Abstract

  • un opérateur met ensuite en place les vis 24 ou analogue de fixation des deuxièmes profilés 10, les vis 46 ou analogue de fixation des éléments de sécurité 26, pour chaque panneau afin de procéder à la liaison complète du panneau 1 sur l'ossature 2, cette liaison complète comportant en outre avantageusement une liaison de sécurité du panneau 1 apte à agir en cas de défaillance de la liaison principale,
  • tous les panneaux 1 d'une façade sont avantageusement liés de la même manière à l'ossature,
  • lorsque plusieurs panneaux 1 adjacents ont été mis en place et fixés à l'ossature 2, les joints externes 35 sont clippés afin de garantir l'étanchéité à l'air, à l'eau et au vent du système de maintien des panneaux et l'isolation thermique.

    - the holding system having:
    - means (5) for fully restrained connection of said panel to said framework via said single substrate, or a single one of said substrates, and via said retaining cavity (4), which comprise:
    - a first interface (6), in the form of a projection, lodged in said retaining cavity in said substrate so as to form, together with the cavity, a connection retaining said projection in said cavity,
    - a second, contact interface (7) associated with said framework,
    - said retaining cavity (4) extending at least over the length or substantially over the length of a first side of said substrate (3),
    - the holding system being characterised in that
    - said first interface (6), in the form of a projection, extends at least over the length or substantially over the length of a first side of said substrate (3) and is carried by a first profiled member (9) which extends over the length or substantially over the length of the first side of the substrate (3), and
    - the second interface ensuring a connection between the first profiled member and the framework.
  2. System according to claim 1, characterised in that said retaining cavity (4) is located on a surface portion situated on an edge (8) of said substrate and formed within said edge.
  3. System according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that said first interface (6), in the form of a projection, ensures sealing against fluids when it co-operates with said retaining cavity (4) so as to form, together with the latter, a retaining connection that seals against fluids.
  4. System according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that said connection retaining said projection in said cavity has complementary undercut contours between the projection and the cavity in order to obtain a connection of the first profiled member to said substrate by interlocking.
  5. System according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that it additionally comprises a rigid safety element (26) provided for fixing to said framework (2) by a fully restrained connection and having a free male part (28) arranged to be inserted in said retaining cavity (4), said rigid safety element co-operating, over the length of the male part inserted in the cavity, with said first interface (6), in the form of a projection, of said means (5) for connection of said panel (1) to said framework (2) so as to participate in the connection retaining said projection in said cavity.
  6. System according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that said second, contact interface (7) arranged to be associated with said framework (2) has a plurality of discontinuous contact segments (15) each arranged to bear against said framework and to be connected to the latter.
  7. System according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that said connecting means (5) comprise, at least:
    - a first profiled member (9) carrying said first interface (6), in the form of a projection, and
    - a plurality of second profiled members (10) connected to said first profiled member and comprising said second, contact interface (7).
  8. System according to claim 7, characterised in that said plurality of second profiled members (10) are connected to said first profiled member (9) by a connection having one degree of freedom in translation.
  9. System according to claim 8, characterised in that said connection having one degree of freedom in translation comprises a slideway fitting (16).
  10. System according to claim 7, characterised in that said plurality of second profiled members (10) are connected to said first profiled member (9) by a fully restrained connection.
  11. System according to any one of claims 7 to 10, characterised in that said second profiled members (10) are each substantially in the shape of an L, one limb (17) of which is connected to the framework (2) and the other limb (18) of which is connected, at its free end (19), to said first profiled member (9).
  12. System according to any one of claims 7 to 11, characterised in that said first profiled member (9) has a shape which is substantially polygonal in cross-section, a first face (21) of which comprises said first interface (6), in the form of a projection, and a second face (22) of which, referred to as the rear face, arranged substantially at a right angle to said first face, comprises means (20) for connecting to said second profiled members (10).
  13. System according to claims 5 and 6, characterised in that said first profiled member (9) has a cut-away (34) of a predetermined length arranged to lodge part of said safety element (26).
  14. System according to claim 5 or 13, characterised in that a said safety element (26) is in the form of a one-piece profiled member, the cross-section of which comprises:
    - a central web (29),
    - a first end web (30), which is arranged to be fixed to the framework (2) and is joined to a first longitudinal edge (32) of said central web and extends in a first perpendicular direction relative to said central web,
    - a second end web (31), which is arranged to be inserted in said retaining cavity (4) in the substrate (3) and is joined to a second longitudinal edge (33) of said central web, opposite the first longitudinal edge, and extends in a second perpendicular direction relative to the central web, opposite the first direction,
  15. System according to claims 13 and 14, characterised in that said part of the safety element (26) which is lodged in the cut-away (34) in the first profiled member (9) comprises the second end web (31) and part of the central web (29).
  16. System according to any one of claims 1 to 15, characterised in that said retaining cavity (4) extends over the length of the four sides of the substrate (3), and in that said first interface (6), in the form of a projection, extends over the length of said four sides of the substrate.
  17. System according to claim 16, characterised in that said second, contact interface (7) arranged to be associated with said framework (2) has a plurality of discontinuous contact segments (15) distributed over the four sides of the substrate (3), each of which is arranged to bear against said framework and to be associated with the latter.
  18. System according to any one of claims 1 to 17, characterised in that it comprises:
    - external sealing means (35) entering into the formation of a connection between the two rectilinear edges facing one another on two adjacent sides of two adjacent panels (1) on said facade of a building, each of the two panels comprising at least one substrate (3) made of fragile glass-type material,
    - means (36) associating said external sealing means with the respective means connecting said two adjacent sides of said two adjacent panels to said framework (2).
  19. System according to claim 18, characterised in that said means (36) associating said external sealing means (35) with the means (5) connecting said two adjacent sides of said two adjacent panels (1) to said framework (2) comprise an elastic structure (41) acting by elastic deformation, said elastic structure being arranged to be inserted between said means respectively connecting said two adjacent sides of said two adjacent panels to said framework.
  20. System according to claims 7 and 19, characterised in that the external sealing means (35) have means (39) for bearing against two first profiled members (9) facing one another for respectively connecting to said framework (2), on each of said two adjacent sides of said two adjacent panels (1), which are arranged to co-operate with said elastic structure (41) in order to form a fully restrained connection of said external sealing means (35) to said framework (2).

  23. System according to any one of claims 1 to 22, characterised in that it additionally comprises:
    - at least one lower bearing block (50) for a panel comprising a substrate made from fragile glass-type material,
    - means (51) associating said bearing block (50) with said panel (1) comprising a substrate (3) made from fragile glass-type material.
  24. System according to claim 23, characterised in that said means (51) associating said bearing block (50) with said panel (1) co-operate with said means (5) connecting said panel to said framework (2).
  25. System according to claims 7 and 23, or 7 and 24, characterised in that said means (51) associating said bearing block (50) with said panel (1) comprise a connection of the lower bearing block to said first profiled member (9).
  26. System according to one of claims 23 to 25, characterised in that it additionally comprises:
    - means (52) for support of said bearing block, co-operating with the latter for the purpose of pre-positioning of the panel with respect to said framework (2),
    - means (53) fixing said support means of the bearing block (50) to said framework (2).
  27. System according to claim 26, characterised in that said support means (52) of said bearing block (50) are in the form of a profiled member having at least one groove (57) for pre-positioning of the panel (1) with respect to said framework (2), via said lower bearing block (50).
