Abstract

Hair care composition (I) for stimulating, regenerating and maintaining scalp, comprises olive oil, Argan oil, clove powder and Peganum harmala seed powder. Independent claims are included for: (1) a oily preparation in the form of cream, shampoo, mask and hair lotion, comprising (I); and (2) a process of application of oily preparation comprising shaking the contents in the bottle several times containing the preparation to disperse the solid substance in the oily component evenly, placing a small quantity of the preparation in a container and soaking a piece of cotton in it, spreading by massaging zone by zone throughout the scalp, massaging rest of the hair portion with the oily substance, allowing to remain the product on the hair, preferably for over night, in so much as the keratin fibers are more loosened and receptive, and cleaning the hair with cracked green clay in the morning, for long hair using usual shampoo.

Pour remédier à ces inconvénients, l'invention concerne une composition végétale à usage capillaire externe permettant de stimuler, régénérer, entretenir le cuir chevelu, caractérisée en ce qu'efle comprend les éléments suivants : huile d'OLIVES (A), huile d'ARGAN (B), poudre issue de CLOUS DE GIROFLE 15 (C), et poudre issue de grains de PEGANUM HARMALA (D), De façon optionnelle, selon l'invention, la composition comporte plusieurs caractéristiques : - l'Huile d'olives pour une quantité de 100ml, l'Huile d'ARGAN pour une quantité de 50m1, une poudre fine et homogène issue des grains de la plante 20 PEGANUM HARMALA dont le poids est de 8gr, une poudre fine et homogène issue de CLOUS DE GIROFLE dont le poids est de 8gr. - Outre cette caractéristique, cette composition comprend des agents actifs pour le traitement pharmaceutique des cheveux et/ou pour le soin des cheveux dans le secteur cosmétique. La spécificité du contenu de cette préparation et son procédé de 25 combinaison permettent de produire de manière synergique des agents stimulant le cuir chevelu. Ainsi cette préparation permet de créer les conditions optimales à la croissance des cheveux à court et à long terme, améliore aussi l'aspect esthétique des cheveux en leur donnant vitalité, volume et éclat. - Cette composition est une préparation huileuse se présentant de préférence 30 sous la forme d'une crème, d'un shampooing, d'un masque et d'une lotion pour cheveux. A ce titre, l'invention concerne ce procédé de combinaison de deux extraits végétaux huileux (l'Huile d'olives + l'Huile d'ARGAN et de deux extraits végétaux en poudre ( Grains de PEGANUM HARMALA + CLOUS DE GIROFLE ). La composition est constituée de 16gr de substance en poudre pour un flacon de 150ml de substance huileuse pour deux applications par semaine afin 35 d'obtenir des résultats accélérés.
