Description

The invention relates to a motor assembly station and a bushing mounting tool on the connecting rods of an engine, in particular a bushing with a bushing. lug. The establishment of a bearing with a pin on a motor connecting rod first requires the introduction of the bearing on the connecting rod, then maintaining the connecting rod with the left hand and the pad in its lug and finally a thrust on the pad at the lug to press the pad and accommodate the protuberance in the lug of the rod. This operation is performed on an assembly station where the engine block is brought. The station and equipped with a holding bar comprising notches in which the connecting rods are housed. The bar is intended to prevent the descent of the connecting rods during the pushing up of the pads.

This bar is held by two brackets. The padding operation is problematic because the operator works fingertips for the thrust of the pad on the connecting rod. This operation is not suitable for all staff. In addition, the operator generally supports the middle of the pad instead of pushing on the field of the pad. The invention aims to improve the mounting operation of the pad by facilitating the support on the pad and reduce the effort felt by the operator. For this purpose, the invention relates to an assembly station of an engine comprising a rod holding rods, a storage of bearings to be mounted on a connecting rod of the engine block by means of a mounting tool . According to the invention, it also comprises a longitudinal support bar to the support bar for pivoting the mounting tool around the axis of the support bar so as to press the bearing on the connecting rod of the motor. According to this embodiment, the support bar is mounted on the holding bar and is fixed by three attachment points distributed on the top of the bar. The invention also relates to the tool for mounting a bearing on an engine element for an assembly station as described above. The tool comprises a grip handle on a first end, and according to the invention it also comprises at the second end a lever arm having at its end a pivot notch intended to fit around the section of the support bar of the assembly station so that the operator exerts a plating force on the pad when the operator pulls the wrist of the mounting tool towards him. According to one embodiment, the tool comprises two parallel lever arms having at their end a notch of substantially circular section. According to one embodiment, it comprises a part to prevent the movement of the connecting rod during the plating operation of the pad. The assembly station and the mounting tool of the pads can move this position in a light category of post instead of heavy position. Indeed, the operation is facilitated for the operator who no longer needs to press the pad with his fingers. The invention will be better understood and other advantages will appear on reading the detailed description of an embodiment given by way of example, a description illustrated by the accompanying drawing in which: FIG. 1 represents a diagram of the assembly station showing the arrangement of the rod holding bar and the support bar of the mounting tool. [0013] Figure 2 shows a diagram of a motor assembly station on which is positioned the bearing mounting tool. [0014] Figure 3 shows a perspective diagram of the mounting tool according to a view from below. For the sake of clarity, the same elements will bear the same references in the different figures. Figure 1 shows an engine assembly station according to the invention. During assembly of the engine, it is brought to the assembly station according to the invention. The engine block 1 is brought near the support bar 2 on which the rods 3 are wedged in notches. The support bar 2 is longitudinal to the motor along the arrangement of the connecting rods along the axis of the crankshaft so that all the rods can be placed on the notches of the bar 2. [0017] This square section metal bar is equipped four housings to receive the lower side of the connecting rod bodies. It is held by two columns screwed on the bar and sliding in a body held by a bracket fixed on a support taken from the conveyor supply of pallets. The position of the bar is controlled in height by two sensors, one on the locking in the high position, the other on the bar in the down position. The presence of the rods is controlled on the bar by a laser. On this holding bar is fixed a cylindrical support bar 4 to provide a fulcrum to the mounting tool lug pads. The connecting rods comprise a structural protrusion coming to fit into the lug of the bearing. The support bar 4 allows the tool to provide a force on the pad to support its mounting on the rod. The cylindrical support bar 4 is fixed on the support bar 2 connecting rods with three brackets 6. As a non-limiting example, this bar has a diameter of ten millimeters and its axis is located approximately 17 mm from the base of the support bar 2. This gap allowing the passage of the flanks of the mounting tool 10 of the pad. This tool is designed to carry out effortless and in the field of the half-cushion once the bearing is placed in the lug. [0020] Figure 2 shows the mounting tool 10 during use on the assembly station. The half-bearing 31 is placed on the connecting rod 3 with the lug in position on the part of the connecting rod which must fit. The operator then uses the mounting tool to press the pad 31 on the rod 3 by exerting an action on the handle of the tool to pull it towards him. With the tool resting on the support bar 4, the latter rotates about the axis of the support bar 4. [0021] FIG. 3 is a diagram of the representation mounting tool three dimensions in view from below. The tool comprises a gripping handle 11, two parallel lever arms 14 having on their end a notch 12 having a shape to fit around the section of the support bar 4, thus allowing a rotational movement around the axis of the support bar 4, and a part 15 with inclined flat part having a bearing surface under the tool for pressing the pad when the operator pulls the handle 11 and furthermore, the piece 15 also comprises a portion 13 for holding the connecting rod, this portion being positioned on the second end of the lever arms opposite the notches. When the operator pulls the handle 11, the tool performs a downward rotational movement about the axis of the support bar 4 to press the bearing surface 15 on the pad. The mounting tool 10 associated with the support bar 4 of the assembly station improves the ergonomics of work thus allowing to bring this workstation in the category of light post instead of heavy position. Furthermore, the pad can be mounted without fear of damage to the pad compared to a manual installation in which the operator can exert too much pressure locally on the pad.
