Description

La figure 2 représente le profil entre la liaison entre les deux panneaux..1. the present invention relates to a constructive system in order to avoid the errors related to the implementation while respecting the following DT0 31.2 (ETAG 19), by means of an assembled and pre-machined panel with pre-drilled holes in order to respect the intervals of fixations and to cancel all the errors of implementation and error of references. At the moment, the constructive systems require a specific knowledge or specialized knowledge for the implementation of these. There are a large number of parameters that can lead to errors of implementation "forget, use of bad materials or materials, error of measurement, calculation error or simply unsuitable products" Which causes litigation, but also system reliability issues. The concept consists in assembling a sandwich-type panel, in facing a braced and integrated rain-proof panel, against which a fireproof and water-repellent panel is associated with a vapor brake. Insulation will be injected at the factory for maximum fill. The said panel is also pre-drilled on its periphery in order to comply with the regulations and also to avoid wasted time during implementation on the site. The manufacturing is done as follows: - The operator deposits a first wooden plate inside each frame. The position of the plate will be obtained by reference shims fixed to the table, positioned at each corner of the wooden plate. - It sets up the bars to achieve the spacing of 120 mm between the two plates and the withdrawal of 40 mm of the foam. This operation is performed using a single crank placed at the end of the table or by the action on a push button if an automated principle is used. - He drops a second wooden plate on the spreader bars. - Once the table under the press, the operator fits the injection nozzle in the tubing of the first frame and injects the insulating foam. The injection is complete, it sets up the stopper, the injection can also be done by an automatic system. - When the table comes back from the injection, the operator retracts the spacing and withdrawal bars using the crank at the end of the table or by the action on a push button if automatic. - It manually removes the two finished panels and little again prepare other panels. - The injected panel can then be cut on demand according to its position on the plane. - It is then pre-drilled on a drilling table which calculates a maximum spacing according to the regulation, the panel and then numbered. .2. The concept makes it possible to overcome several disadvantages and problems of implementation. Indeed, during the implementation of the panel allows a quick and reliable implementation 40 avoiding assembly errors, screwing, structure, insulation, thermal bridge, implementation of the rainscreen , implementation of the vapor brake, respecting the spacing between each facing. The invention includes the panel and wood assemblies as well as accessories, the principle has been to take proven and recognized materials to certify and confirm the properties of each element.
