Abstract

The device has a reserve i.e. cylindrical interchangeable cartridge (13), storing material loaded with perfume to be dispensed. A manual pumping unit manually pumps the air to cause expulsion of the air. A cylindrical pump body (2) of the pumping unit is closed at a circular base (4) and opened at a top (6). A cylindrical pump piston (3) is slidably mounted in the body. A spring unit (12) is provided for returning the piston towards an exterior. Top (9, 10) of the piston comprises a scented air outlet orifice (11) that discharges scented air expelled during pushing of the piston in the body.

Description

La présente invention concerne, d'une manière générale, un dispositif conçu pour la diffusion d'un parfum ou d'une odeur, ou encore d'un arôme. Cette invention s'intéresse plus particulièrement, mais non exclusivement, à un dispositif destiné à la diffusion d'échantillons de parfums ou d'odeurs ou d'arômes, sur des lieux de vente, pour permettre à un acheteur potentiel de faire son choix d'un produit notamment parmi d'autres, en fonction de sa senteur. On connaît déjà, par le brevet européen EP 1259136 B1, un dispositif de diffusion d'échantillons de parfum, qui comprend un boîtier, une matière parfumée placée à l'intérieur du boîtier, un orifice de sortie d'air prévu sur le boîtier, et un soufflet placé sur ce boîtier et destiné à expulser l'air hors du boîtier par l'orifice de sortie, conjointement à une petite quantité de parfum alors entraînée par l'air. Le soufflet est actionné manuellement par l'utilisateur, et il fonctionne grâce à des soupapes associées, pour permettre l'entrée d'air dans le boîtier puis l'expulsion de cet air. Au cours de cette expulsion, l'utilisateur peut sentir le parfum entraîné par l'air. D'autres dispositifs connus, pour la diffusion d'échantillons de parfum, sont conçus comme des pulvérisateurs ou des aérosols miniaturisés, ou du papier imbibé de parfum, ou encore des micro-capsules. Ces divers dispositifs, de conception simple, ne peuvent diffuser qu'un petit volume d'air parfumé, et ils ont une durée d'utilisation limitée. En effet, tous les dispositifs existants ne libèrent qu'une très faible quantité d'air parfumé, à chaque actionnement. De plus, leur conception ne permet pas d'y inclure une cartouche de parfum interchangeable ou rechargeable ; autrement dit, il s'agit de dispositifs jetables, non réutilisables une fois vidés du parfum qu'ils contenaient ou ayant perdu tout effet parfumant. Compte tenu de ce qui précède, les dispositifs existants sont peu adaptés pour une utilisation intensive sur des lieux de vente, tels que des magasins de vente en libre-service, où de nombreuses personnes peuvent être amenées à tester le même parfum au cours d'une d'une même journée. En particulier, la faible capacité des dispositifs connus, et l'impossibilité de rechargement en parfum, rendent nécessaire un remplacement fréquent de ces appareils. La présente invention vise à remédier aux inconvénients précédemment exposés, et elle a donc pour but de fournir un dispositif pour la diffusion d'un parfum ou d'une odeur, notamment la diffusion d'échantillons de parfum, qui tout en conservant une structure simple puisse diffuser des quantités d'air parfumé plus importantes, et possède une longue durée d'utilisation. A cet effet, l'invention a pour objet un dispositif pour la diffusion d'un parfum ou d'une odeur ou d'un arôme, en particulier un dispositif destiné à la diffusion d'échantillons de parfums ou d'odeurs ou d'arômes, le dispositif comportant une réserve de matière chargée de parfum à diffuser, et des moyens de pompage manuel d'air provoquant, à chaque actionnement de ces moyens, l'expulsion par au moins un orifice de sortie d'une quantité d'air chargée de parfum, ce dispositif étant essentiellement caractérisé par le fait que lesdits moyens de pompage manuel comprennent un corps de pompe cylindrique, fermé à sa base et ouvert à son sommet, et un piston de pompe monté coulissant dans le corps de pompe cylindrique, des moyens à ressort étant prévus pour rappeler le piston vers l'extérieur, le piston étant perméable à l'air à sa base et renfermant la réserve de matière chargée de parfum, tandis que le sommet de ce piston comporte l'orifice de sortie de l'air parfumé, expulsé à chaque enfoncement du piston dans le corps de pompe. Avantageusement, les moyens à ressort prévus pour rappeler le piston vers l'extérieur sont constitués par un ressort hélicoïdal de compression, logé à l'intérieur du corps de pompe cylindrique entre le fond de ce corps de pompe et la base du piston. Les parois latérales cylindriques respectives 5 et 8 du corps de pompe 2 et du piston 3 peuvent servir de surfaces de support pour des inscriptions à destination d'identification, de mode d'emploi ou de publicité.
