La présente invention vise à remédier à cet inconvénient en proposant une structure de gobelet originale, définissant un volume clos dans lequel sont insérés les dés à jouer, sans pouvoir en sortir, ces dés étant néanmoins susceptibles d'être mélangés et abattus. Claims

CLAIMS 1.- Cup for throwing dice, characterized in that it comprises an enclosed container (1) containing one or more parallelepiped dice (6), which container (1) comprises a peripheral envelope (2) closed by an element lid (3) at one of its ends, and by a transparent bottom wall (4) at its other end, which container (1) has an internal partition (7) which extends parallel to said bottom wall (4), separated from the latter by a distance d slightly greater than the length l of one or more of said associated dice (6), which internal partition (7) divides the internal volume (5) of said container (1) in two chambers, one said lower (8), located on the side of said transparent bottom wall (4) and the other said upper (9), located on the side of said cover member (3), which internal partition (7) comprises an opening (13) allowing the passage of said or said dice (6) from one chamber to another, which opening (13) is equipped with means (11, 14, 3) which allow its removable closure.

2. Cup according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a container (1) of generally cylindrical shape.

Cup according to claim 2, characterized in that the internal partition (7) comprises a fixed part (10) which delimits an opening (13) in the form of an angular sector extending from the central axis ( 12) of the cylindrical envelope (2), and - a pivoting plane flap (11), of general shape complementary to that of said opening (13), which flap (11) is equipped with means (14, 3) which allow its operation in pivoting in its plane, so as to release said opening (13) or ensure its closure.

4. Cup according to claim 3, characterized in that it comprises at least one stop (17) for locking the pivoting flap (11) in the open and closed positions, which or stops (17) are provided on the part fixed partition (10) and / or on the movable flap (11).

Cup according to any one of claims 3 or 4, characterized in that the pivoting flap (11) is mounted at the end of an axis (14) integral with the lid member (3), which lid member (3) is rotatably mounted relative to the cylindrical shell (2) of the container (1), to allow the operation of said pivoting flap (11).

Cup according to claim 5, characterized in that the cover member (3) comprises a plurality of flexible lugs (15) arranged to fit into a circular groove (16) formed in the cylindrical envelope (2), so as to allow rotation of said cover member (3) relative to said cylindrical casing (2), while achieving their joining.

7. Cup according to any one of claims 3 to 6, characterized in that the free edge (20) of the fixed part (10) of the inner partition (7) is extended by an inner wall (21) which extends substantially to the cover member (3).

8. Cup according to any one of claims 3 to 7, characterized in that the fixed part (10) of partition (7) has a generally semicircular shape, associated with a shutter (11) also half -circular.
