Description

The present invention relates to the field of building construction, in particular, for the construction of homes and / or offices.
In known manner, a building has a plurality of floors each comprising one or more dwellings, the characteristics of which were defined during the construction of said building. For example, the building may have a first floor comprising two two-room apartments and one three-room apartment and a second floor comprising one three-room apartment and one two-room apartment.
If a young couple acquires a 2-room apartment on the first floor of the building and gives birth to one or more children, they will be forced to move if they wish to allow each member of the family to have access to more space. Such a move is restrictive since it generally requires a change of living quarters, which has drawbacks, in particular for the children (schooling, childcare, etc.). Ideally for the family would be to move within the same building to an accommodation of suitable size, for example, a 4-room apartment.
If a dwelling of this size is not available, an immediate solution would be to acquire a semi-detached two-room dwelling and merge it with the dwelling already owned. Such a merger is generally not possible since the dwellings to be merged are separated by a load-bearing wall which is expensive and complex to modify. In addition, the layout of the rooms in the apartments is not necessarily compatible, which requires expensive modification work.
Une telle séparation impose de réaliser de nouvelles ouvertures, de nouveaux accès et de modifier le réseau technique (eau, électricité, gaz, etc.).Similar problems also arise when a family, whose children have become independent, wishes to separate their large accommodation into two separate smaller accommodation. Such a separation requires making new openings, new accesses and modifying the technical network (water, electricity, gas, etc.).
  • une ceinture intermédiaire, s’étendant verticalement et ayant une structure porteuse, à l’intérieur de laquelle est ménagé au moins un couloir de circulation ;
  • une ceinture extérieure, s’étendant verticalement et ayant une structure porteuse, dans laquelle sont formés une pluralité d’ouvertures débouchant sur l’extérieur ;
  • une pluralité de logements, appelés également alvéoles, disposés entre la ceinture intermédiaire et la ceinture extérieure ;
  • une pluralité de planchers s’étendant horizontalement entre la ceinture intermédiaire et la ceinture extérieure de manière à définir les étages dudit immeuble ;
  • chaque logement étant délimité au moins par une paroi de délimitation non porteuse s’étendant entre la ceinture intermédiaire et la ceinture extérieure, chaque logement comportant au moins un espace élémentaire ;
In order to eliminate these drawbacks, it has been proposed by patent FR3050472A1 to produce a building, in particular for housing, comprising a plurality of floors (E1-E8), the building comprising:
  • an intermediate belt, extending vertically and having a load-bearing structure, inside which is provided at least one circulation corridor;
  • an outer belt, extending vertically and having a supporting structure, in which are formed a plurality of openings opening out to the outside;
  • a plurality of housings, also called cells, arranged between the intermediate belt and the outer belt;
  • a plurality of floors extending horizontally between the intermediate belt and the outer belt so as to define the floors of said building;
  • each housing being delimited at least by a non-load-bearing delimiting wall extending between the intermediate belt and the outer belt, each housing comprising at least one elementary space;
  • each elementary space comprising at least one outer opening formed in the outer belt, at least one access opening formed in the intermediate belt, at least one technical pipe for individual access to running water and sewers, and at least one technical control of individual access to electricity.
Such a building is advantageous since it offers a very important flexibility. However, the structure of such a building is unsuitable for a building with an elongated section and it is difficult to form suitable sized dwellings that are easily reconfigurable.
In addition, to allow great flexibility, it is complex to mount electric cables or water pipes in independent elementary spaces which can later be connected together.
In addition, for example, when a living room is to be transformed into a studio including a toilet, the positioning of the toilet is necessary close to the water pipes, which limits flexibility.
Finally, one of the drawbacks is that it remains difficult to define cells of equivalent surface area depending on the shape of the building, in particular, when the latter is elongated. Elementary spaces with too different surfaces present an obstacle to flexibility.
The invention thus aims to eliminate at least some of these drawbacks.
PRESENTATION DE L’INVENTIONPRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION
  • une ceinture intermédiaire, s’étendant verticalement et ayant une structure porteuse, à l’intérieur de laquelle est ménagé au moins un couloir de circulation ;
  • une ceinture extérieure, s’étendant verticalement et ayant une structure porteuse, dans laquelle sont formés une pluralité d’ouvertures débouchant sur l’extérieur ;
  • une pluralité de planchers s’étendant horizontalement entre la ceinture intermédiaire et la ceinture extérieure de manière à définir les étages dudit immeuble ;
  • une pluralité de logements disposés entre la ceinture intermédiaire et la ceinture extérieure ;
To this end, the invention relates to a building, in particular for housing, comprising a plurality of floors, the building comprising:
  • an intermediate belt, extending vertically and having a load-bearing structure, inside which is provided at least one circulation corridor;
  • an outer belt, extending vertically and having a supporting structure, in which are formed a plurality of openings opening out to the outside;
  • a plurality of floors extending horizontally between the intermediate belt and the outer belt so as to define the floors of said building;
  • a plurality of housings disposed between the intermediate belt and the outer belt;
  • at least a plurality of housings being delimited at least by a non-load-bearing delimiting wall extending between the intermediate belt and the outer belt, each housing comprising at least one elementary space, each elementary space comprising:
    • at least one outer opening formed in the outer belt,
    • at least one access opening formed in the intermediate belt,
    • at least one technical pipe for individual access to running water and sewers, and
    • at least one technical pipe for individual access to electricity
The invention is remarkable in that each elementary space has a lower structural floor and an upper decorative floor so as to form a double floor.
Thanks to the invention, the building has a plurality of dwellings which are flexible since they are formed of elementary spaces which can be easily separated from each other or merged together. Each elementary space is independent and can be used as such as it has independent access with an opening. In addition, each elementary space has its own technical channels, which facilitates the separation of two elementary spaces which were previously joined. Advantageously, the use of a double floor makes it possible to increase flexibility by allowing the passage of pipes and / or cables in the double floor, which makes it possible to easily create a new housing by association or separation of spaces. elementary. In addition, the use of a double floor makes it possible to place sanitary facilities / kitchens / wet rooms in different places of the basic space with reduced constraints. A double floor also makes it possible to provide a fusible portion in the lower structural floor over which the inhabitants do not circulate directly. Indeed, the inhabitants circulate on the upper decorative floor which rests on the entire lower structural floor. The risk of involuntary rupture of the fusible portion, due to the movement of inhabitants, is thus eliminated.
Preferably, the lower structural floor has at least one fusible portion so as to allow the formation of a hopper for access to an elementary space of a lower floor. Thus, two basic spaces located one below the other can be easily assembled together to form a duplex housing.
Preferably, the lower structural floor of an elementary space comprises at least one reinforced portion, in which are positioned a plurality of metallic structural reinforcing members, and at least one fusible portion free from metallic structural reinforcing members in such a manner. to be fusible. Thus, the fusible portion is initially defined. The presence of a reinforced portion compensates for the reduced resistance of the fusible portion.
Preferably, the lower structural floor is spaced vertically from the upper decorative floor by cross members, preferably of wood. The presence of cross members allows the forces of the upper decorative floor to be distributed over the lower structural floor. Thus, no significant mechanical force is applied to the fuse portion, the risk of accidental rupture is thus eliminated.
Preferably, the lower structural floor of each elementary space comprises only a reinforced portion and a fusible portion.
Preferably, the fusible portion has a rectangular shape and extends along its length along a non-load-bearing boundary wall.
According to a preferred aspect, the double floor has a reservation above the fusible portion in the double floor in order to prevent the passage of pipes or cables, connected to the technical pipes, above the fusible portion. Thus, if basic spaces located one below the other must be brought together, meeting costs are lower since there is no need to move pipes and cables. The reservation advantageously makes it possible to set up a staircase directly.
Preferably, the height between the lower structural floor and the upper decorative floor is greater than 8 cm, preferably less than 15 cm. Such a height is important compared to a traditional double floor in order to be able to form an evacuation slope large enough to place sanitary facilities or the like flexibly in an elementary space. Such a height offers significant flexibility. A height limited to 15cm avoids losing too much volume in the double floor.
Preferably, each elementary space has an area of between 17m2 and 21m2. Such a surface advantageously corresponds to a surface of a one-room housing, which facilitates the formation of housings comprising several rooms. In addition, such a surface makes it possible to limit the distance between a technical pipe for individual access to running water and sewers and sanitary facilities or the like. The combination of a double floor of carefully chosen height associated with an elementary space of carefully chosen surface makes it possible to form a bathroom that can accommodate sanitary facilities anywhere.
Preferably, each elementary space has a maximum length of 8m, preferably 6m. Such a maximum length makes it possible to guarantee an optimal evacuation slope for the installation of sanitary facilities.
Preferably, each elementary space has a maximum width of 6m, preferably 5m. Such a maximum width makes it possible to guarantee an optimal evacuation slope for the installation of sanitary facilities.
De préférence, la largeur moyenne d’un espace élémentaire est comprise entre 3m et 4m, de préférence encore, entre 3,6m et 4m.Preferably, the average length of an elementary space is between 5m and 6m, more preferably between 5.4m and 5.8mm. Preferably, the average width of an elementary space is between 3m and 4m, more preferably between 3.6m and 4m.
Preferably, the building comprises at least one elementary space without an access opening formed in the intermediate belt, called elementary controlled space, preferably at least two. Thus, an ordered elementary space has all the attributes of an elementary space with the exception of the access opening. More preferably, an elementary controlled space also does not include technical conduits.
In other words, the ordered elementary space belongs to a dwelling comprising at least one other "non-controlled" elementary space so as to allow the entry and exit of the inhabitants of the dwelling. Advantageously, the installation of one or more basic controlled spaces makes it possible to take into account the various forms of a building without creating basic spaces of very large area, which would affect flexibility.
Preferably, the inner belt defining a barycenter, among the four elementary spaces furthest from the barycenter, at least one elementary space is a controlled elementary space. Advantageously, the elementary spaces furthest from the inner belt, and therefore less accessible, are used as controlled elementary spaces in order to maintain optimum flexibility.
Preferably, the outer belt and the intermediate belt are peripheral. Such a configuration maximizes the number of dwellings and increases their flexibility.
Preferably, the building does not have a load-bearing wall between the outer belt and the intermediate belt. Thus, the elementary spaces can be associated with great freedom, only non-load-bearing walls having to be added / removed. Preferably, each elementary space does not have a load-bearing wall apart from those of the intermediate belt and of the outer belt.
Preferably, at least one housing comprises several elementary spaces. Thus, it benefits from a plurality of technical pipes, openings and accesses so as to allow its division in the future. More preferably, at least two housings comprise several elementary spaces.
Preferably, at least one floor comprises more than 5 elementary spaces, preferably more than 7 elementary spaces. Such a building with a large number of basic spaces offers a wide variety of accommodation.
Preferably, the building comprises an interior belt extending vertically and having a supporting structure, inside which are installed at least one elevator and at least one staircase. Such an inner belt, preferably peripheral, makes it possible to form a structural column inside which access means can be integrated.
Preferably, the intermediate belt is positioned between the inner belt and the outer belt so as to define, on the one hand, a circulation corridor between the intermediate belt and the inner belt and, on the other hand, a plurality of housings between the intermediate belt and the outer belt. Such a structure makes it possible to maximize the number of housings between the intermediate belt and the outer belt.

DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE DE L’INVENTIONDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
He is pictured at the , a sectional view of a floor of a building according to the invention. In this example, the building is intended for housing, but it goes without saying that it could also be suitable for accommodating offices for professionals. The building 1 comprises an inner belt 2 extending vertically and having a supporting structure, inside which are installed at least one elevator 21 and at least one staircase 22. The inner belt 2 advantageously makes it possible to bring together all the equipment. allowing access to the floors of the building 1. Such an inner belt 2 makes it possible to form the structural heart of the building 1. Preferably, the inner belt 2 is peripheral and has openings to allow inhabitants to enter. access the elevator 21 and the staircase 22. The inner belt 2 advantageously makes it possible to ensure the bracing of the building 1.
Still with reference to the , the building 1 comprises an outer belt 3, extending vertically and having a supporting structure, in which are formed a plurality of openings 30 opening to the outside. In this example, the exterior openings 30 may take various forms, for example, a window, a patio door, a veranda, etc. Preferably, the outer belt 3 is peripheral so as to allow the formation of a large number of openings 30, which reinforces the luminosity.
The building 1 also has a plurality of floors 9 ( ) extending horizontally so as to define the floors of said building 1. Thus the floors 9 and the belts 2, 3 form the structure of the building 1. In addition, always with reference to the , the building 1 comprises an intermediate belt 4, extending vertically and having a supporting structure, positioned between the inner belt 2 and the outer belt 3. The intermediate belt 4 defines, on the one hand, a circulation corridor 41 between the intermediate belt 4 and the inner belt 2 and, on the other hand, a plurality of housings between the intermediate belt 4 and the outer belt 3. Advantageously, the intermediate belt 4 makes it possible to reinforce the center of the building 1 while by authorizing the formation of housing that can be easily adapted, as will be presented below.
According to the invention, with reference to the , each housing is delimited at least by a non-load-bearing delimiting wall 5 extending between the intermediate belt 4 and the outer belt 3. Preferably, each housing comprises load-bearing walls which belong to the intermediate belt 4 or / and the belt exterior 3. In other words, each housing has no load-bearing wall other than those of the belts 3, 4.
Preferably, each load- bearing belt 2, 3, 4 is formed of reinforced concrete, but it goes without saying that other load-bearing structures could be suitable, for example, of wood, steel, wood-concrete, steel-concrete, etc. .
Such a belt can advantageously be produced by means of shuttering shutters. According to another aspect, each carrier belt 2, 3, 4 is solid, in particular, of wood, more preferably of cross-laminated wood (CLT).
Alternatively, each belt 2, 3, 4 comprises a structure formed of elementary beams and / or elementary columns.
According to the invention, with reference to Figures 1 and 2, each housing comprises at least one elementary space and, preferably, at least one housing comprises several elementary spaces. Preferably, each floor comprises at least 10 elementary spaces in order to allow various combinations of elementary spaces to form dwellings of different types.
As shown in , the floor has 10 elementary spaces A1-A10. According to the invention, each elementary space A1-A10 comprises:
  • at least one outer opening 30 formed in the outer peripheral belt 3,
  • at least one access opening 40 formed in the intermediate peripheral belt 4, and
  • at least one technical pipe for individual access to running water and sewers 6 and at least one technical pipe for individual access to electricity and a telecommunications network 7.
Thus, each dwelling is made up of one or more elementary spaces A1-A10 which can be used independently or aggregated "horizontally" on the same floor or "vertically" on several floors. Each elementary space A1-A10 is autonomous and can be used independently. The technical pipes 6, 7 are connected independently, even if the housing has a plurality of elementary spaces A1-A10 merged together. Such a technical organization makes it possible to guarantee a flexible reorganization over time of the elementary spaces A1-A10. In this example, the technical pipes 6, 7 are adjacent and are shown together. Nevertheless, it goes without saying that the technical lines 6, 7 could be separated and separated from each other.
By individual, we mean that the technical conduits of elementary spaces belonging to the same floor are independent of each other. Each technical pipe 6, 7 is vertical, in particular, extends vertically between several floors. The drainage to the sewer is vertical.
Preferably, a technical pipe also allows access to ventilation (VMC). The pipes preferably extend in the same vertical column.
When a dwelling has at least two basic spaces, at least one access opening is temporarily sealed off in order to allow future separation of the basic spaces. Preferably, several dwellings on the same floor have several basic spaces.
A first elementary space A1 is represented schematically at the . In this example, the first elementary space A1 is delimited by 4 walls, a load-bearing wall of the outer belt 3 in which an outer opening 30 (a window) is formed, a load-bearing wall of the intermediate belt 4 in which an opening is formed. access 40 (a door) and two non-bearing walls 5 which are made, in this example, in plasterboard. The first elementary space A1 can thus be easily increased by eliminating the non-load-bearing walls 5, as will be presented below. The first elementary space A1 comprises a technical pipe for individual access to water and sewers 6 and a technical pipe for individual access to electricity and the telecommunications network 7. In other words, the first elementary space A1 is independent. and can accommodate any type of equipment: a kitchen, a bathroom, a washing machine, an oven, a television, a computer, etc. Preferably, the technical pipe for individual access to water and sewers 6 and the technical pipe for individual access to electricity and to the telecommunications network 7 are respectively connected to a water meter and to a meter. electric. Thus, the consumption of each elementary space A1-A10 can be monitored independently.
Preferably, as illustrated in , each elementary space A1-A10 comprises a lower structural floor 91 and an upper decorative floor 92 so as to form a double floor 9. In this example, the lower structural floor 91 is spaced vertically from the upper decorative floor 92 by crossbars 93, preferably in wood. The presence of crosspieces 93 makes it possible to distribute the forces of the upper decorative floor 92 on the lower structural floor 91. Thus, no mechanical force is applied locally to the fusible portion 91A, the risk of accidental rupture is thus eliminated.
A double floor 9 is very advantageous for participating in the modularity of the building 1 and in bringing together elementary spaces A1-A10 between them both in the horizontal plane and in the vertical plane. Advantageously, with reference to the , pipes 61, connected to the technical pipe for individual access to water 6, and cables 71, connected to the technical pipe for individual access to electricity and to the telecommunications network 7, are positioned between the floor lower structural 91 and the upper decorative floor 92 so as to be easily movable in the elementary space A1-A10 in order to allow the transformation of an elementary space A1-A10, for example, from a bedroom into an independent studio. In addition, a double floor 9 improves aesthetics.
Une telle hauteur H est importante au regard de ce qui est couramment fait dans le domaine des bureaux et permet d’offrir une flexibilité importante pour changer l’usage d’un espace élémentaire A1-A10.Advantageously, with reference to Figures 2 and 3, the height H between the lower structural floor 91 and the upper decorative floor 92 is between 8cm and 15cm so as to allow a sufficient evacuation slope, at any point of the elementary space A1-A10, if one wishes to install sanitary facilities 62 in the elementary space A1-A10. Such a height H is important with regard to what is commonly done in the field of offices and allows to offer significant flexibility to change the use of an elementary space A1-A10.
Une telle hauteur H est avantageuse pour l’évacuation car les sanitaires 62 peuvent être distants de la conduite technique d’accès individuel à l’eau courante et aux égouts 6.Preferably, each elementary space A1-A10 has an area of between 17m2 and 21m2 in order to correspond to the average area of a “one-room” dwelling. Preferably, the length of the elementary space A1-A10 is less than 6m and the width is less than 5m so as to ensure a sufficient drainage slope to place sanitary facilities 62. Preferably, with reference to the , the technical pipe for individual access to running water and to sewers 6 is positioned on the periphery of the elementary space A1-A10, in particular, near a corner of the elementary space A1-A10. Such a height H is advantageous for the evacuation because the sanitary facilities 62 can be distant from the technical pipe for individual access to running water and to the sewers 6.
Preferably, as illustrated in , the technical pipe for individual access to running water and to sewers 6 opens out between the lower structural floor 91 and the upper decorative floor 92 so as to be located at a low point, which increases the evacuation slope.
With reference to the , a lower elementary space A1 ′ is located on the lower level of the first elementary space A1, directly under the first elementary space A1. In other words, the first elementary space A1 and the lower elementary space A1 'are separated vertically by the double floor 9.
For the sake of clarity and conciseness, identical or analogous elements between the first elementary space A1 and the lower elementary space A1 ’are numerically referenced with like reference numerals (prime index).
Preferably, the first elementary space A1 comprises a fusible portion 91A formed in the lower structural floor 91 in order to make it possible to provide an access hopper to the lower elementary space A1 ′. As will be presented later, a staircase 8 can be mounted in the hopper to form a duplex housing ( ). Advantageously, each elementary space A1-A10 has a fuse portion 91A on standby so as to be able to form duplex or triplex housings in a simple and practical manner.
This is all the more advantageous as the formation of openings after construction requires administrative authorizations to ensure that the opening formed does not affect the structure of the building 1.
Autrement dit, le grand côté du rectangle dont la portion fusible 91A a la forme s’étend parallèlement à la paroi de délimitation non porteuse 5.Preferably, the fusible portion 91A is positioned near a non-load-bearing delimiting wall 5 as illustrated in FIG. in order to improve circulation in the accommodation. Preferably, the fusible portion 91A has a rectangular shape and extends along its length along a non-bearing delimiting wall 5 as illustrated in FIG. . In other words, the long side of the rectangle whose fusible portion 91A has the shape extends parallel to the non-load-bearing delimiting wall 5.
Advantageously, as illustrated in , the lower structural floor 91 of an elementary space A1-A10 comprises a reinforced portion 91B, in which are positioned a plurality of metallic structural reinforcing members, and a fusible portion 91A free from metallic structural reinforcing members so as to be fuse. Preferably, the metallic structural reinforcement members are scrap in order to reinforce the mechanical resistance. Thus, the lower structural floor 91 consists of two portions of different types 91A, 91B. During the construction of the building 1, the lower structural floor 91 of each elementary space 9, thus comprises a reinforced portion 91B, which cannot be cut without administrative authorization since it affects the mechanical resistance of the building. , and a fusible portion 91A which can be cut freely without administrative authorization.
Advantageously, during construction, the fusible portion 91A is produced by delimiting a volume in which no metallic structural reinforcement member is positioned. Thus, if necessary, the fusible portion 91A can be quickly removed, for example, by means of a disk grinder, without requiring administrative authorization since the mechanical strength of the building 1 is not affected.
With reference to the , a reservation 90 is preferably made above the fuse portion 91A in the double floor 9 in order to prevent the passage of pipes 61 or cables 71, connected to the technical pipes 6, 7, above the fuse portion 91A so as to conveniently access the latter. By way of example, with reference to the , sanitary facilities 62 are positioned in the elementary space A1 in a corner opposite to the technical pipes 6, 7 and connected by a pipe 61 which bypasses the fuse portion 91A. Thus, a hopper can be formed in a practical manner without moving pipe 61 or cables 71. The height H, of significant value, combined with an elementary space length A1-A10, of reduced value, makes it possible to maintain a slope d 'sufficient evacuation for the placement of sanitary facilities 62 at any location. Modularity is thus optimal.
An example of vertical fusion of elementary spaces A1, A1 ’will be presented with reference to Figures 4 and 5 for the installation of a staircase 8.
First, an operator removes the upper decorative floor 92, 92 ’from each elementary space A1, A1’ so as to access each lower structural floor 91, 91 ’. Advantageously, the fusible portion 91A of the lower structural floor 91 of the first elementary space A1 can be withdrawn in a practical manner given that it does not include any reinforcing members, or pipes 61 or cables 71 located above. due to reservation 90. In addition, no administrative authorization is required.
A staircase 8 can then be positioned in a practical manner resting on the lower structural floors 91, 91 'of the two elementary spaces A1, A1'. Preferably, with reference to the , the staircase 8 has a lower end 81 which rests on a reinforced portion 91B 'of the lower structural floor 91' of the lower elementary space A1 'and an upper end 82 which rests on a reinforced portion 91B of the floor inferior structural 91 of the first elementary space A1. Thus, the staircase 8 is positioned in a stable and robust manner between reinforced portions 91B, 91B 'which are adapted to take up mechanical forces. Advantageously, a new upper decorative floor 92, 92 'can be put in place for each elementary space A1, A1' in order to cover the lower structural floor 91, 91 '.
To merge elementary spaces A1-A10 in the horizontal plane, it suffices to remove the non-load-bearing delimiting walls 5 and the upper decorative floor 92. New pipes 61 and new cables 71 can be positioned on the ground between the elementary spaces A1 -A10. Then, a new upper decorative floor 92 can be put in place to hide the position of the old non-load-bearing boundary wall 5.
As each elementary space A1-A10 has its own technical conduits 6, 7, each elementary space A1-A10 can accommodate a kitchen or a bathroom. Thus, it is possible to form a housing of two rooms of optimum configuration given that there is no constraint linked to the openings 30, 40 or to the technical pipes 6, 7. The configuration is entirely flexible to adapt to the needs of the customers. occupants and their development.
The same applies to the division of a dwelling comprising several elementary spaces A1-A10. Indeed, given that each elementary space A1-A10 has at least one exterior opening 30, an access opening 40, a technical pipe for access to water and sewers 6, a technical pipe for access to the 'electricity and the telecommunications network 7, each elementary space A1-A10 can be inhabited individually without requiring major works or administrative authorizations.
Preferably, a contract is provided between the occupants of the building to facilitate the transfer and acquisition of basic A1-A10 spaces between neighbors in order to allow occupants to adapt the dimensions of their homes over time.
La ceinture extérieure 3 possède un contour fermé définissant un barycentre B. With reference to the , the building has 10 elementary spaces A1-A10 which are distributed around the periphery. The outer belt 3 has a closed contour defining a barycenter B.
According to one aspect of the invention, with reference to the , building 1 has at least one basic controlled space A5 (represented by a star on the ) which does not include access opening 40 formed in the intermediate belt 4. In other words, the controlled elementary space A5 is accessible only via another elementary space A4, A5, that is to say, non- ordered or an elementary space on another floor.
The basic controlled space A5 nevertheless comprises at least one outer opening 30 formed in the outer belt. Optionally, the controlled basic space A5 includes a technical pipe for individual access to running water and sewers 6, and a technical pipe for individual access to electricity 7.
Another example of building 1 is shown on . Building 1, of generally rectangular shape, comprises 14 elementary spaces A11-A24 of which the four spaces furthest from the barycenter B are elementary controlled spaces (represented by a star on the ). The elementary spaces ordered A13, A15, A21, A24 correspond to the four corners of the rectangle of which the floor of the building 1 has the shape.
Thanks to the invention, we can form a building whose initial design allows significant flexibility over time with the least possible constraints. Preferably, the building 1 has several similar floors, which facilitates vertical association.
