The present invention relates to the field of plastic parts, in particular the interior trim parts of motor vehicles, and relates to a method of manufacturing such parts provided with at least one colored bottom imprint, an installation for implement this method and a plastic part obtained by means of this method. In many areas, including capital goods and consumer goods, and particularly in the automotive field, users are increasingly expressing their desire to have an original visual appearance, preferably almost personalized. The response to this demand includes the proposal, for example in the automotive field, colorful interiors, even multicolored, associated with volumes or decorative reliefs.
Thus, manufacturers are looking for improved technical solutions for interior lining parts of vehicle interiors, generally made of molded plastic and / or thermoformed, compatible with current manufacturing processes. In addition, these technical solutions to meet the above demand should be flexible and easily adaptable to a variety of aesthetic wishes, can be easily grafted on existing manufacturing processes, without significant changes, and not entail significant additional costs. In this context, a particularly delicate problem has arisen in connection with the production of impressions, negative or hollow moldings or similar decorative recesses on the surface, when a specific coloration of the interior of its elements is desired. Various proposals are already known to try to answer this problem, namely: 30 - staining of the bottom of the impression with a mask or by pad printing, after molding or thermoforming the plastic part with its imprint; -2- - the establishment of a piece or an additional decorative element (the) in the surface of the plastic part, for example by insertion, gluing or the like. However, these known solutions are expensive and require additional elements and / or operations after manufacture of the plastic part. Other proposals have been made for coloring the apparent layer of the part before it is formed or for making the part by overmoulding colored skin (see, for example, WO 2011/079961 or EP 0 855 952). However, these known methods are not intended for the coloration of particular locations and, in any case, do not make it possible to guarantee a precise coloration of a possible imprint formed later. It is an object of the present invention to provide a solution to the above problem by meeting at least some of the stated processing requirements. To this end, the subject of the invention is a method for manufacturing a plastic part comprising, at its apparent face, at least one (e) imprint or recess similar at least partially colored, said part being constituted by or comprising at least one layer forming said exposed face, characterized in that it consists in providing a mold in two complementary parts, one of which is equipped, on its active face directed towards the other part, with at least one inserting an ink pad and a modeler, and producing, for each new piece to be manufactured, substantially at least the following operations: applying at least one coloring substance to said pad or pad, if appropriate in a given pattern; placing a sheet of thermoplastic polymer material between the two parts of the mold in the open state; closure of the mold with controlled application of heat and pressure on the face of the sheet opposite the buffer (s), at least at the region (s) of the latter intended (s) to come in contact with the buffer (s); and removing the part provided with at least one colored impression, after opening the mold. The invention will be better understood from the following description, which refers to a preferred embodiment, given by way of non-limiting example, and explained with reference to the appended diagrammatic drawings, in which: Figure 1 is a simplified schematic sectional view of an installation for carrying out the manufacturing method according to one embodiment of the invention; FIGS. 2 to 5 illustrate, by means of schematic sectional views, four consecutive operating phases of the manufacturing method according to the invention, in connection with a technique for over-molding of skin, implemented on an installation as represented in FIG. Figure 1; FIG. 6 is a diagrammatic sectional view of the part 10 produced by the method of FIGS. 2 to 5, and FIG. 7 is an alternative embodiment of the dyeing substance forming part of the installation shown in FIG. 1. 1 to 5 illustrate an embodiment of a method 15 for manufacturing a plastic part 1 comprising, at its apparent face 1c, at least one similar indentation or recess 2 at least partially colored, said part 1 being constituted by or comprising at least one layer 4 forming said apparent face V. According to the invention, this method consists first of all in providing a mold in two complementary parts 5 and 5 'of which 5 is equipped, on its active face 6 directed towards the other part 5 ', of at least one insert 7 forming an ink pad and modeler (Figure 2). Subsequently, this process commonly consists in producing, for each new piece 1 to be manufactured, substantially at least the following operations: application of at least one coloring substance 3 to said or each pad 7, if appropriate in a given pattern (Figure 3); placing a sheet 4 'of a thermoplastic polymer material between the two parts 5 and 5' of the mold in the open state (Figure 3); closure of the mold with controlled application of heat and pressure on the face 8 of the sheet 4 'opposite the (s) buffer (s) 7, at least at the region (s) 9 of the latter intended ( s) coming into contact with the buffer (s) 7 (FIGS. 4 and 5); and removing the part 1 provided with at least one colored imprint 2, after opening the mold 5, 5 '(FIG. 7). The operations of applying the substance 3 to the buffer 7 and the placement of the sheet 4 'may be at least partially overlapping or even simultaneous. Thanks to the invention, it is thus possible to perform, in a single operating phase, both the definitive shape and coloration of at least one impression 2, the part 1 extracted from the mold requiring no additional treatment operation. (at least as regards the finishing of the fingerprint or impressions 2). In addition, the implementation of the simultaneous coloring of the fingerprint (s) 2 does not disturb the manufacturing process (only an additional substance deposition operation 3 on the buffer (s) 7 is added) and does not require any substantial modification of the mold itself (only buffer 7 reported in the mold and combination of a means 10 of application of dye 3 to the mold). In addition, the number, shape and arrangement of the impressions 2, as well as their coloration, can be easily modified without causing any change in the mold parts 5, 5 'and while easily allowing a return to a production of Advantageously, the process consists in providing, during the closing phase of the mold, pressure and temperature conditions such that the material forming the sheet 4 'is, on the one hand, at least the level of the or each region 9 situated opposite a buffer 7, raised beyond its glass transition temperature but below its melting temperature and, on the other hand, applied in an intimate manner against the buffer 7 concerned to obtain a transfer of the substance (s) dye (s) 3 and the raised pattern of the buffer 7 considered. In order to obtain an extremely persistent coloration which is resistant to external aggressions (UV, solvents, cleaning products, etc.), it can be provided that the material of the sheet 4 'is at the level of the or each region 9 facing the or buffer 7, brought to a temperature adapted to result in an impregnation in the mass, at least at a surface layer of said material, by the substance (s) dye (s) ( s) 3, preferably with formation of a chemical bond. However, the coloring substance (s) 3 may also form a superficial layer, without phase mixing with the material of the sheet 4 ', or its final fixing at the bottom of the impression 2 being possibly ensured by the caloric intake during of the formation of the corresponding imprint 2. In addition, the bond between the colorants 3 and the sheet 4 'can be enhanced by the use of adhesion promoters or adhesives (ink jet application). In accordance with a practical embodiment, compatible with an automated and flexible manufacturing method, particularly apparent from FIG. 1, the invention may consist, for the production of a series of similar parts 1, in setting up previously , by removable attachment and with a predefined positioning, one or more ink-pad (s) 7 and modeller (s), as insert (s) located on one of 5 parts 5, 5 of the mold. It may also consist in depositing the coloring substance (s) on the or each pad 7 by at least one application means 10, preferably mounted on a robotic arm or the like 10 ', before each closing of the mold. According to a preferred technical provision of the invention, allowing a great flexibility of manufacture and allowing a good transfer of coloring substances 3, each pad 7 is removably fixed at a location indexed on the corresponding face 6 of the relevant part 5 of the mold 5, 5 'by an adhesive contact or pressure-sensitive connection, said buffer 7 being advantageously made of silicone or coated with a silicone layer (underlying support structure of suitable shape) and preferably having lateral flanks 7 at least slightly convergent from its base to its upper face 7 '. The shape, shape, size and extent of the pads 7, as well as the complexity of the patterns and reliefs they carry, can of course vary in large proportions. The piece 1 may, according to a first variant, not specifically illustrated in the accompanying drawings, be constituted only by the sheet 4 ', that is to say have only one layer 4 (itself possibly to laminated or laminated structure), and the manufacturing method according to the invention can then consist solely of thermoforming with an integrated embodiment of one or more colored imprints 2 according to the modalities indicated above. In this case, the second part 5 'of the mold may optionally comprise a slight recess in front of the pad 7. Nevertheless, according to a second preferred variant, and apparent from FIGS. 2 to 5 and 7 of the appended drawings, the method consists in producing a part 1 to at least two layers 4 and 11 comprising a first layer 4 forming apparent skin, constituted by the sheet 4 'of thermoplastic material, and at least a second layer 11 forming a support structure and / or continuous filling or no, covered by said skin 4, the second layer 11 being obtained by injection into the mold 5, 5 'used to create the footprint or fingerprints 2 (s) (Figures 4 and 5). More specifically, in the context of this second variant, the method may consist, after placing a sheet 4 'intended to form the skin 4 and closing the mold 5, 5', to inject under pressure and with heat the material intended to form the second layer 11, between the second portion 5 'of the mold and the face 8 of the sheet 4' opposite to (x) buffer (s) 7, so as to soften the material of said sheet (4 ') and pushing it into intimate contact with said buffer (s) 7, at the region (s) 9 concerned (s) of the sheet 4 '(Figure 5). According to a possible technical arrangement of the process, the latter can also consist, during the closure of the mold 5, 5 'and before injection of the material intended to form the second layer 11, to produce at least a first coarse formation by plastic deformation. under pressure, and optionally by caloric intake, the sheet 4 'of thermoplastic polymer material (Figure 4), the two parts 5 and 5' of the mold then being possibly slightly spaced apart, before injection under pressure of the material forming the second layer 11 4. As non-limiting examples of materials, the first layer 4 may consist of a thermoplastic material of the polyolefinic type (optionally with an outer layer of polyurethane) and the second layer 11 of a polymer of the polypropylene, polyamide or similar type (examples of thicknesses: layer 4: 0.5 mm / layer 11: 2.5 mm) in the case of decorati In a complex and elaborate manner, it may be envisaged to deposit at least two coloring substances 3 of different colors on the or at least one of the buffer (s) 7, where appropriate respectively at surfaces located at different distances from each other. the base of the buffer 7 considered and / or in predefined patterns. The coloring substances 3 may be composed in known manner by ink, diluent and hardener mixtures. The surface of the sheet 4 'intended to form the visible face 1' of the part 1 may advantageously be pretreated by flaming (plasma or corona treatment). The invention also relates to a manufacturing facility 5 for implementing the manufacturing method described above. This installation essentially comprises, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 of the drawings, a two-part mold 5 and 5 '(male / female, core / cavity), movable with respect to each other and able to define a open state and a closed state for said mold, said mold being optionally associated with a system 12 for injection of molten thermoplastic material. This installation is characterized in that one of the two parts 5, 5 'of the mold comprises, at its face 6 facing the other part 5', at least one ink pad and modeler 7 removably attached. at a given location of said face 6, for example by means of an adhesive bonding by contact or pressure sensitive, and in that said installation further comprises a means 10 for applying substance (s) coloring (s) ( s) 3 on the or each pad 7 by contact, projection, spraying, transfer or a similar deposition mode, said means 10 being preferentially mounted on a robotic arm 10 'or a similar automatic controlled displacement device. The application means 10 may consist of an inking head using a 3D inkjet, pad printing or transfer film technology. This ink head can possibly be multiple or allow the deposit of different colors. The displacement of this head is provided in such a way that it is entirely located outside the mold when the latter must close and the direction of deposition of the substances 3 is carried out perpendicular to the upper printing surface 30 of the stamp. 7. The movement of the arm 10 'will be controlled in synchronism with the movement of the parts 5, 5' of the movement and the actuation of the system 12 (known in itself). Alternatively, and as shown in FIG. 7, the application means 10 may also consist of an inking roll capable of applying different coloring substances 3, possibly in different patterns, to one or more buffers 7.
Finally, the invention also relates to a plastic part 1 comprising, at its apparent face, the at least one recessed fingerprint or recessed area 2, at least the bottom of which is at least partially colored, where appropriate in a given pattern, and said part 1 being possibly constituted by at least two layers 4 and 11, namely a first layer 4 forming exposed skin and at least a second layer 11 forming a support structure and / or filling. This part 1, in particular vehicle interior part and more particularly dashboard body, is obtained by means of the aforementioned installation and by implementing the manufacturing method described above. Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiments described and shown in the accompanying drawings. Modifications are possible, particularly from the point of view of the constitution of the various elements or by substitution of technical equivalents, without departing from the scope of the invention.
