The present invention relates to door or window frames comprising a frame and at least one opening which find application to the realization of closures in many areas such as private residential buildings, commercial and industrial. . Such a door or window frame generally comprises a frame and at least one opening, sometimes two, slidably mounted in the frame, this frame comprising at least one beam or frame cross member defined in a direction parallel to the direction of sliding of the door. opening and the opening comprising, on one of its sides facing the frame cross member, a sill or sash cross member defined in a direction parallel to the direction of its sliding, this sash cross member having a defined cross section in a plane perpendicular to its direction, of substantially rectangular general shape, these two frame and sash cross members being in the upper position when the door or window frame is installed in a building. With this type of chassis, there is the problem of the cooperation of the two sleepers during their sliding relative to each other while achieving sealing against wind and rain. The solution to this problem is currently solved by embodiments such as those described and illustrated in US-A-20050166494 and FR-A-2801337. In the frame according to the two documents cited above, the sash beam is by example consists of a transom glued to the upper edge of the glazing and the seal is achieved by means of two brush seals inserted on the cross. This embodiment is relatively expensive to manufacture and mount on the glazing and, in addition, the seal is not very well assured. Also the present invention is it intended to provide a door or window closure frame in which the frame structure and the opening largely overcomes the disadvantages mentioned above and allows a high cross type realization hidden with a manufacturing cost less expensive than the chassis of the prior art while ensuring a better seal to wind and / or rain. More specifically, the subject of the present invention is a door or window frame comprising: a frame and at least one opening slidably mounted in said frame, said frame comprising at least one frame beam defined in a direction parallel to the sliding direction of the opening, said frame spar having a first longitudinal cavity substantially shaped "U", said opening comprising a glazing and, on one of its sides opposite the frame spar, at the top cross, a sash beam defined in a direction parallel to the direction of sliding of said sash, said sill beam having a cross section, defined in a plane perpendicular to its direction, of generally rectangular shape, in which is formed a second longitudinal cavity in the form of "U", said glazing being partially penetrating into said second longitudinal cavity; s first seal means interposed between the two inner side walls of the two vertical tabs of the second U-shaped longitudinal cavity and the two outer faces of the pane, and • second seal means interposed between the two outer side walls of the sash spar and the two inner side walls of the two vertical legs of the first "U" -shaped cavity, characterized in that the first and second sealing means are respectively constituted by longitudinal lips secured to the sill beam, said frame having: - longitudinal lips constituting said second seal means comprising: -an elastic deformation flexibility for the sealing function with the two inner side walls of the two vertical legs of the first U-shaped cavity, and a hard surface layer in contact with the the inner side walls of the two vertical legs of the first "U" -shaped cavity disposed between them and said component lips (said second seal means, to facilitate longitudinal sliding of the spar on said two walls; internal sides. The frame according to the invention thus has, in its opening part, a monolithic-type high cross member, of the hidden high cross-member type, which can advantageously be manufactured with a single component, for example by a co-extrusion manufacturing process, or with two components. by gluing as will be described later, thus reducing the manufacturing cost of this cross. By longitudinal lips integral with the sash spar here means one-piece lips with the spar, of a single piece and a single material.
According to an advantageous characteristic, said hard layer is associated with the spar. According to an advantageous characteristic, said hard layer is formed in one piece with the longitudinal lips constituting said second sealing means.
According to an advantageous characteristic, said lips are substantially arc-shaped, the foot of each arc being integral with the sill beam, the curved outer wall of each arc being able to cooperate with the inner wall of the first cavity via said layer hard to elastically press against it sliding friction against this wall and the arcuate outer wall of each arc being adapted to cooperate with an outer face of the glazing coming to press elastically against it. According to an advantageous characteristic, the free end of each of said longitudinal lips constituting said second gasket means, substantially arc-shaped, is located below the root of the lip.
It is furthermore specified that, when, according to the definition of the invention, the object of the invention comprises "at least one" element having a given function, the embodiment described may comprise several of these elements. Conversely, if the embodiment of the object according to the invention as illustrated has several elements of identical function and if, in the description, it is not specified that the object according to this invention must obligatorily comprise a number particular of these elements, the object of the invention may be defined as comprising "at least one" of these elements. Lastly, it is specified that when, in the present description, an expression defines, by itself, without a specific particular mention concerning it, a set of structural characteristics, these characteristics may be taken, for the definition of the object of the protection requested, when technically possible, either separately, or in full and / or partial combination. With reference to the two figures, the present invention relates to a door or window frame which comprises a frame 10 and at least one opening 20 slidably mounted in this frame. The frame comprises at least one frame spar 11, arranged at a high cross-section, defined in a direction parallel to the direction of sliding 21 of the opening leaf and comprising at least a first longitudinal cavity 12, 13 substantially in the shape of a "U", while the opening 20 comprises a glazing 21 or the like and, on one of its sides 22 facing the frame spar 11, is arranged at high cross, a sill 23 defined in a direction parallel to the direction of sliding 21 of this opening 20, the sash beam 23 having a cross section, defined in a plane perpendicular to its direction, of generally rectangular shape or comparable to such a shape, wherein is formed a second longitudinal cavity 24 in the form of "U", the glazing 21 being mounted partly penetrating into this second longitudinal cavity 24. The frame also comprises first interposed seal means 30 s between the two inner side walls 25, 26 of the two vertical tabs of the second U-shaped longitudinal cavity 24 and the two outer faces 41, 42 of the pane 21, and second seal means 50 interposed between the two outer side walls 43, 44 of the sash beam 23 and the two inner side walls 45, 46 of the two vertical legs of the first cavity 12 in the shape of "U". According to an essential characteristic of the invention, as clearly appears in the embodiment illustrated in the two figures, the first and second seal means 30, 50 consist respectively of longitudinal lips 61, 62, 63, 64,
. secured to the sash spar 23, the chassis having: - longitudinal lips 61, 64 constituting the second sealing means 50 having a flexible elastic deformation for the sealing function with the two inner side walls 45 , 46 of the two vertical tabs of the first U-shaped cavity 12, and a hard surface layer in contact with the two inner side walls 45, 46 of the two vertical tabs of the first U-shaped cavity 12. ", arranged between the latter and the lips 61, 64 constituting the second sealing means 50, to facilitate longitudinal sliding of the spar 23 on the two inner side walls 45, 46. The longitudinal lips 61 and 64 will have sufficient flexibility of elastic deformation to ensure the functions of holding and guiding the spar 23 in translation in the first 12 or second longitudinal cavity 13 the, while being able to absorb the surface deformations of the internal lateral walls 45, 46 of the vertical tabs defining these cavities while keeping in contact with these walls, more particularly in case of differential pressure on either side of the chassis or in case of vibration. The lips 61, 64 are preferably the number of one per outer side wall 43, 44 of the sill beam 23, but may be in greater number. Very preferably, the lips 61, 62, 63, 64, ... are substantially arc-shaped, for example in the form of a "comma" or similar, the foot 65 of each arc being secured to the sill spar 23, the curved outer wall 66 of each arc being advantageously directed downwards and adapted to cooperate with the inner wall of the first cavity 12, 13 coming by elastic deformation sliding friction against this wall and the curved outer wall 68 of each arc adapted to cooperate with an outer face 41, 42 of the glazing 21 coming to press elastically against it. The downward direction of the lips 61 and 64, or more precisely the free end of each of the longitudinal lips 61, 64 located below the root of the lip, allows in case of overpressure on a face of the glazing, to cause a pressure increase on the inner surface of the lip located on the side of the face under pressure, so as to press this lip against the wall with which it is sealing. The lips 62, 63 constituting the first seal means 30 are of known type and may comprise for a glazing wall, as shown in Figure 2, a lip pointing downwards to improve the seal, and one or two lips directed upwards to facilitate the installation of the glazing. In contrast to the lips 61 and 64 which have a dynamic function, the lips 62 and 63 have a static function and remain of conventional design and constitution. As mentioned above, to reduce the cost of manufacturing the frame, and to provide a monolithic spar ready for assembly, the lips and the sash spar are made in one piece for example by extrusion. The hard surface layer in contact with the two inner side walls 45, 46 of the two vertical tabs of the first U-shaped cavity 12 disposed between them and the lips 61, 64 constituting the second seal means 50, can advantageously be associated with the lips 61 and 64 respectively, and be carried out for example by co-extrusion according to a known method advantageously to obtain a finished single beam 23, for example made from a single plastic material of type TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) and having zones of different mechanical characteristics, flexible for the constitution of the lips 61, 62, 63, 64, ..., more rigid for the constitution of the U-shaped structure forming the spar 23 itself same, and lasts for the constitution of the surface layer of the lips 61 and 64 in contact with the walls of the frame and assuming a sliding function, and must therefore have a coeffi It has a low adhesion while remaining flexible so as to follow the movements of the flexible lip. The spar 23 may alternatively be made of a single piece for example of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) forming the spar itself and the lips 61, 62, 63, 64, ..., on which a layer of plastic sliding hardness is reported, for example by gluing, more precisely on the convex portion of the lips 61 and 64 in contact with the frame by sliding. As previously explained, the layer attached to each lip will remain flexible so as to be able to follow the elastic deformations of the lip 61 or 64 ... DTD: Preferably, the frame is designed so that the distance separating the bottom 19 from the first cavity 12, 13 and the face 29 of the sill beam 23 facing this bottom 19 of the first cavity is determined so that the opening 20 can be mounted by tumbling in the first cavity 12, 13, that is to say in the following way. The opening 20 is first positioned in the frame 10 so that the sill 23 is as close as possible to the bottom 19 of the cavity of the frame spar 11, to allow its lower part, not shown on the figures but well known in itself, having a part of hinge means which are in this type of opening constituted by wheels, can be placed above the rails with which the wheels are intended to cooperate, and then the opening is translated in its plane so as to move the sill spar 23 and the bottom 19 and allow the rollers to rest on the rails. As mentioned above, such a frame comprises at least two sliding openings 20, 220, Figure 2. In this case, the frame spar 11 comprises two first longitudinal cavities 12, 13 juxtaposed and parallel to each other, in which are adapted to the respective two sill members 23, 223 of the two openings 20, 220 are respectively guided. The sill 23 described above has a very preferential application at the top of the sliding sash as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and at this point The effect can be connected with any type of vertical upright known for sliding door, for example as shown in Figure 3 for connection with a vertical upright 31, or in Figure 4 for connection with a vertical upright 32 to enter to enter in contact with a vertical amount of sleeping frame. The connection of the spar 23 with one or the other of the uprights 31, 32 will advantageously be by means of a connecting piece, respectively 33, 34, as shown in Figures 3 and 4, embedded in the end of the spar 23, the rigid connection between the connecting piece 33, 34 and the spar being for example obtained by means of a screw 35, 36. Each connecting piece 33, 34 will have an appropriate interface for connection with its vertical upright associated, also for a rigid connection, for example by screw and / or embedding. Advantageously, in terms of sound and heat insulation as well as in terms of reducing the cost of manufacture, the frame spar 11 is constituted by the assembly of three sections, first and second sections 71, 72 and a third section 73 situated between them and having securing means 74 with the two first and second sections for joining them together, this third profile 73 further comprising a projecting wall 75 separating the two said first cavities 12, 13, by For example, a honeycomb wall 75 as shown in FIG. 2 to improve the thermal insulation. Preferably, the third section 73 is made of a thermally insulating material such as polyamide or the like, in particular polyamide loaded with fibers, for example fiberglass. As more particularly illustrated in FIG. 2, the securing means 74 of the third profile 73 with the first and second sections 71, 72 for joining them together are constituted by at least two bars 78, 79 respectively integral with the first and second profiles. 71, 72 by one of two means: crimping, clipping.
