Abstract

ARRIERE PLAN DE L'INVENTION Les pavillons de piscine sont des bâtiments attenant à une piscine privée ou publique et dans lesquels est usuellement stocké le matériel lié à l'entretien et la jouissance de la piscine tel que : transats, matériel nautique (bouées, jeux), balai de bassin, robot nettoyeur, etc... Ces bâtiments accueillent généralement des équipements sanitaires tels que pédiluve, douche ou toilettes. Il est connu des pavillons réalisés en construction maçonnée sur une dalle en béton. Ces ouvrages requièrent des moyens d'excavation et de terrassement ainsi que l'acheminement de matériaux lourds qui rendent la mise en oeuvre de ces solutions complexes pour des terrains ne disposant pas d'accès (jardin borgne) ou situés dans des zones d'accès difficiles comme en montagne par exemple. La construction maçonnée demande une main d'oeuvre qualifiée, des délais de mise en oeuvre importants (séchage des bétons et mortiers), ce qui la rend particulièrement longue et coûteuse. De tels bâtiments nécessitent souvent d'obtenir une autorisation administrative préalable à leur réalisation. Afin de réduire les inconvénients de mise en oeuvre, de durée et de coûts, il a été envisagé de réaliser des pavillons de piscine par le montage d'éléments de bois préfabriqués sur une dalle de béton. Le montage de pavillons en kit nécessite également une autorisation administrative préalable et demande des compétences en menuiserie. Enfin, le bois réclame un entretien régulier afin de le préserver des agressions climatiques.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Pool pavilions are buildings adjoining a private or public swimming pool and in which is usually stored equipment related to the maintenance and enjoyment of the pool such as: deckchairs, nautical equipment (buoys, games ), pool broom, robot cleaner, etc ... RESUME DE L'INVENTION A cet effet, on prévoit selon l'invention, un pavillon de piscine comprenant : un plancher, un mur d'enceinte vertical, un toit définissant un volume intérieur avec le mur d'enceinte et le plancher, un moyen d'accès au volume intérieur et au moins un équipement sanitaire dans ledit volume intérieur. Selon l'invention, le pavillon est sous la forme d'une structure préfabriquée autoporteuse dans laquelle au moins le mur d'enceinte vertical est réalisé en matière plastique. On obtient ainsi un pavillon de piscine dont les opérations d'installation sont réduites à la manutention d'une unique structure préfabriquée. Le nombre de transports est réduit, seul le grutage de la structure nécessite l'intervention ponctuelle de personnel qualifié. Le pavillon de piscine selon l'invention permet de réduire les éventuels travaux de terrassement à quelques appuis ponctuels qui peuvent être réalisés sans engins particuliers, voire manuellement.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION For this purpose, according to the invention, there is provided a swimming pool pavilion comprising: a floor, a vertical enclosure wall, a roof defining an interior volume with the perimeter wall and the floor, a means access to the interior volume and at least one sanitary equipment in said interior volume. DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE DE L'INVENTION En référence aux figures 1 à 4, le pavillon de piscine selon l'invention et généralement désigné 1, se présente ici sous la forme d'un parallélépipède rectangle qui comprend un plancher 2, un mur d'enceinte vertical 3 en matière plastique pourvu d'une porte 4 et un toit 5 qui définit avec le mur d'enceinte vertical 3 un volume intérieur 6. Ce volume intérieur 6 est divisé en plusieurs zones fonctionnelles par une cloison de séparation transversale 7 sur laquelle s'appuient deux cloisons de séparation 7.1 et 7.2 s'étendant respectivement de part et d'autre de la cloison transversale 7 et perpendiculairement à celle-ci. En référence à la figure 5, le pavillon de piscine 1 comprend un circuit 27 d'alimentation en eau de la cuvette de toilette 9, de la douche 11 et du lavabo 14 ainsi qu'un circuit 28 de collecte des eaux usées en provenance de ces mêmes équipements. Selon un mode de réalisation avantageux, un chauffe eau électrique est relié au circuit 27 et alimente la douche 11 et le lavabo 14. La conduite de prélèvement d'eau 34 et la conduite de retour d'eau 35 des équipements de piscine sont, quant à elles, connectées à la piscine 33. Ces opérations achevées, le pavillon de piscine 1 est opérationnel. Les opérations d'installation et de mise en route du pavillon de piscine 1 sont donc simples, rapides et ne nécessitent aucune compétence particulière une fois le pavillon de piscine 1 posé au sol. On obtient ainsi un pavillon de piscine 1 préfabriqué intégrant l'ensemble des prestations annexes au bassin de piscine 33 en un unique module personnalisable dont le montage sur site et le raccordement sont réduits à de simples opérations de connexion à la piscine, au réseau électrique et à une alimentation en eau et évacuation d'eaux usées. Un tel pavillon de piscine est particulièrement adapté pour des installations temporaires mais représente également une alternative économique aux solutions de l'art antérieur. La fabrication du pavillon de piscine 1 en polyester apporte des avantages quant à l'entretien (quasi nul), la légèreté et les délais de production particulièrement courts par rapport aux solutions existantes. La possibilité de teinter le polyester dans une multitude de couleurs permet d'adapter le pavillon de l'invention à tous les types d'architectures. Avantageusement, en référence à la figure 1, le moule de la paroi intérieure 18 ou extérieure 19 peut comprendre un relief créant une engravure dans la face extérieure de la paroi. Ainsi des textures aussi diverses que le bois, la pierre ou le crépi peuvent être engravées sur la face extérieure de l'enceinte extérieure 3 facilitant l'intégration architecturale du pavillon dans son environnement. Bien entendu, l'invention n'est pas limitée aux modes de réalisation décrits mais englobe toute variante entrant dans le champ de l'invention telle que définie par les revendications. REVENDICATIONS1. Pool pavilion comprising a floor (2); a vertical enclosure wall (3), a roof (5) defining an interior volume (6) with the enclosure wall (3) and the floor (2), means for accessing the interior volume (4), and at least one sanitary equipment (9, 11, 14) in said interior volume, characterized in that the horn (1) is in the form of a self-supporting prefabricated structure in which at least the vertical enclosure wall (3) is made of plastic material.
