Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a prefabricated module, a building, as well as a method of constructing such a building.
  • the invention relates to the field of building construction, preferably a residential building, comprising at least one prefabricated module, preferably on an unserviced construction site, that is to say not connected to the mains. water, electricity, gas, telephone and / or sanitation, or in an emergency.
  • a building preferably a dwelling, individual or collective, on a geographically isolated site, for example a natural or desert site, or at least not connected to the infrastructure for servicing.
  • a geographically isolated site for example a natural or desert site, or at least not connected to the infrastructure for servicing.
  • servicing infrastructure represents a heavy financial investment, requires administrative permits that are difficult to obtain, and / or has an undesirable ecological and / or aesthetic impact on the environment.
  • the residential building is equipped with technical facilities providing a certain level of comfort to its inhabitants, namely, in particular, toilets, a shower and a kitchen, while authorizing, depending on the need, a personalization of the living space from one building to another, the living space including for example one or more bedrooms, a living room, an office, etc.
  • the distribution of living space may lack optimization for technical installations, for example distribution installations water, electrical energy, sewage disposal or heating, which can lead to a lack of efficiency or performance of these technical installations, as well as the reduction of the building's living space.
  • the invention proposes a new prefabricated module, facilitating and accelerating the construction of the building, while providing this building with high energy efficiency and easier maintenance, a remarkable level of comfort.
  • the subject of the invention is a prefabricated module, designed to be integrated in one piece into a building, the prefabricated module comprising, in one piece:
  • a shower compartment which includes a shower, as well as a first access opening by a person, putting the shower compartment in communication directly with the outside of the prefabricated module;
  • a toilet compartment which includes a toilet seat, as well as a second access opening by a person, putting the toilet compartment in communication directly with the exterior of the prefabricated module, the shower compartment and the toilet compartment being arranged longitudinally opposite one another of the prefabricated module;
  • a kitchen compartment which includes a sink, a cooking appliance, as well as a third access opening by a person, putting the kitchen compartment in communication directly with the outside of the prefabricated module;
  • a technical compartment which includes:
  • the kitchen compartment and the technical compartment being arranged between the shower compartment and the toilet compartment, the kitchen compartment and the technical compartment being transversely opposite one another of the prefabricated module.
  • the prefabricated module integrates all or most of the technical parts of the building in one piece, in an arrangement optimized for maintenance and for energy efficiency.
  • the particular arrangement of the compartments makes the prefabricated module very compact to be transported as it is and delivered to the construction site.
  • the particular arrangement of the compartments in the prefabricated module makes it possible to concentrate in one place of the building, once constructed, most or all of the technical installations of the building, aimed at ensuring the level of comfort of the occupant.
  • the only technical compartment of the prefabricated module serves the adjacent shower, toilet and kitchen compartments, which optimizes space and concentrates maintenance operations in one place.
  • This arrangement firstly optimizes the distribution of domestic water and power energy to the shower, toilet and / or kitchen compartments, each network advantageously crossing a single partition to reach the compartment concerned from the technical compartment.
  • This arrangement optimizes the possible connections of the building to infrastructure for servicing, which can be carried out in one place, namely the technical compartment, even after the construction of the building, the fourth access opening can advantageously lead to the exterior of the building.
  • the shower, kitchen and toilet compartments face the opposite side of the prefabricated module, so that they are accessible from inside the building, when the prefabricated module is integrated into it.
  • the prefabricated module is implemented for the construction of a partially or totally autonomous building, that is to say partially connected, or not connected, to servicing infrastructures
  • the domestic water supply allows the building to be functional, in particular for the shower and the sink, at least for a certain period of use, without being connected to a water distribution network.
  • the reserve of power energy allows the building to have hot water and a functional cooking appliance, or even, advantageously, to have a functional electrical network, at least for a certain period of use, without the building is not connected to the electricity, gas or similar network.
  • the simple integration of this prefabricated module into the building provides all the comfort necessary for its future occupants, namely at least a shower, a sanitary and a kitchen.
  • the shower compartments, toilets, kitchen and the technical compartment being a common point in any building, including residential, different buildings can be designed and constructed around a respective prefabricated module, in accordance with the prefabricated module of the invention , which allows standardization of the buildings constructed, in order to reduce their cost. In particular, it is only necessary to design the living space around the prefabricated module, without worrying, for each building, to redesign the technical part of the building, embedded in the prefabricated module.
  • the prefabricated module can be integrated in one piece, that is to say pre-assembled, "as is", to the building during its construction, the amount of work to be performed on the construction site is reduced in this which concerns technical tasks, notably related to water and energy. Indeed, this work is carried out during the manufacture of the prefabricated module, which is advantageously carried out in advance, outside the construction site. Since the prefabricated module can be transported in one piece to the construction site, the need to transport unassembled materials and technicians to the construction site is reduced. The prefabricated module is therefore particularly suitable for construction sites that are difficult to access. As the prefabricated module can be made in advance and stored pending construction of the building, it can be quickly delivered to the construction site, which makes it suitable for emergency construction.

Description

The present invention relates to a prefabricated module, a building, as well as a method of constructing such a building.
The invention relates to the field of building construction, preferably a residential building, comprising at least one prefabricated module, preferably on an unserviced construction site, that is to say not connected to the mains. water, electricity, gas, telephone and / or sanitation, or in an emergency.
We may wish to construct a building, preferably a dwelling, individual or collective, on a geographically isolated site, for example a natural or desert site, or at least not connected to the infrastructure for servicing. In this situation, it may turn out that the construction of servicing infrastructure represents a heavy financial investment, requires administrative permits that are difficult to obtain, and / or has an undesirable ecological and / or aesthetic impact on the environment. We may also wish to construct a building after a natural disaster, or following a displacement of population. In this case, it may be necessary to construct a residential building when the servicing infrastructure has been destroyed or is no longer functional, or when the emergency requires that the residential building be constructed quickly, that the construction site may or may not have infrastructure for servicing.
Even in these particular situations, there is a need to provide that the residential building is equipped with technical facilities providing a certain level of comfort to its inhabitants, namely, in particular, toilets, a shower and a kitchen, while authorizing, depending on the need, a personalization of the living space from one building to another, the living space including for example one or more bedrooms, a living room, an office, etc.
However, the construction of such a building, generally carried out individually and in a personalized manner, can prove to be particularly expensive and require a long design time. In addition, the construction of the building can lead to a degradation of the environment of the construction site, which may prove to be undesirable, especially if the construction site must be preserved for ecological reasons. In a situation of geographic isolation or in a situation where natural resources are limited, or are subject to restrictions, the transportation of equipment and labor for construction can be difficult and costly, as can control of the quality of construction, especially for technical lots such as electricity, plumbing and waterproofing.
Particularly in the case where the building must be constructed on a site where resources are limited, or on an unserviced site, the distribution of living space may lack optimization for technical installations, for example distribution installations water, electrical energy, sewage disposal or heating, which can lead to a lack of efficiency or performance of these technical installations, as well as the reduction of the building's living space.
It is to resolve the drawbacks of the prior art and to respond to these technical problems, that the invention proposes a new prefabricated module, facilitating and accelerating the construction of the building, while providing this building with high energy efficiency and easier maintenance, a remarkable level of comfort.
The subject of the invention is a prefabricated module, designed to be integrated in one piece into a building, the prefabricated module comprising, in one piece:
un compartiment de douche, qui comprend une douche, ainsi qu’une première ouverture d’accès par une personne, mettant en communication le compartiment de douche directement avec l’extérieur du module préfabriqué ;  a shower compartment, which includes a shower, as well as a first access opening by a person, putting the shower compartment in communication directly with the outside of the prefabricated module;
un compartiment de toilettes, qui comprend un siège de toilettes, ainsi qu’une deuxième ouverture d’accès par une personne, mettant en communication le compartiment de toilettes directement avec l’extérieur du module préfabriqué, le compartiment de douche et le compartiment de toilettes étant agencés longitudinalement à l’opposé l’un de l’autre du module préfabriqué ;  a toilet compartment, which includes a toilet seat, as well as a second access opening by a person, putting the toilet compartment in communication directly with the exterior of the prefabricated module, the shower compartment and the toilet compartment being arranged longitudinally opposite one another of the prefabricated module;
un compartiment de cuisine, qui comprend un évier, un appareil de cuisson, ainsi qu’une troisième ouverture d’accès par une personne, mettant en communication le compartiment de cuisine directement avec l’extérieur du module préfabriqué ;  a kitchen compartment, which includes a sink, a cooking appliance, as well as a third access opening by a person, putting the kitchen compartment in communication directly with the outside of the prefabricated module;
un compartiment technique, qui comprend :  a technical compartment, which includes:
o une réserve d’eau domestique et un chauffe-eau, alimentant la douche et l’évier en eau domestique ;  o a supply of domestic water and a water heater, supplying the shower and sink with domestic water;
o une réserve d’énergie, alimentant l’appareil de cuisson et le chauffe-eau en énergie ;  o an energy reserve, supplying energy to the cooking appliance and the water heater;
o une quatrième ouverture d’accès par une personne, mettant en communication le compartiment technique directement avec l’extérieur du module préfabriqué ;  o a fourth access opening by a person, putting the technical compartment in communication directly with the outside of the prefabricated module;
Thanks to the invention, the prefabricated module integrates all or most of the technical parts of the building in one piece, in an arrangement optimized for maintenance and for energy efficiency. The particular arrangement of the compartments makes the prefabricated module very compact to be transported as it is and delivered to the construction site. The particular arrangement of the compartments in the prefabricated module makes it possible to concentrate in one place of the building, once constructed, most or all of the technical installations of the building, aimed at ensuring the level of comfort of the occupant. The only technical compartment of the prefabricated module serves the adjacent shower, toilet and kitchen compartments, which optimizes space and concentrates maintenance operations in one place. This arrangement firstly optimizes the distribution of domestic water and power energy to the shower, toilet and / or kitchen compartments, each network advantageously crossing a single partition to reach the compartment concerned from the technical compartment. This arrangement optimizes the possible connections of the building to infrastructure for servicing, which can be carried out in one place, namely the technical compartment, even after the construction of the building, the fourth access opening can advantageously lead to the exterior of the building. The shower, kitchen and toilet compartments face the opposite side of the prefabricated module, so that they are accessible from inside the building, when the prefabricated module is integrated into it.
For preferred embodiments of the invention, where the prefabricated module is implemented for the construction of a partially or totally autonomous building, that is to say partially connected, or not connected, to servicing infrastructures , the essential or all the means of production and / or storage of energy and resources of the autonomous building, as well as the treatment of waste water, is on board the prefabricated module, which facilitates and standardizes the construction of the autonomous building . The domestic water supply allows the building to be functional, in particular for the shower and the sink, at least for a certain period of use, without being connected to a water distribution network. The reserve of power energy allows the building to have hot water and a functional cooking appliance, or even, advantageously, to have a functional electrical network, at least for a certain period of use, without the building is not connected to the electricity, gas or similar network. The simple integration of this prefabricated module into the building, for example a residential building, provides all the comfort necessary for its future occupants, namely at least a shower, a sanitary and a kitchen. The shower compartments, toilets, kitchen and the technical compartment being a common point in any building, including residential, different buildings can be designed and constructed around a respective prefabricated module, in accordance with the prefabricated module of the invention , which allows standardization of the buildings constructed, in order to reduce their cost. In particular, it is only necessary to design the living space around the prefabricated module, without worrying, for each building, to redesign the technical part of the building, embedded in the prefabricated module.
The prefabricated module can be integrated in one piece, that is to say pre-assembled, "as is", to the building during its construction, the amount of work to be performed on the construction site is reduced in this which concerns technical tasks, notably related to water and energy. As the prefabricated module can be made in advance and stored pending construction of the building, it can be quickly delivered to the construction site, which makes it suitable for emergency construction.

la figure 3 est une vue similaire à la figure 2, représentant seulement le module préfabriqué, à plus grande échelle ;  Figure 3 is a view similar to Figure 2, showing only the prefabricated module, on a larger scale;
Figures 4, 5, 6 and 7 are views in projection, to scale, of the prefabricated module of the previous figures, shown in several orientations; and Figure 8, 9 and 10 are sectional views, to scale, of the prefabricated module, respectively along the section lines VIII-VIII, IX-IX and XX of Figure 3, Figure 10 showing a section line III -lll of Figure 3.
Figures 1 and 2 show a building 1, which comprises a prefabricated module 3 with a technical vocation and a module 5, preferably also prefabricated, if not manufactured on the construction site, and which preferably has the vocation of forming living spaces for the building .
We define a frame attached to the prefabricated module 3, which includes a longitudinal direction X3 and a transverse direction Y3, horizontal and preferably perpendicular, as well as a height direction H3, preferably vertical, or at least, perpendicular to the directions X3 and Y3 . The directions X3 and Y3 define a floor plane XY3, the directions X3 and Z3 a longitudinal plane XZ3, and the directions Y3 and Z3 a transverse plane YZ3.
As shown in FIG. 1 and in the following figures, the module 3 is designed to form a pre-assembled box, all the parts shown in FIGS. 1 to 10 are assembled in advance, the module 3 being designed to be integrated into the building 1 during construction, while it is always pre-assembled in this way, that is to say without being disassembled. In other words, the module 3 is presented in one piece or in one piece, and is designed to be thus assembled in one piece with the module 5, which itself is not necessarily of in one piece, to form building 1.
Preferably, the module 3 is sized to be able to be delivered by sea container and / or transported by truck without disassembling the module 3, that is to say in one piece. For example, module 3 measures, in the direction X3, about 3.40 m (meters), in the direction Y3, about 1.40 m, in the direction Z3, about 2.50 m. We prefer that the module 3 does not exceed the standard dimensions to be transported in one piece by a truck, that is to say at most 13.45 m, width 2.48 m and height 2.58 m. Preferably, the module 3 weighs approximately 1000 kg (kilograms), preferably less than 1500 kg, so that it can be lifted by a lifting device of relatively modest capacity, for the integration of the module 3 in the building 1.
In the present example, the building 1 is a building for individual housing, that is to say containing a single housing unit, the module 3 equipping this housing unit. The apartment building is in the form of a house. The housing unit in building 1 also includes module 5, supplementing module 3 to form the housing unit.
Module 3 is also adapted to be integrated into a collective housing building, that is to say comprising several accommodation units, for example several apartments, each housing a person or an independent family. In this case, the building can integrate several modules 3, each module 3 preferably equipping a single housing unit of the building.
Without departing from the scope of the invention, the building can have a function other than housing, for example being a sports building, an office or commercial building, a module different from module 5 then being advantageously attached to module 3 .
In the present example, building 1 is an energy, water and drainage autonomous building, that is to say which is designed so as not to need to be connected to servicing infrastructures, such as water, electricity, gas or sewage. Building 1 preferably contains storage, recycling and production means, described below, which allow it to have this autonomy. As an alternative, it can be provided that the building is partially autonomous, in that it is not autonomous for all energy, water or drainage needs, or is autonomous for a limited period of time.
In the present example, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the building 1 comprises envelope walls, here four walls 9, 10, 11 and 12, including two gable walls 9 and 10, opposite and parallel to the plane XZ3 , and two gutter walls 1 1 and 12 opposite and parallel to the plane YZ3. By “envelope walls” is meant exterior walls of building 1 forming facades of building 1 and separating the interior from the exterior of building 1, these walls generally carrying the building 1, lined with thermal insulation and sealing means. Building 1 comprises a roof 7 mounted at the top of walls 9, 10, 1 1 and 12 to close the top of building 1. Building 1 comprises at least one base floor 14, parallel to the plane XY3, and closing building 1 at the base walls 9, 10, 1 1 and 12. In the present example, the building 1 comprises two levels, distributed in the direction Z3 and therefore includes a level floor 15, part 15B of which is shown in dotted lines in FIG. 1 by transparency behind the wall 9. The floor 15 is parallel to the plane XY3 is at an intermediate position between the floor 14 and the roof 7 in the direction Z3. Above floor 15 is defined a floor, while a ground floor is defined between floors 14 and 15. Under floor 14, the building includes a foundation system 16 for implanting and fixing the building 1 in the ground.
The module 5 fully forms the roof 7 and the wall 10. The wall 9 is formed in two parts 9A and 9B, the part 9B belonging to the module 5 and delimiting the floor, the part 9A belonging to the module 3 and delimiting the ground of the road. The wall 1 1 is formed in two parts 1 1 A and 1 1 B, the part 1 1 B belonging to module 5 and delimiting the floor and the ground floor, the part 1 1 A belonging to module 3 and delimiting only the ground floor. The wall 1 1 is formed in two parts 12A and 12B, the part 12B belonging to module 5 and delimiting the floor and the ground floor, the part 12A belonging to module 3 and delimiting only the ground floor.
More generally, the prefabricated module 3 comprises facades 9A, 1 1 A, 12A, and 30, as well as a roof 15A, which externally delimit the prefabricated module 3. The prefabricated module 3 also includes a floor 14A.
The facades 9A and 30 are opposite and are longitudinal facades in that they are parallel to the plane XZ3, while the facades 1 1A and 12A are opposite and are transverse facades, in that they are parallel to the plane YZ3. The facades 9A, 1 1 A, 12A and 30 form a closed contour of the module 3. In particular, each facade 1 1A and 12A connects the two facades 9A and 30 together.
The roof 15A and the floor 14A are opposite and parallel to the plane XY3, and close respectively from above and from below the facades 9A, 11A, 12A and 30. As shown in FIGS. 8, 9 and 10, the floor 14A preferably comprises one or more surface panels 35, coplanar and parallel to the plane XY3, one or more underside panels 39, coplanar and parallel to the plane XY3. Preferably, a single panel 35 and a single panel 39 are provided. The panel 35 delimits the top of the floor 14A, and the panel 39 delimits the bottom of the floor 14A. The panels 35 and 39 are at a distance from each other in the direction Z3. Between the panels 35 and 39 are advantageously provided parallel beams 28, for example oriented in the direction Y3, to support the floor 14A. Between the panels 35 and 39, provision is preferably made for thermal insulation and sealing means. Under the floor 14A, that is to say opposite to the direction Z3, the module 3 comprises foundations 21.
Preferably, the module 3 forms at least one part 9A, or even three parts 9A, 1 1 A and 12A, envelope walls 9, 10, 1 1 and 12 of the building 1, formed by the facade (s) 9A, 1 1A and 12A concerned. For the parts of the envelope wall formed by the module 3, the module 3 advantageously takes on the structural means for supporting the building by the walls, that is to say the framework, the sealing, insulation means. thermal, optionally soundproofing, or even the exterior facing of building 1, for example cladding or plaster.
Preferably, the module 3 forms a part 14A of the base floor 14 of the building 1, or, as a variant, of a level floor, formed by the floor 14A of the module 3. Preferably, the module embeds, for these parts floor, the floor framework, comprising for example beams, joists or joists, as well as sealing means, thermal insulation, optionally sound insulation.
Preferably, the module 3 also forms a part 15B of the level floor 15 of the building 1, or, as a variant, a part of the roof of the building, formed the roof 15B of the module 3. The facade 30 of the module 3 advantageously forms one or several interior partitions of building 1, to separate the floor into several rooms.
Module 5 is designed to receive module 5 for integration into building 1, or module 5 is designed to be built around module 3 to form building 1. The parts of building 1 formed by module 5 , in particular the parts of the envelope walls, of the roof and of the floors, are shaped to form a cavity 20 corresponding to the external shapes of the module 3, as shown in FIG. 1, to receive the module 3 and thus integrate it into the building 1. The module 3 being integrated into building 1, the cavity 20 is closed by the module 3.
When one or more floors are provided in building 1, access from one floor to the other is provided on module 5. Here, module 5 includes an internal staircase 27 provided for this purpose, visible in the figure 2.
Comme visible sur la figure 2, le bâtiment 1 comprend sur un même niveau, ici au rez-de-chaussée :  As shown in Figure 2, building 1 comprises on the same level, here on the ground floor:
- a shower compartment 31, a toilet compartment 32, a kitchen compartment 33 and a technical compartment 34, delimited by the facades 9A, 1 1 A, 12A and 30, of module 3 from floor 14A to roof 15A of module 3 . Within the meaning of the invention, each "compartment" constitutes a room in building 1, into which a person can advantageously enter when this compartment is not occupied.
Upstairs, building 1 defines one or more other living rooms, such as a bedroom, with parts 9B, 10, 1 1 B, 12B of the envelope walls, and on parts 15A and 15B of the floor 15.
More generally, it is preferred that the module 5 delimits only living rooms, such as a bedroom, a living room, a dining room and an office, while all the technical compartments, namely here, compartments 31, 32, 33 and 34, are embedded in module 3.
Within module 3, two transverse internal partitions 36 and 37 are provided, each connecting the facades 9A and 30, the floor 14A and the roof 15A, and being parallel to the facades 1 1 A and 12A. The partitions 36 and 37 are connected by a longitudinal internal partition 38, between the facades 9A and 30, parallel to the facade 30.
As clearly visible in FIG. 3, the shower compartment 31 is delimited by the facades 9A, 1 1 A, and 30, as well as by the partition 37. In particular, the facade 30 comprises an interior partition 30A, called “interior partition shower ”, which delimits the shower compartment 31 and separates the shower compartment 31 from part 19 of module 5. The compartment 31 is delimited at the top by the roof 15A and at the bottom by the floor 14A, in particular by the panel 35.
The toilet compartment 32 is delimited by the facades 9A, 12A and 30, as well as by the partition 36. Thus, the shower 31 and toilet 32 compartments are arranged at respective longitudinal ends of the module 3. In particular, the facade 30 comprises an internal partition 30B, called “internal toilet partition”, which delimits the toilet compartment 32 and separates the toilet compartment 32 from the part 19 of the module 5. The compartment 32 is delimited at the top by the roof 15A and at low by the floor 14A, in particular by the panel 35.
The kitchen compartment 33 is delimited by the facade 30, as well as by the partitions 36, 37, 38. The technical compartment 34 is delimited by the facade 9A, as well as by the partitions 36, 37 and 38. The compartments 33 and 34 are therefore arranged between the compartments 31 and 32, and delimited by the compartments 31 and 32 as well as by the two longitudinal facades 9A and 30. The compartments 33 and 34 are distributed transversely in the module 3. The compartments 33 and 34 are arranged back backpack and separated only by the partition 38. The compartments 31 and 32 are separated only by the compartments 31 and 32. Preferably, the four compartments 31, 32, 33 and 34 together occupy all the available floor space of the module 3, the module 3 comprising no other compartment. The compartment 33 is delimited at the top by the roof 15A and at the bottom by the floor 14A, in particular by the panel 35.
The compartment 34 is delimited at the top by the roof 15A and at the bottom by the floor 14A, in particular by the panel 39, no panel 35 being advantageously provided for the compartment 34, which therefore extends over a greater height than compartments 31, 32 and 33.
The partitions 30A and 30B are advantageously coplanar with the plane of the facade 30 and together form the facade 30. The partition 30A connects the facade 1 1 A to the partition 37, preferably without going beyond. The partition 30B connects the facade 12A to the partition 36, preferably without going beyond.
On the inside of module 3, the facades 9A, 11A, 12A and 30, the floor 14A, preferably the panels 35 of the floor 14A, the roof 15B, and the partitions 36, 37 and 38 of module 3 are preferably coated with their final facing, for example a wooden cladding, a tiling, a tapestry, a painting or any similar facing.
Par « directement », on entend qu’il n’est pas nécessaire de passer par un autre compartiment du module 3 pour accéder, depuis l’extérieur du module 3, au compartiment The shower compartment 31 includes an opening 41 for access by a person, which is advantageously provided through the first facade 30, in particular in the partition 30A. The opening 41 places the compartment 31 in communication directly with the exterior of the module 3, namely room 19 of the building 1. By "directly" is meant that it is not necessary to pass through another compartment of the module 3 to access the compartment from outside module 3
The opening 41 preferably extends from the floor 14A, preferably from the panel 35. The opening 41 is advantageously equipped with a door unit, with a door, beating for example towards the interior of the compartment 31 as shown in dotted lines in FIG. 3, to selectively close and release the opening 41.
Par « directement », on entend qu’il n’est pas nécessaire de passer par un autre compartiment du module 3 pour accéder, depuis l’extérieur du module 3, au compartiment The toilet compartment 32 includes an opening 42 for access by a person, which is advantageously provided through the first facade 30, in particular in the partition 30B. The opening 42 places the compartment 32 in communication directly with the exterior of the module 3, namely room 19 of the building 1. By "directly" is meant that it is not necessary to pass through another compartment of the module 3 to access the compartment from outside module 3
32. The opening 42 preferably extends from the floor 14A, preferably from the panel 35. The opening 42 is advantageously equipped with a door unit, with a door, beating for example towards the interior of the compartment 32 as shown in dotted lines in FIG. 3, for selectively closing and releasing the opening 42. As a respective door unit for the openings 42 and 43, a door unit for separating interior parts may be suitable. The kitchen compartment 33 includes an opening 43 for access by a person, which is advantageously provided through the first facade 30, in particular by being delimited, in the direction X3, by the partitions 30A and 30B. The partitions 30A and 30B are therefore advantageously separated by the opening 43, which extends from the floor 14A to the roof 15A, as shown in FIG. 5. The opening 42 places the compartment 33 in communication directly with the outside of the module 3, namely room 19 of building 1. By "directly" is meant that it is not necessary to pass through another compartment of module 3 to access, from outside the module 3, compartment 33. The opening 43 preferably extends from the floor 14A, preferably from the panel 35. The opening 43 is advantageously equipped with a door unit, with a double door, each door swinging for example towards the outside of the compartment 33 as shown in dotted lines in FIG. 3, by folding back respectively against the partitions 30A and 30B in the open position, to selectively close and release the opening 42. As a door unit for the opening 43, a door unit closet may be suitable.
The technical compartment 34 includes an opening 44 for access by a person, which is advantageously provided through the second facade 9B, preferably between the partitions 36 and 37, in consideration of the direction X3. The opening 44 puts the compartment 34 in communication directly with the outside of the module 3, namely with the outside of the building 1. By "directly" means that it is not necessary to pass through another compartment of the module 3 to access, from the outside of the module 3, to the compartment 34. The opening 44 preferably extends from the floor 14A, preferably panel 39. The opening 44 is advantageously fitted with a door unit, with a door, beating for example towards the outside of the compartment 34 as shown in dotted lines in FIG. 3, to close and release selectively opening 44. As a door block for opening 44, a door block for separating an interior room from the outside, or a door block for a technical room, may be suitable.
Other types of doors can be provided for the openings 41, 42, 43 and 44. In particular, it can be provided that the opening 43 remains permanently open and has no door. Preferably, the module 3 does not have other access openings for a person. However, day openings, for example windows, can optionally be provided.
The module 5 comprises at least one opening, putting in communication, when open, the outside and the inside of the building 1, for access by a person. Here, the module 5 includes three openings 22, 23 and 24. These openings 22, 23, and 24 each comprise means for closing the opening such as a door for closing this opening. The module 5 also includes one or more day openings, for example a window 26 and a picture window 25. When the building 1 integrates the module 3, the compartments 31, 32 and 33 are therefore accessible only from room 19.
Thanks to the arrangement of compartments 31, 32, 33 and 34, all the technical parts of building 1, or, at least, of the housing unit it houses, are concentrated in module 3. The compartments 31, 32 and 33 being all adjoining the compartment 34, the compartment 34 can directly serve each of them, so as to reduce the energy losses and the length of the internal networks of the building 1, while being accessible for the maintenance, from a single opening 44 giving to the outside. Maintenance can thus be carried out centrally without the maintenance technician needing to cross the interior of building 1, in particular room 19, to access compartment 34. For their use by the occupants of building 1, the arrangement of the compartments 31, 32 and 33 means that the openings 41, 42 and 43 can be provided on the same facade 30, facing the interior of the building 1, and giving in particular to the living room 19.
Preferably, in order to increase the autonomy of the building 1 in water, the prefabricated module comprises reserves 80 and 81 of external water, for example reservoirs. A number of reservations other than two may be provided for this purpose, for example a single reservation. By “outside water” is meant water coming from outside the building 1 and from the module 3, not coming from a servicing network and being collected by the module 3 and / or by the building 1. L external water is generally non-domestic, in that it is not potable or cannot be used directly by the equipment of module 3 without being treated by the purification device 65. In the present example, the external water is rainwater.
The reserve 90 and 91 preferably supplies an interior lighting of the compartments 31, 32, 33 and / or 34, on board the module 3. In the event that the cooking appliance 75 and / or the water heater 62 would operate at l electricity, they could also be supplied from reserve 90 and 91. Any other electrical equipment of module 3 can thus be supplied with electricity, in particular a domestic electricity distribution network, comprising at least one electrical outlet, provided for example in the kitchen compartment 33 to connect an appliance. The module 3 also preferably includes an electrical supply connector 94, for connecting the reserve of electricity 90 and 91 to a domestic electrical network of the building 1, belonging to the module 5, to be supplied with electrical energy stored in the reserve 90 and 91. For example, the connector 92 projects through the opening 45. This domestic electrical network of the module 5 comprises at least one electrical outlet, provided for example in room 19. The electricity supply from the home network of module 5 is only possible when module 3 is connected to it.
The module 3 preferably comprises an electrical connector 92 for recharging, for connecting the reserve of electricity 90 and 91 to an external source of electricity 93, preferably belonging to building 1. The reserve 90 and 91 is thus recharged in electrical energy by the source 93. For example, the connector 92 projects through the opening 45. In the present example, the electricity source 93 comprises a set of photovoltaic panels 93 arranged on the roof 7 of building 1 and connected to the connector 94 via an electrical network of the module 5. These photovoltaic panels 93 could also be placed on adjoining land. One could alternatively provide, as a source of electricity, one or more wind turbines, or any other means of local production of electrical energy. These means increase the autonomy of building 1 in electrical energy.
In addition or as an alternative to the presence of the recharging connector 92, the module 3 advantageously comprises an electric generator 96. The electric generator 96 recharges the reserve of electricity 90 and 91 so as to increase the energy autonomy of the building 1.
In the present example, since the external energy source 93 can recharge the reserve 90 and 91, the generator 96 is a backup generator, when the external energy source 93 does not supply enough energy, for example in l 'absence of sun and / or wind, depending on the source 93 chosen.
The generator 96 is placed in the technical compartment 34, preferably in the sub-compartment 71. For example, the generator 96 is placed between the power energy reserve and the sub-compartment 70 dedicated to water.
For minimal noise and atmospheric pollution, it is preferred that the generator 96 be a fuel cell, supplied by a reserve 97 of fuel from the cell, for example methanol or hydrogen, provided in the technical compartment 34, for example in the sub-compartment 71. The reserve 97 preferably belongs to the power energy reserve and is therefore advantageously placed next to the batteries 90 and 91 and the reserve 87. The toilet compartment 32 comprises a sanitary, that is to say an assembly comprising a toilet seat 98, with a bowl, and means for recovering, evacuating and / or treating the manure produced by the seat. Here, the seat 98 is mounted on the floor 14A so that it can be used by a person in the compartment 32.
Preferably, the sanitary is a dry toilet, that is to say a toilet which does not require water to operate, in order to reduce water consumption and thus increase the autonomy of the building 1 vis-à-vis screw for water supply and waste disposal. Alternatively, one could provide that the sanitary works with water, in a more conventional manner, for example supplied with water by one of the water reserves 61 or 63 of the technical compartment 34.
Particularly preferably, if a dry toilet is chosen as in the present example, it is a dry toilet with urine separation. In other words, while excrement has two components: urine and feces, dry toilet separates feces and urine. For example, for this, the seat 98 includes two separate receiving holes, one for receiving the urine, the other for receiving the faeces, or any other suitable means of separation. The dry toilet advantageously comprises a urine reserve 99, or reservoir, connected to the seat 98 to receive the urine. Here, the urine reserve 99 is installed under the toilet compartment 32, in the thickness of the floor 14A, that is to say between the panels 35 and 39, so that it can be emptied and / or replaced by access via the opening 40. The urine reserve 99 is therefore advantageously connected to the seat 98 by pipes or plumbing, through the panel 35. Alternatively, the reserve 99 could be placed in the technical compartment 34, preferably below the plane of the panel 35 supporting the seat 98. The dry toilet also comprises a feces dryer, comprising a reserve 95 of faeces, supplied by the seat 98, and a drying duct 69, for drying the faeces contained in the reserve 95. Here, the reserve 95 is integrated into the seat 98. The drying pipe 69 is connected to the reserve 95 and crosses the facade 9A in order to allow drying thanks to the outside air of the building 1.
At the end of its manufacture, the module 3 being supplied preassembled and functional, for the equipment which it embarks. Once integrated into building 1, the equipment it carries remains functional without modification. This considerably reduces the intervention of technicians on the construction site, except for connecting the technical networks of module 3 to module 5, for example the collectors 82 and 83, the drying pipe 69, the heating pipes, the domestic electrical network. , etc. In particular, whether module 3 is connected to the building or not, if the energy reserve electric 90, 91 is charged, for example using the generator 96, the purification device 65, the pumps provided for circulating the water through the water heater 62, the shower 51, sink 67, hand basin 66, water purifier 65, refrigerator 76, ventilation system, if forced ventilation, interior lighting of compartments 31, 32, 33 and / or 34, are functional. In particular, whether the module 3 is connected or not to the building 1, if the fuel reserve 87 is loaded, the cooking appliance 75 and the water heater 62 are functional. Preferably, the sanitary is also functional, whether the module 3 is connected to the building or not.
Consequently, instead of being integrated into a building such as building 1, the module 3 can be installed individually, completely independently of any building, on a site, for example a campsite. Module 3 then serves as a sanitary and kitchen module, preferably autonomous. It is not necessary to plan a technical intervention to assemble its internal equipment, which is advantageously already functional on delivery.
Préalablement à son intégration dans le bâtiment 1 , le module est fourni et transporté pour sa livraison sur le site de construction du bâtiment 1 , alors que :  Prior to integration into building 1, the module is supplied and transported for delivery to the construction site of building 1, while:

- le siège de toilettes 98 et le lave-main 66 sont déjà installés dans le compartiment de toilettes 32 comme défini ci-avant,  the toilet seat 98 and the hand basin 66 are already installed in the toilet compartment 32 as defined above,
- la douche 51 est déjà installée dans le compartiment de douche 31 comme défini ci- avant,  the shower 51 is already installed in the shower compartment 31 as defined above,
- l’évier 67, l’appareil de cuisson 75 et le réfrigérateur 76 sont déjà installés dans le compartiment de cuisine 33,  - the sink 67, the cooking appliance 75 and the refrigerator 76 are already installed in the kitchen compartment 33,
- the power energy reserve is already installed in the technical compartment and are capable of supplying their various associated equipment mentioned above.
Depending on the application, some of the above components may not be mounted on the module 3 when it is delivered and are mounted a posteriori, for example the refrigerator 76, or the foundations 21.
