'une fermeture parfaitement étanche du récipient n'est pas obtenue dans tous les cas. 25 La présente invention vise à remédier à cet inconvénient essentiel. Le récipient concerné comprend, de manière connue en soi, un corps de récipient formant une ouverture, un manchon souple relié au corps de récipient au niveau de cette ouverture et un organe ajouré relié au manchon, formant également une ouverture, qui permet de vriller ou de dévriller ce manchon afin de fermer ou 30 d'ouvrir le récipient. Selon l'invention, ledit organe ajouré comprend un bras relié à lui de manière pivotante, comportant un ergot situé en un emplacement éloigné du point de pivotement de ce bras, l'ergot étant disposé de manière telle que, dans une position active du bras, il soit placé sensiblement au centre de l'ouverture délimité par l'organe ajouré et fasse saillie en direction du fond du corps de récipient, sensiblement perpendiculairement à ce fond ; le bras est pivotant entre cette position active et une position de rangement dans laquelle il est placé en retrait de ladite ouverture de l'organe ajouré. En pratique, lorsqu'il s'agit de fermer le récipient de manière étanche, le bras est amené en position active puis l'organe ajouré est pivoté de manière à réaliser le vrillage du manchon ; en fin de ce vrillage, le manchon vient s'appliquer autour de l'ergot et assurer l'obturation de l'ouverture qui risque de subsister au centre de ce manchon vrillé. L'inventeur a en effet pu constater que la forme carré ou rectangulaire du récipient pouvait conduire à la subsistance d'une ouverture au centre du manchon vrillé, et qu'il n'était pas possible de clore cette ouverture par un vrillage excessif du manchon, au risque de détériorer le manchon. L'inventeur a alors conçu de clore cette ouverture par l'ergot et le bras pivotant conformes à l'invention, afin d'obtenir une fermeture étanche du récipient par l'application de la zone centrale du manchon vrillé autour de l'ergot, sans risque de détériorer le manchon. L'organe 4 est alors pivoté de manière à réaliser le vrillage du manchon 3 ; en fin de ce vrillage, le manchon vient s'appliquer autour de l'ergot 8 en prenant place dans le logement que celui-ci forme sur sa périphérie, cf. figure 3, ce qui permet d'assurer l'obturation de l'ouverture qui risquerait sinon de subsister au centre de ce manchon vrillé.
