The present invention relates to a partially hollow modular element for the realization of highly insulated corded wood walls allowing the easy passage of the various ducts and ducts used in the constructions. The corded wooden walls, are made in a traditional way or using prefabricated elements, they consist of sections of wood that must be very dry, a length of some 400 mm, which cross perpendicularly these walls. During the assembly of the walls, the ends of the timber sections are masonryed to a thickness of some 100 mm and the approximate vacuum of 200 mm wide formed between the mortar walls is filled with an insulating material. In this area, I can quote the patent application that I filed on December 16, 2008, whose publication in the Official Bulletin of Industrial Property No. 24 under the publication No. 2 939 814 took place on June 18 2010, which concerns the prefabricated element of corded wood mentioned above. However, the walls made in a traditional manner or using the aforementioned prefabricated elements have in common a major drawback: they include in most cases a faulty thermal insulation. Indeed, the new insulation standards condemn the implementation of corded wooden external walls, carried out in a traditional way or in the form of prefabricated elements, because the French Regulation RT 2005, currently in force, provides that new buildings are minimally isolated; for example a house to be built in the Midi-Pyrenees region will have external walls whose thermal resistance R will be at least 2.77 m2 C / W. However, the thermal insulation of a corded wooden wall made in the traditional way or in the form of prefabricated elements with a width of 400 mm, offers a thermal resistance of between 1.6 m2 C / W and 3 m2 C / W. Moreover, in a wall made of corded wood, it is difficult to set up the various conduits, more or less rigid, which are used to distribute or to evacuate the energies and flows in a construction, because the sheaths, the tubes and the cables used can not always be bent in order to walk between the pieces of wood used in the corded wooden wall. Tomorrow, the future Thermal Regulation RT 2012 will impose a thermal resistance R of 5.45 m2 C / W for the external walls, which will condemn the creation of some corded wooden walls whose insulation will have a thermal resistance R lower than 5, 45 m2 C / W. It should be noted that most corded wood walls have significant thermal bridges at the junction between the timber and the mortar, since when a non-anhydrous wood is dried in a wall under construction that is used for the construction of the wood. The technique of the corded wood, it decreases in volume, which creates a day between the mortar which is rigid when dry and the section of wood whose volume varies according to the humidity that it contains, which has the effect of letting air, water and sounds pass inside the wall. The device according to the invention overcomes the previously mentioned disadvantages. It comprises in fact according to a first feature a hollow parallelepipedic reinforcement manufactured with profiles, which are made of rigid material and are fixed together by an assembly capable of withstanding the forces that may be experienced by a wall in place. The device according to the invention is reinforced, as far as necessary, by at least one pair of reinforcements, placed vertically on the periphery of the armature, so that the use of several devices makes it possible to form a load-bearing supporting wall. the compression. The invention comprises at least one support on each visible face of the modular element when it is implemented, on which are fixed integrally the wooden sections used in the composition of the facing, which will have the appearance of corded wood when the wall will be finished. The sections of wood intended to be grouted are spaced apart from each other so as to reproduce the spacing existing between the pieces of wood which make up a corded wooden wall and have a thickness of less than or equal to 100 mm, which allows a saving volume of wood used to achieve the device, however the length of the wood sections may be heterogeneous in order to achieve curved walls or with differences in levels. Part of the wood sections can be replaced by a decorative mixture consisting of material inclusions between the pieces of wood, all spaced aesthetically. In order to prevent shearing phenomena for a wall in place, at least one section of wood used as bracing crosses the invention so that when the projected wall is in place, it can withstand horizontal stresses such as those related to wind. The ends of each brace are traversed, in the parts to be embedded in the masonry mortar which will compose the finished wall, by at least one axis fixed to the support in place on the invention. The volume left free inside the invention is upholstered on the faces where the pieces of wood are fixed and at least one bracing with a perforated material, which is fixed between the support or supports and the wood sections to contain once the invention is implemented and implemented, the insulation and serve as a support for the adhesion of the grouting mortar which will fill the free space between the pieces of wood. A film or a rain and / or vapor barrier panel will be placed as much as necessary between the perforated material that is fixed on the support (s) and the insulation, in order to prevent the water and the outside air from penetrating into the device or to limit the transmission of water vapor, coming from the inside of the construction to achieve, through the wall created with the device. Similarly, the bottom of the hollow parallelepiped reinforcement is lined with a rigid and permeable material, which allows when the invention is filled with an insulator, to circulate the water vapor in the wall and to limit the settlement of the material. insulation at the level of the volume of each device, which significantly reduces the risk of voids formation in the upper part of the walls by the effect of the settlement of the insulation in the duration. The material or materials used for upholstering the faces where the pieces of wood are fixed and at least one bracing, as well as the bottom of the device, are not subject to corrosion. The filling of the device with an insulator will be performed in a homogeneous manner, by the use of suitable material whose thermal conductivity is known, which will allow to apply a thermal insulation coefficient to the device according to the invention. By way of nonlimiting example, the insulation in place can be made using hemp in bulk, also called Chenevotte, whose thermal conductivity Lambda is equal to 0.048 W / m.k. This makes it possible to obtain, with the insulation presented as an example and for a thickness of hemp in bulk of 270 mm, a thermal resistance R of 5.625 m2 C / W, which corresponds to so-called high performance insulation. In addition, the device in place does not have thermal bridges, because the profiles of the frame that connect the frames together are embedded in the mortar and the wood used in bracing is machined so as to dig at least one groove marked to at least one of the ends of each brace, in the space that is intended to be embedded in the masonry, and when this or these grooves are filled by the grouting mortar, a physical barrier opposes the passage of the air, sounds and water coming from outside, in the device. Finally, the passage in the device of the different ducts and ducts, which are used in the constructions, is facilitated in the center of the device, because it is hollow. The building or the doubling of walls, employing the device according to the invention, consists in stacking the prefabricated elements as it can be done for a wall of blocks, substituting the mortar by any means own to secure the profiles of the frames between them . The device according to the invention makes it possible to obtain walls or doublings of walls having the appearance of a corded wooden construction which comprises a so-called "high performance" insulation, having substantially the same thickness as a corded wooden wall realized in a traditional way, that is some 450 mm in total.
