Description

1 CULASSE DE MOTEUR THERMIQUE COMPORTANT UN TUBE D'INJECTEUR L'invention1 HEAT ENGINE HEAD COMPRISING AN INJECTOR TUBE The invention

The invention more particularly relates to a yoke which is traversed by at least one bore in which is arranged a substantially cylindrical injector whose lower end opens into a combustion chamber of the engine and at least one intermediate portion is received in a sealed manner in a coaxial injector tube which is received in the bore and passes through at least one cylinder head coolant circulation cavity. The heat engines which comprise an injector placed in a central position or not, and a cylinder head coolant circulation cavity, require, for the cooling of the cylinder head is carried out correctly, a provision of the injector in which it crosses said coolant circulation cavity. During a subsequent disassembly of the injector, the tube can leave its housing because it can remain stuck to the injector because of the scale that can interpose and accumulate between the inner wall of the tube and the injector. GB299635, for example, describes and shows a configuration in which the inner guide is formed of a tube which is introduced through the upper end of the bolt hole. The tube is held in abutment against a surface of the cylinder head using a sleeve screwed into a cylindrical bore of the bore defining a thread suitable for that of the sleeve. A disadvantage of this solution is that it is necessary to make a thread for each piercing receiving an injector. This 2910555 2 has a high cost. In addition, it must be ensured that this assembly does not unscrew due to the particular environment of the cylinder head and in particular vibrations. To remedy this, the invention provides a motor yoke of the type described above, in which the sleeve is hooped in a cylindrical bore of the bore. According to other features of the invention: the lower end of the sleeve bears on the upper end of the tube; the cylinder head comprises an injector at least partially received in the bore of the cylinder head, a cylindrical portion of which is centered with respect to the inside diameter of the shrunk sleeve; a portion of the tube may be guided in a cylindrical bore of the bolt bore via one or more O-rings which seal the coolant of the cavity; the lower end of the tube can be hooped into a lower cylindrical bearing.

The invention also relates to an internal combustion engine having such a cylinder head. Other features and advantages of the invention will appear on reading the detailed description which follows for the understanding of which reference will be made to the single FIG. 25 showing a schematic sectional view of a cylinder head for an engine according to FIG. invention. In the following description, like reference numerals designate like parts or having similar functions.

10 15 2910555 3 On a représenté à la figure 1 une culasse 1 pour un moteur thermique de véhicule automobile de type dit "à injection directe", c'est à dire comportant un injecteur (non représenté) débouchant directement dans la chambre de combustion du moteur.FIG. 1 shows a cylinder head 1 for a motor vehicle engine of the so-called "direct injection" type, that is to say having an injector (not shown) opening directly into the combustion chamber of the engine. engine.

The cylinder head 1 is traversed by at least one bore 2 in which is arranged a substantially cylindrical injector (not shown) whose lower end opens into a lower face 3 of the cylinder head 1 communicating with a combustion chamber (not shown) of the engine.

La surface correspond dans cet exemple à la surface inférieure de la cavité 24 de circulation de liquide de refroidissement de la culasse 1.At least one intermediate portion of the injector is sealingly received in a coaxial tube 4 which is received in the bore 2 and which passes through a cavity 24 for circulating coolant of the cylinder head 1. The tube 4 comprises on either side of the cavity 24, a coaxial lower end 41 which can be secured by hooping in an associated lower cylindrical bearing surface 21 of the bore 2 of the cylinder head 1. A portion 43 of the tube 4 can be guided in a cylindrical seat 23 of the bore 2 of the cylinder head 1 via one or more O-rings 7 which seal the coolant of the cavity 24. The tube 4 is held in abutment against a surface of the cylinder head 1 to With the aid of a sleeve 5 fixed to the cylinder head 1. In this example, the surface corresponds to the lower surface of the coolant circulation cavity 24 of the cylinder head 1.

Conformément à la figure 1, l'extrémité inférieure du manchon 5 est en appui sur l'extrémité supérieure 42 du tube 1.According to the invention, the sleeve 5 is hooped in a cylindrical bore of the bore. The cylindrical bearing surface may be the upper bearing surface 22 of the bore 2 of the cylinder head 1. According to FIG. 1, the lower end of the sleeve 5 bears against the upper end 42 of the tube 1.

30 Ce montage permet donc de bloquer le tube 4 d'injecteur par un procédé facile à mettre en oeuvre pour le montage du manchon 5.This assembly thus makes it possible to block the injector tube 4 by a method that is easy to implement for mounting the sleeve 5.

According to a further feature of the invention, the injector which is mounted in the yoke 1 and which is at least partially received in the bore 2 of the yoke 1 has a cylindrical portion centered with respect to the inside diameter of the sleeve 5. hooped. The inside diameter of the sleeve 5 is defined in relation to the outside diameter of the cylindrical portion of the injector. An advantage of this feature is that precise centering of the injector is achieved in the upper part of the cylinder head 1, unlike a screwed assembly which has a clearance.
