Abstract

The device has a toilet seat (3) functioning as a base, and a receptacle element (1) functioning as a bidet, where a lid (2) is hinged on the toilet seat. The device is secured to a toilet basin by a fastening unit (5) i.e. fixing plate (50). The toilet seat and the receptacle element are integrally formed and folded in an independent manner. The receptacle element comprises a supporting unit (4) that is detachably attached to a washing unit (8) i.e. shower head such that the receptacle element and the supporting unit are integrally formed with one another.

10 15 20 25 30 La présente invention concerne un dispositif abattant de toilette apte à constituer une interface bidet destinée à être installée sur une cuvette de toilette et servant, par exemple, au lavage des pieds. Le domaine de l'invention est celui des appareils sanitaires. De manière classique, dans une habitation comportant une salle d'eau, des toilettes et un bidet peuvent être installés séparément sans se soucier de l'aménagement de l'espace. Cependant, lorsque l'espace disponible n'est pas suffisant, les toilettes et le bidet peuvent être combinés pour former un seul élément afin de gagner de la place. Ainsi, il a été proposé des bidets amovibles que l'on vient poser directement sur la cuvette des toilettes. Toutefois, cela ne permet pas de réduire complètement l'encombrement du bidet, celui-ci devant être rangé dans un placard ou dans tout autre moyen de rangement. A cet effet, il a été proposé différents dispositifs intégrant un bidet à l'abattant de toilette pour réduire l'encombrement. On connait de l'état de la technique un dispositif abattant intégrant un bidet, par exemple du document DE 298 06 218. Il existe ainsi un certain nombre abattants intégrant un bidet déjà connus et pouvant être montés au niveau de la cuvette des toilettes. Par exemple, une technique répandue pour intégrer le bidet à l'abattant consiste à disposer le bidet entre la lunette et le couvercle sur un même axe de rotation, le couvercle pouvant également couvrir des moyens de lavage, tels qu'un robinet, disposés fixement à proximité du réservoir d'eau. Cette technique présente l'inconvénient de ne pas être adaptable à tout type de toilette directement. En effet, l'installation demande la plupart du temps des modifications sur la cuvette si des moyens de lavage ne sont pas prévus. Bien que ces modifications ne soient pas difficiles à réaliser pour un ouvrier qualifié, elles augmentent le temps d'installation. Un autre inconvénient de ces dispositifs abattants est qu'ils ne sont généralement pas adaptés pour le nettoyage des pieds. Lorsqu'un 10 15 20 25 30 utilisateur essaie de se nettoyer les pieds dans le bidet, il n'est pas en équilibre et ne peut adopter une position confortable. Un autre inconvénient de tels dispositifs abattants est, selon les constatations de l'inventeur, que la lunette, le bidet et le couvercle sont tous les trois articulés autour d'un même axe de rotation. Cela a pour effet d'augmenter l'encombrement des toilettes, la place nécessaire à leur basculement devant être plus grande. De plus l'empilement des éléments les uns sur les autres peut nuire à l'esthétique du dispositif. Un inconvénient encore des techniques connues, est que le bidet sous forme de cuvette peut gêner l'utilisateur lorsqu'il n'est pas rabattu. L'invention a notamment pour objectif de pallier les différents inconvénients de ces techniques connues. Plus précisément, un objectif de l'invention est de fournir un dispositif abattant de toilette pouvant constituer une interface bidet de façon à permettre l'accomplissement d'opérations d'hygiène, notamment des pieds. Plus particulièrement l'objectif de l'invention est de fournir un dispositif apte à coopérer avec des moyens de lavage mobile. Un autre objectif de l'invention est, au moins dans un mode de réalisation en particulier, de fournir un tel dispositif qui soit simple à mettre en ceuvre et facilement adaptable à tout type de toilette.
