Abstract

The device has brush elements (1-3) provided with side by side maintaining units for maintaining the brush elements side by side to cover a surface of an external wall of a rotary concrete container (4). The elements are provided with contact units for contacting the elements with the external wall, during washing cycle that is effected by rotation of the container and by introducing washing water. The elements are inclined at variation of section of the wall in order to maintain the contact of the elements to the tank.

Selon des particularités de réalisation de l'invention : - chaque élément de brosse est relié, au moyen de pattes, à un profilé rotatif 30 axialement supporté par au moins un manchon dans lequel il est libre en rotation, manchon qui est relié, au moyen de pattes, à un châssis ; - les profilés rotatifs jointifs sont reliés entre eux au moyen de cardans ou rotules ; - lesdits profilés rotatifs sont entraînés en rotation par un moyen adapté pour permettre le passage des éléments de brosses d'une position travail où les brosses sont au contact de la paroi externe de la cuve, à une position repos où lesdites brosses ne sont plus au contact de ladite paroi ; - l'eau de lavage est apportée par lesdits profilés creux rotatifs qui comportent, sur toute leur longueur, une pluralité d'orifices d'évacuation en regard de la paroi externe de la cuve. PRESENTATION DES FIGURES Les caractéristiques et les avantages de l'invention vont apparaître plus clairement à la lecture de la description détaillée qui suit d'au moins un mode de réalisation préféré de celle-ci donné à titre d'exemple non limitatif et représenté aux dessins annexés. Sur ces dessins : - la figure 1 est une vue de profil d'une cuve à béton rotative équipée du dispositif de nettoyage selon l'invention ; - la figure 2 est une vue, en coupe AA, de l'ensemble selon la figure 1 mettant en évidence un élément de brosse pourvu des moyens destinés à son fonctionnement. DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE DE L'INVENTION Selon les caractéristiques de base de l'invention telle que représentée aux figures, le dispositif pour le lavage automatique de la paroi externe d'une cuve à béton rotative (4) est constitué de plusieurs éléments de brosses (1,2,3) pourvus de moyens adaptés pour - les maintenir côte à côte de manière à couvrir une génératrice de la paroi externe de la cuve (4) ; - les mettre au contact de ladite paroi externe lors du cycle de lavage qui s'effectue par la rotation de la cuve (4) et par un apport d'eau de lavage (5) ; - adapter leur inclinaison aux variations du profil de la paroi externe de la cuve (4) de manière à les maintenir au contact de celle-ci et ce sur toute leur longueur. Selon des particularités de réalisation desdits moyens : - chaque élément de brosse (1,2,3) est relié, au moyen de pattes (11,21,31), à un profilé rotatif axialement (12,22,32) supporté par au moins un manchon (13,23,33) dans lequel il est libre en rotation, manchon qui est relié, au moyen de pattes (14,24,34), à un châssis (6) ; - les profilés rotatifs jointifs (12,22,32) sont reliés entre eux au moyen de cardans ou rotules (7) ; - les profilés rotatifs (12,22,32) sont entraînés en rotation par un moyen (8) adapté pour permettre le passage des éléments de brosses (1,2,3) d'une position travail où les brosses sont au contact de la paroi externe de la cuve (4), à une position repos où lesdites brosses ne sont plus au contact de ladite paroi. Quant à l'eau de lavage (5), elle peut être apportée par les profilés creux rotatifs (12,22,32) qui comportent, sur toute leur longueur, une pluralité d'orifices d'évacuation en regard de la paroi externe de la cuve (4). Lesdits profilés sont reliés hydrauliquement entre eux au niveau des cardans ou rotules (7), par des flexibles (non représentés). Selon des particularités de réalisation de certaines parties du dispositif selon l'invention : - l'élément de brosse (1,2,3) peut être réalisé au moyen de brosses à balai industrielles que l'on fixe, juxtaposées, sur un support du type fer plat métallique dont la longueur est celle de l'élément de brosse concerné ; - le châssis (6) est conçu pour supporter le dispositif de lavage selon l'invention, il peut être solidarisé à celui qui supporte la cuve ou à tout autre partie du bâti de l'ensemble. Le dispositif de lavage selon l'invention peut être positionné avantageusement sur le côté de la cuve pour en faciliter la maintenance et plus particulièrement le remplacement des brosses. Bien entendu, l'homme de métier sera apte à réaliser l'invention telle que décrite et représentée en appliquant et en adaptant des moyens connus.
