Abstract

Description

Shower room of reduced size.

 The present invention relates to a reduced size bathroom.

 The installation of bathrooms in cramped rooms has so far posed many problems of space management and comfort.

 There are already powder rooms of the type described in te FR 1 389 550.

 This shower room in the form of a cabin has several sanitary devices mounted around a central mast and supplied with water by a flexible or adjustable pipe. A part of the cabin interior located on a lower level is fitted out as a shower tray and has a drain opening.

 However, such an installation does not have the most functional space management, is not very comfortable to use and can cause sealing problems at the level of the central mast.

 Furthermore, this bathroom does not provide for the equipment of a toilet.

 The present invention aims to solve the technical problem of finding a solution to equip a room comfortably with all essential sanitary elements and this in a reduced space.

 This makes it possible to have a WC and a washbasin or a shower cabin in conventional configurations.

 The invention satisfies these technical problems for the first time in a satisfactory manner by proposing a reduced size bathroom comprising a sink fixed on a support leaf and suspended above a shower tray, a toilet curette being able to be completed by a bidet, a water supply device with a distribution tap, a waste water evacuation device, characterized in that said support leaf forms a movable internal partition allowing to pass from the normal configuration WC and sink in the normal configuration of a shower cubicle, said fitting being common to the sink and your shower.

 An advantage of the invention is that it requires only a single water supply for the direct connection of all the devices, which allows its installation in any place and in a reduced space.

 The invention will be better understood on reading your description which follows, accompanied by the drawing appended in FIG. 1.

 Figure 1 shows a preferred embodiment of the bathroom 1 of the invention.

 The support leaf 2 of the sink 3 is pivotally mounted, for example by means of hinges 4, 4 fixed on the wall 5 and on the leaf 2. The sink 3 is mounted perpendicularly to the leaf 2 and is supplied by the taps 6 fixed in the angle formed by the walls 5 and 7. The tap 6 is common to the sink 3 and to the shower 8 and has a swivel spout so as not to hinder the rotation of the leaf 2.

 In another embodiment, the valve 6 can be fixed to the wall 5 and then pass through the leaf 2 through an opening provided for this purpose.

 In the embodiment of Figure 1 the leaf 2 forms a movable internal partition moving between a position parallel to the plane of the wall 5 and a position perpendicular to said wall. One can also conceive other embodiments in which the leaf 2 with the sink 3 are in translation relative to the wall 5. In the latter case, one could for example use a corner sink. In position A, corresponding to the WC and sink configuration, the leaf 2 is against the wall 5 and the valve 6 is then used with the sink 3.

In position B corresponding to the shower configuration, leaf 2 retracts the sink 3 and isolates the shower 8 from the toilet bowl 10.

The valve 6 is then used with the shower 8. The door 11 makes it possible to isolate the sanitary cabin 1 from the rest of the room. This door is provided as appropriate in your wall 5 or in the wall 7 or 7 '.

 The WC bowl 10 can also be equipped with a bidet and is mounted either perpendicular to the wall 5 or perpendicular to the wall 7: or in the corner of the walls 5 - 7 '.

 The bathroom 1 can be connected directly by a single external socket to a water supply pipe; the distribution of water to the various sanitary appliances by means of plumbing and integrated taps.

 Waste water from the sink 3, the shower 8, the toilet bowl 10 or the bidet is discharged either directly by gravity as in most bathrooms, or by means of a lifting, possibly supplemented by a grinder.

 The bathroom 1 also has an integrated electrical installation. It may further comprise an aeration-ventilation device, a lighting device, a device for heating ambient air and water.

 Of course, various modifications can be made by those skilled in the art to the devices and methods which have just been described by way of nonlimiting examples without departing from the scope of the invention.

Shower room of reduced size comprising a sink (3) fixed on a support leaf (2) and suspended above a shower tray (8), a toilet bowl (10) can be completed by a bidet, a water supply device with a distribution valve (6), a device for discharging waste water, characterized in that said support leaf (2) forms a movable internal partition making it possible to pass from the configuration normal toilet and sink in the normal configuration of a  shower cabin, said tap (6) being common to the sink (3) and the shower (8). 2.
