The present invention relates to a modular construction system for creating residential or office structures, or even technical premises.
Self-construction with a wooden frame is becoming increasingly popular among individuals.
The desire to build at lower prices without using professionals, or at least by limiting the intervention of professionals, by only purchasing construction equipment, allows first-time buyers in particular to be able to access property.
Self-construction limits the initial investment and encourages obtaining loans from financial organizations.
This method of construction is also popular with craftsmen responding to the demands of their clients requiring eco-responsible housing using noble materials.
The construction of a wooden structure is less restrictive than a concrete or concrete block construction and requires the intervention of fewer trades. The assembly of structural wooden elements is thus more technically accessible. However, although the offer of wooden frame construction kits is in full development, the majority of these offers consist of the stacking of large planks or panels, generally requiring the prior installation of substantial lifting means. and the use of unavoidable cuts.
An important place is still available to facilitate the task of self-builders and encourage the undecided to embark on these exciting projects.
Despite its undeniable qualities, wood has some disadvantages. Wood is a hygroscopic material, which can absorb and release water depending on its environment and variations in its humidity level cause it to deform. Deformations are common, especially for exterior elements, exposed to changes in temperature and humidity.
The present invention proposes to remedy the aforementioned drawbacks.
Thus, the modular construction system according to the invention comprises a lower rail which comprises a first groove which extends along the greatest length of its upper face, a beam structure comprising at least three panels intended to be assembled two by two by spacers by fixing means, at least one panel comprises a second groove intended to be positioned opposite the first groove of the lower rail, when assembling a beam structure on the lower rail, a tongue intended to be inserted into the first groove and the second groove, characterized in that the ratio of the widths of the first groove and the tongue is between 1.2 and 3.
More precisely, the ratio of the widths of the first groove and the tongue is between 1.2 and 2.5, preferably between 1.3 and 2.
According to one characteristic, half of the difference in widths of a panel and the tongue is greater than or equal to the difference in widths of the first groove and the tongue.

Thus, the modular construction system (1) with wooden frame according to the invention, is presented by a plurality of wooden profiles of different dimensions equipped with means of connection by shape cooperation, which are intended to be assembled with means of additional fixing, advantageously using a simple mallet.
Let us specify that a beam structure (3) comprises panels (5) assembled with spacers (6), as described in more detail in the remainder of the description.
The aforementioned structural elements have a dimension adapted to enable them to be stacked on a pallet, in order to facilitate delivery to a construction site, and to be assembled by a craftsman or even an individual.
Thus the aforementioned structural elements are presented as portions of structural elements to be assembled on site.
The wooden profiles have substantially parallelepiped profiles, in the form of a board, whose edges or even their surfaces advantageously include different grooves, clearances or even blind holes.
A tongue (4) is a wooden profile acting as a tenon in a tongue and groove assembly, intended to be assembled to a first groove (7) of the bottom rail (2) and to a second groove (8) of a panel (5) of a beam structure (3), as a mortise, as explained in more detail in the remainder of the description.
A lower rail (2) is made up of two types of lower rail portions assembled together, namely a corner portion (2a) and a portion which will be described as straight (2b).
Remember that a low rail (2) is intended to be secured by anchors to a base, such as a wooden platform or a concrete slab. The bottom rail (2) ensuring the structural link between the base and the beam structures (3), as well as the roof.
The lower rail (2) ensures, in a conventional manner, watertightness, airtightness and protection against capillary rise, via a leveling strip, not shown.
The lower rail portions (2a, 2b) have substantially parallelepiped profiles or even have beveled or truncated faces, and comprise two base faces and four lateral faces.
A low rail (2) being intended to be placed on a base, we will thus qualify the base faces as lower face (21) and upper face (22), and the side faces as inner face (23) intended to be positioned inside the structure and exterior face (24) intended to be positioned outside the structure and coupling face (25, 25') intended for the connection of two lower rail portions (2a , 2b) with each other lengthwise.
Note that the upper edges of the inner face (21) and the outer face (24) of a portion of lower rail (2a, 2b) are beveled, i.e. form a profile suitable for fixing a protective strip , not shown.
Précisons que les portions droites (2b) de la lisse basse (2), comprennent deux faces latérales parallèles deux à deux, à savoir une face intérieure (23) parallèle à une face extérieure (24), ainsi qu'une face d'accouplement (25) parallèle à l'autre face d'accouplement (25).Note also that the lower rail (2) includes clearances (9) located opposite its inner face (23) in the thickness of the lower rail (2) opening towards the inside and towards the upper face (22). A clearance (9) is intended for fixing a bracket (10) securing the base with the first row of an assembly of beam structures (3), as explained in more detail in the remainder of the description. Let us specify that the straight portions (2b) of the lower rail (2), comprise two parallel lateral faces in pairs, namely an interior face (23) parallel to an exterior face (24), as well as a coupling face (25) parallel to the other mating face (25).
According to the illustrated embodiment, the first coupling face (25'), of a first angle portion (2a) intended to form half of an angle of the lower rail (2), makes an angle of 45 degrees with the outer face (24) and an angle of 135 degrees with the inner face (23).
It is understood that two corner portions (2a) are intended to be arranged in opposition to form an angle of the lower rail (2).
Précisons que la seconde face d'accouplement (25) est perpendiculaire à la face intérieure (23) et à la face extérieure (24), de telle manière à ce que la seconde face d'accouplement (25) d'une portion d'angle (2a) puisse se connecter avec une face d'accouplement (25) d'une portion droite (2b).Let us specify that the second coupling face (25) is perpendicular to the interior face (23) and to the exterior face (24), such that the second coupling face (25) of a portion of angle (2a) can connect with a mating face (25) of a straight portion (2b).
According to an additional characteristic, a portion (2a, 2b) of lower rail comprises a blind hole (11) at each of its ends, opening towards a coupling face (25) and towards the upper face (22 ).
According to the illustrated embodiment, the blind hole (11) has a shape complementary to a dovetail.
Thus, the modular construction system (1) comprises a plurality of coupling parts (12) each having a complementary shape with two blind holes (11) intended to be positioned in opposition to each other.
Thus, a lower rail (2) is assembled by the successive positioning of lower rail portions (2a, 2b), their respective complementary coupling faces (25, 25') being positioned facing each other, accompanied by the connection of a coupling part (12) in the blind holes (11) of the portions (2a, 2b) of lower rail arranged in opposition.
According to a complementary characteristic, the lower rail comprises a first groove (7) extending along the greatest length of its upper face.
It is understood that a plurality of contiguous first grooves (7) is considered as a first groove (7).
According to the preceding characteristic, the first groove (7) extends continuously from a straight portion (2b) to a corner portion (2a), in such a way that at the corners of the lower rail (2), the first groove (7) extends continuously from one corner portion (2a) to another, and forms an angle, for example 90 degrees.
Thus, each of the lower rail portions comprises a first groove portion (7) opening out on either side towards a coupling face (25, 25'). According to the illustrated embodiment, the lower rail (2) comprises two first parallel grooves (7).
According to the previous embodiment, the first two grooves (7) of the lower rail (2) extend substantially to the inner and outer ends of the upper surface (22) along the inner (23) and outer (24) faces. respectively.
According to one embodiment, not shown, one of the first two grooves (7) of the lower rail (2) extends substantially at the outer end of the upper surface (22) along the outer face ( 24), while the other first groove (7) extends substantially in the center of the upper surface (22) or at a determined distance from the edges of the upper face (22) depending on the spacings of the panels (5) of a beam structure (3), as explained in more detail in the remainder of the description.
According to another embodiment, not shown, the lower rail (2) comprises three first parallel grooves (7), two of which are located along the interior face (23) and the exterior face (24) respectively.
Selon un autre mode d'exécution, non représenté, la lisse basse (2) comprend uniquement une première rainure (7), de préférence localisée le long de la face extérieure (24).According to another embodiment, not shown, the lower rail (2) comprises only a first groove (7), preferably located along the exterior face (24).
According to one characteristic, the width (L1) of a first groove (7) is greater than the width (L2) of a tongue (4).
Précisons que selon la caractéristique précédente, le rapport (L1/L2) des largeurs de la première rainure (7) et de la languette (4) est compris entre 1,2 et 3.Let us specify that according to the preceding characteristic, the ratio (L1/L2) of the widths of the first groove (7) and the tongue (4) is between 1.2 and 3.
More precisely, the ratio (L1/L2) of the widths of the first groove (7) and the tongue (4) is between 1.2 and 2.5, preferably between 1.3 and 2.
According to one embodiment, the width (L1) of a first groove (4) is between 9 and 20 millimeters, the width (L2) of a tongue (4) being between 4 and 14 mm, while retaining the aforementioned ratio (L1/L2) between 1.2 and 3, preferably between 1.2 and 2.5, more preferably between 1.3 and 2. Let us specify that the width (L1) of a first groove (7) is constant all along the bottom rail (2).
The preceding characteristic relating to the aforementioned ratio makes it possible to obtain clearance between the tongues (4) and the first groove (4).
Précisons également que le rapport (L3/L2) de la largeur (L3) d'un panneau (5) et la largeur (L2) d'une languette (4) est avantageusement compris entre 1,8 et 4, de préférence compris entre 2 et 3.Let us also specify that the ratio (L3/L2) of the width (L3) of a panel (5) and the width (L2) of a tongue (4) is advantageously between 1.8 and 4, preferably between 2 and 3.
The structural elements have variable sizing tolerances depending on the precision of the cuts of the wooden profiles, the assembly in particular of a series of beam structures (3) along a bottom rail (2), generates at the end, at level of the angles a difference in total length which may increase or decrease depending on the length of the resulting wall, compared to the forecast established on the plan.
This unpredictable difference in the length of a wall in relation to the length of the corresponding bottom rail (2), according to the forecasts on plans, is thus absorbed by the difference in the widths of the first groove (7) and the tongues (4) .
A cet effet, la différence de longueur attendue d'un alignement de structures de poutre (3), à savoir la différence de longueur d'un alignement de languettes (4) assemblées à des structures de poutre (3), par rapport à la lisse basse (2), est absorbée par la différence de largeur entre la première rainure (7) et la languette (4).For this purpose, the expected length difference of an alignment of beam structures (3), namely the length difference of an alignment of tongues (4) assembled to beam structures (3), relative to the lower smooth (2), is absorbed by the difference in width between the first groove (7) and the tongue (4).
More precisely, the aforementioned difference of a rectilinear wall is absorbed by the difference in width of the part of first groove (7) and of the corresponding tongue (4), making an angle with the aforementioned rectilinear wall, namely the part of the first groove (7) of the part of the lower rail (2) perpendicular to the aforementioned wall, more precisely perpendicular to the part of the lower rail (2) supporting the beam structures (3) constituting the aforementioned wall.
Note that the length of a panel (5) is between 300 and 3600 millimeters, preferably between 300 and 1500 millimeters.
Let us specify that the width (L3) of a panel (5) is advantageously between 18 and 27 millimeters.
Remember that the tolerance over the length of a panel (5) is of the order of a tenth of a millimeter.
Thus the ratio (L1/L2) of the widths of the first groove (7) and the tongue (4) between 1.2 and 3, allows optimized positioning of the beam structures (3) on the lower rail (2) with a view to the erection of the modular construction according to the invention.
The particular dimensioning of a first groove (7), a tongue (4) and a panel (5), according to the invention, allows a first groove (7) to be covered by the panels, when the assembly of a panel (5) on the lower rail (2).
Thus, in an extreme case, according to the aforementioned examples, when the tongue is positioned against one of the interior edges of a first groove (7), the dimensions of the different constituent elements of this assembly allow a panel (5) to cover the first groove (7), namely that half of the difference in widths ((L3-L2)/2) of a panel (5) and the tongue (4), is greater than or equal to the difference in widths (L1-L2) of the first groove (7) and the tongue (4). By covering a first groove (7) with a panel (5), it is understood that no visible space is present between the lower rail (2) and a panel (5). Let us add that according to an advantageous characteristic, a tongue (4) comprises a seal extending over the length of the tongue (4).
The preceding characteristic makes it possible to advantageously fill the difference in width between the first groove (7) and the tongue (4), making it possible to limit the play between the lower rail (2) and the first row of beam structures (3).

Let us specify that a panel (5) has a length greater than its height and its thickness.
The panels (5) being intended to be mounted in parallel manner in order to form housings, in which the panels (5) are separated in pairs by spacers (6), such that between two panels (5) ) are arranged filling spaces (13) between a set of two spacers (6). The panels (5) and the spacers (6) being assembled perpendicularly.
The filling spaces (13) are advantageously intended to receive insulation elements, not shown, such as thermal and/or sound insulation elements. It is also possible to leave the filling spaces (13) empty.
For example, an insulation element is a fibrous material, such as glass wool, rock wool, wood fiber, straw, hemp, cotton, linen, cellulose wadding. , felt or composite materials, such as a mixture of wood fiber and glass wool.

It is understood that two dwellings are separated by a central panel.
According to the previous embodiment, in line with a spacer (6) located between a side panel and a central panel, is arranged between the aforementioned central panel and another side panel or another central panel, a filling space (13 ) and not a spacer (6).
This last characteristic makes it possible to limit or even avoid thermal bridges at the level of the spacers (6).
The spacers (6) are advantageously distributed over the length of the panels (5) in a regular manner, i.e. all having a constant spacing, but it could be otherwise pairs of spacers (6) each located in adjoining housing are distributed in a regular manner, namely that pairs of spacers (6) having a constant spacing are distributed along the length of the panels (5). The panels (5) are advantageously secured to the spacers (6) by pins, not shown, the spacers (6) and the panels (5) thus comprise blind holes and through holes respectively intended to be arranged facing each other. others.
