Abstract

Procédé caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à fournir un moule en deux parties complémentaires (5 et 5') dont l'une (5) est équipée, sur sa face active (6) dirigée vers l'autre partie (5'), d'au moins une pièce rapportée (7) formant tampon encreur et modeleur, et à réaliser, pour chaque nouvelle pièce à fabriquer les opérations suivantes : application d'au moins une substance colorante sur ledit tampon (7) ; mise en place d'une feuille (4') en un matériau polymère thermoplastique entre les deux parties (5 et 5') du moule à l'état ouvert ; fermeture du moule avec application contrôlée de chaleur et de pression, au moins au niveau de la région de cette dernière destinée à venir en contact avec le tampon (7) ; et enlèvement de la pièce pourvue d'au moins une empreinte colorée.The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a plastic part comprising, at its visible face, at least one colored imprint.
