Abstract
Circuit de polarisation (104) pour un amplificateur de puissance de radiofréquence (102) destiné à fournir une tension de polarisation de courant continu (CC), avec une amplification de polarisation, à l'amplificateur (102), comprenant : un transistor de polarisation (128) constituant un miroir de courant avec un transistor d'amplificateur (116) de l'amplificateur (102); une première résistance (132) couplée entre la borne de grille et la borne de drain du transistor de polarisation (128) pour bloquer des signaux RF provenant de la borne de grille du transistor de polarisation ; et une deuxième résistance (136) couplée entre la borne de drain du transistor de polarisation et l'amplificateur.
