Dans cette description, les termes de positionnement dans l'espace (transversal, haut, bas, longitudinal, latéral, avant, arrière, inférieur, dessus,...) sont pris en référence au système disposé en situation d'utilisation dans le véhicule. Avec l'agencement proposé, les logements de réception des embouts sont ouverts vers l'avant, et donc ne présentent pas de paroi avant. De ce fait, les embouts ne sont plus décalés vers l'arrière comme dans les réalisations de l'art antérieur.
