Claims (6)
- REVENDICATIONS1°) Film de matière synthétique ayant une épaisseur inférieure à 400 µm comportant une polyoléfine d'une matière première renouvelable ou un mélange de polyoléfine(s) avec un- polymère d'une matière première renouvelable, film caractérisé par au moins une couche de film expansé obtenue par une expansion avec une augmentation de volume d'au moins 20 %.
- 2°) Film de matière synthétique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le film est un film obtenu par soufflage.
- 3°) Film de matière synthétique selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par une structure co-extrudée à plusieurs couches.
- 4°) Film de matière synthétique selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que toutes les couches contiennent la polyoléfine de matière première re- nouvelable ou le mélange de polyoléfine(s) avec un polymère de matière première renouvelable.
- 5°) Film de matière synthétique selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu' en plus de la couche de film expansé, il a au moins une couche de film non expansé.
- 6°) Film de matière synthétique selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la couche de film expansé dans le cas d'une structure à au moins trois couches est la couche de coeur entre deux couches extérieures non ex- pansées.357°) Film de matière synthétique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche de film expansé a une structure micro-cellulaire obtenue par l'adjonction d'un gaz inerte pendant le procédé d'extrusion. 8°) Film de matière synthétique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par une teneur en polyoléfine(s) provenant de matières premières fossiles. 9°) Film de matière synthétique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la teneur pondérale totale des composants en matières premières renouvelables représente au moins 25 %. 10°) Film de matière synthétique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la teneur volumique rapportée à l'ensemble du film de matière plastique correspond à des cellules obtenues par expansion représentant au moins 20 % et de préférence à au moins 30 %. 11°) Film de matière synthétique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche de film expansé a une charge en particules anorganiques. 12°) Film de matière synthétique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche de film expansé contient un polymère super absorbant. 13°) Application d'un film de matière synthétique selon l'une des reven- dications 1 à 12 comme film d'emballage pour des sachets d'emballage.
