DESCRIPTIONDESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to the field of the construction and public works industry, in particular the field of the manufacture of construction equipment and in particular formwork devices in the form of panels and has for object a device for plugging the passageways of pins for such a banche. Currently, the wall formwork is generally carried out by means of panels which are constituted by a formwork surface proper, by ground support means and verticality adjustment and by means of assembling adjoining banches them and which are further provided with ancillary safety devices, such as traffic platforms, the various components being assembled by means of bolts or pins. These panels are interconnected by means of through pins based on the substructure of the panels, at the posts and through the corresponding passages in the form of holes of the formwork skins, and by means of end assembly wall or sail and by means of high assembly consisting of pins squeezing the boards over their upper edge. Such an embodiment makes it possible to respond satisfactorily to the problems of clamping the boards in the service position. Where formwork does not require clamping through through pins, the through holes of these pins must be plugged to prevent concrete flow through the formwork face and to ensure a correct wall finish or sail sunk at these holes.
For this purpose, it is generally implemented removable plugs of synthetic material, simply inserted into the through holes of the pins through the front face of the formwork skins, these plugs supported by a flat flange on said face. Thus, these plugs ensure a satisfactory closure of the formwork skin against concrete leaks when pouring a wall or a veil. However, because of the very constitution of these plugs, they are subject to rapid wear resulting in their fixing, by slight tightening assembly, is not assured in time and they can easily s' extract passage holes during various manipulations and be -2- lost. This results in problems of availability of these caps when needed and consequent time losses for their search or replacement with a corresponding additional generation of cost. In addition, because these plugs must imperatively be implemented on the formwork side, an oversight can cause a significant loss of additional time. The present invention aims to overcome these disadvantages by providing a device for plugging the pin passages for a banche allowing a quick and easy implementation and avoiding any risk of loss. For this purpose, the device for plugging the spindle passages for a formwork is characterized in that it is constituted, for each spindle passage, by a sealing element mounted on an operating rod and by a receiving bush of the spindle. capping element, in the closed position of the spindle passage, mounted coaxially with said spindle passage, on the rear face of the formwork skin. The invention will be better understood, thanks to the following description, which relates to a preferred embodiment, given by way of non-limiting example, and explained with reference to the appended diagrammatic drawings, in which: FIG. a top view of a device according to the invention in the service position; Figure 2 is a side elevational view in section AA of Figure 1, and Figure 3 is an enlarged view, similar to that of Figure 2, showing only the closure member mounted on its rod; maneuvering. Figures 1 and 2 of the accompanying drawings show a part of box 1 to the right of a shoring pole 2, this box 1 being provided with pin 3 passages in its skin formwork 4. In known manner, these pin passages 3 , only one of which is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, must be plugged by means of a suitable device, when clamping of the boards by means of pins is not necessary. For this purpose, the subject of the present invention is a device 5 for plugging the spindle passages 3 for a formwork which is constituted, for each spindle passage 3, by a blocking element 6 mounted on an operating rod 7 and by a socket 8 for receiving the plugging element 6, in the closed position of the pin passage 3, mounted coaxially with said pin passage 3, on the rear face of the form skin 4. The socket 8 for receiving the plug capping element 6 is mounted on the rear face of the form skin 4 of the panel 3 by means of a centering flange 8 'cooperating with a corresponding hole 3' of the spindle passage 3 and comprises, of a on the other hand, a frustoconical guide 81 extending from its face opposite to that comprising the centering flange 8 'to an abutment 81' delimiting with the free end of the centering flange 8 'a coaxial drilling 82 and, on the other hand, in the opposite end to that comprising the centering flange 8 ', a locking device in position of the closure element 6. Preferably, the locking device in position of the closure element 6 is formed in the form of 83 bayonet grooves arranged in the corresponding edge of the bushing 8. According to a characteristic of the invention, the closure element 6, mounted on the operating rod 7, has, on the one hand, an end portion 61 in the form of a cylindrical plug for cooperating, in the operating position, with the coaxial bore 82 between the abutment 81 'of the frustoconical guide 81 and the centering flange 8' of the receiving sleeve 8 and provided with a shoulder 61 's' pressing, in the operating position, said stop 81 'of the frustoconical guide 81 and, secondly, a portion 62 cooperating with the operating rod 7, and provided with tabs projecting radially and cooperating, in the operating position, with the spoke The length of the end portion engaging in the coaxial bore 82 is equal to that of the coaxial bore 82, the bayonet locking device 83 forming the locking device in position of the plugging element 6 of said receiving bushing 8. between the bearing face of the abutment 81 'and the free end of the centering flange 8' of the receiving sleeve 8.
Thus, the invention allows a commissioning of the device from the back of the panel 1, whatever the position of the latter. Indeed, thanks to the operating rod 7, the closure member 6 is simply inserted, by its end portion 61 through the frustoconical guide 81 of the receiving sleeve 8, and the coaxial drilling 82, to come into contact with the stop 81 'with its shoulder 61'. The radial lugs 63 of the portion 62 intended to cooperate with the operating rod 7 are then inserted, by rotation by means of the operating rod 7, into the bayonet grooves 83, for the holding in position of the together. The blocking element 6 is mounted on the operating rod 7 by means of a hollow cylindrical sleeve 61 ", provided coaxially and on the side opposite its end portion 61 and connected to said operating rod 7, by According to another characteristic of the invention, the part 62, intended to cooperate with the operating rod 7 and provided with radially projecting lugs 63, is advantageously in the form of a threaded socket bearing the radial tabs 63 and is screwed by its thread on a corresponding thread of the hollow cylindrical sleeve 61 "of the closure member 6. Thus, it is possible to precisely adjust the position of the tabs 63 relative to the end portion 61 , so that the latter can be perfectly applied to the abutment 81 'of the frustoconical guide 81 of the sleeve 8 with its shoulder 61' and that its face is flush with that of the formant skin 4 of the panel 1. In indeed, when setting up the device 5 for plugging a spindle passage 3, the closure element 6 is inserted, by means of the operating rod 7, first into the frustoconical guide 81 of the bushing 8, then in the coaxial bore 82 until its shoulder 61 'comes into contact with the stop 81'. In this position, the tabs 63 of the portion 62, which cooperates with the operating rod 7, penetrate into the bayonet grooves 83 of the sleeve 8. A rotation of the operating rod 7 then makes it possible to bring these tabs 63 into position. their locking position. Due to the fitting of the threaded sleeve-shaped portion 62 on a corresponding thread of the hollow cylindrical sleeve 61 "of the sealing member 6, it is then possible, by continuing the rotational movement of the operating rod 7, to move the closure member 6 in translation to apply it forcefully to the stop 81 ', by its shoulder 61', the tabs 63 of the portion 62 being pressed fully in the bayonet grooves 83 of the sleeve 8, so that the free end of the portion 61 is flush with the form skin 4. It follows that it is possible to achieve a guidance approach of the closure member 6 followed by a final guide with flush with the free end of this element on the formwork face while ensuring a perfect holding of said closure member after its introduction, the maintenance being particularly stable and resistant to pressure and -5- vibration For the dismantling of the element of bouchag e 6, it is sufficient to perform the opposite operation, namely to unscrew the operating rod 7 first to move the portion 62 to slightly lift the end portion 61, then to turn the portion 62 with the tabs 63 to clear the latter towards the exit of the bayonet grooves 83. The assembly can then be completely removed. According to another characteristic of the invention, in order to be able to easily maneuver the operating rod 7, the latter is advantageously provided at its free end with an operating handle 7 ', this handle 7' being able to be provided, in addition, a radial bore 71 'passing through a not shown operating rod. Thus, it is possible for any operator to very easily maneuver the rod 7 ce, both during the approach guidance and during most of the final guide and the corresponding clamping, the final tightening can be performed by inserting a rod or the like in the radial bore 71 '. Furthermore, the operating rod 7 can also be provided with a means 9 for retaining the assembly, which forms the rod 7 with the closure element 6, on the block 1, this means being preferably constituted in the form of a plate freely rotatably mounted on the end of the operating rod 7, under the operating handle 7 ', this plate being connectable to the panel 1 by means of a cable or a chain (not shown) Advantageously, the cable or the chain is connected to the wall 1 by means of a plate 10 integrated in the shoring pole 2 and provided, on the one hand, with a notch 10 'or an eyelet of receiving an end of the cable or the chain and, secondly, a recess 10 "housing of the operating rod 7 in the non-use position, said operating rod 7 then resting on said plate 10 by through the platen forming the retaining means 9.The provision of this retaining means 9 avoids any risk of loss of the closure member 6, particularly when not in the service position Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiment described and shown in the accompanying drawings, modifications are possible, in particular from the point of view of the constitution of the various elements or by substitution of technical equivalents, without departing for as much of the protection area of the inve ntion.
