-typically a drink - thanks to which one can bring to the liquid an organoleptic complement either mineral, coloring, or finally taste. It also relates to a cap incorporating the supplement product in the form of a dose. In what follows, the description of the invention will be made with reference to the food field. Of course, the invention relates to all the fields involving a main product and a complement product in a significantly lower amount than that of the main product. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The state of the art relating to this field is abundantly illustrated and one of the closest documents of the field of the invention is US Pat. No. 5,370,222, which discloses a cap in the form of a a bowl, capable of receiving a capsule filled with an additive and closed by a perforable or water-soluble film. The capsule is housed in the cap, a lateral skirt is threaded internally to cooperate with the neck of a container itself carrying an external thread. The stopper and the cap are immobilized with respect to each other in rotation so that when the stopper is screwed onto the cap, the latter rotates with the stopper and meets the rim of the neck which has a vertical tooth perforation and peripheral cutting of the film. The presence of this tooth protruding from the mouth of the neck of the container is totally unacceptable with regard to the acceptance of the device by the market. To overcome this serious drawback, other solutions provide a perforator of the film in the form of piston that the user actuates after screwing the cap on the neck of the container. These are complex sealing devices with movable parts that are not inexpensively manufactured relative to each other. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention is based on the observation that most mineral water bottles have the same threaded neck, the shape variations being located on other parts of the bottle which are more visible to the consumer. . This uniformity at the cap level makes it possible to provide a single plug for practically all brands of mineral water. And even for plugs of different diameters, some of the dimensions such as wall thicknesses and screwing heights are the same, so that one can take advantage of these constants to add an additional function to the plug, that of delivering a dose of product without having to modify the existing characteristics of the packaging. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The first object of the invention is thus to provide a package comprising a container and a cap forming a capsule intended to deliver a dose of product into the container whose threaded neck is adapted to receive the stopper, the cap comprising a hollow body forming a reservoir limited in the lower part by a lid 25 being pierceable, torn or cut and a skirt equipped with an internal thread extending beyond the cap relative to the reservoir. More specifically, the stopper comprises static means for peripheral and progressive cutting of the cover which cooperate by crossing when screwing the stopper on the neck of the receptacle with the rim of this neck. The advantage of this packaging makes it possible to manufacture and sell dose caps separately from the bottles of mineral water to which these doses can be associated at the very moment of consumption. For example, the consumer buys the mineral water of his choice and, separately, the dose cap (s) that suit him. At the time of consumption, the original cap is removed and replaced by the dose-cap 5 according to the invention, the screwing on the neck of the bottle releases the additional product contained therein and ensures the tight closure of the bottle during all the time of its consumption and its conservation started.
Several embodiments of the invention are possible. Preferably, the aforesaid means comprise an annular peripheral attachment surface of the lid located in a plane inclined on the screw axis of the plug on the neck and whose inner diameter is greater than the outside diameter of the cap of the cap. collar. The inclination of the plane of the lid relative to the rim-that is to say, the top of the collar-allows it not to act as a punch and that the operculum detached does not prevent the spill 20 of the additive into the liquid of the bottle. According to a first variant of this embodiment, the aforesaid skirt is attached around the annular surface of peripheral attachment of the lid. In a second variant, said skirt is in one piece with the cap body, the annular surface forming an inner shoulder to said skirt on which a fur attached to the inside of this skirt and bearing the thread of the cap . In a second embodiment of the invention, the above-mentioned static means comprise the rim of the neck of the receptacle, an annular surface of the body of the peripheral closure cap of the lid and an inner liner of the plug intended to penetrate inside. the neck of the container at the time of screwing the plug on the latter and whose free end is located on a li-2874732 4 not parallel to the plane of the lid and is located in the reservoir closed by the lid. In all these embodiments, it has been preferred to maintain the operculum by pinching between the two constituent elements of the plug, that is to say between the body and the skirt, between the skirt and the inner fur or even between the body and inner fur. The second object of the invention is formed by a cap alone, which can be screwed onto a threaded container neck, whose uniformity is observed in particular with regard to the plastic bottles. This cap comprises a hollow body forming a reservoir limited in the lower part by a lid that can be pierced, torn or cut, a skirt equipped with an internal thread extending beyond the cap relative to the reservoir, and static means for peripheral and progressive cutting of the lid which form a movable blade with the cap relative to the rim of the neck of the container which acts as a fixed blade.
Other features and advantages of the invention will emerge from the description given below of an example of its embodiment. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Reference is made to the accompanying drawings in which: - Figure 1 is a sectional diagram of a dose-cap form part of the packaging according to the invention; - Figure 2 illustrates a variant embodiment; FIG. 3 is a sectional view of the pack of the invention made with the stopper of FIG. 1. FIG. 4 illustrates a second embodiment of the pack of FIG. FIG. 5 illustrates in a sectional view a third embodiment of the invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The packaging of the invention is principally characterized by a dispensing cap for a product intended to modify the predominantly organoleptic quality of a consumable liquid contained therein in a banal container such as that a plastic bottle provided with a threaded collar externally. This cap is such that being screwed on the neck of the container, the additive product contained in the capsule is released without any further maneuver on the part of the user is required. In addition this plug fully provides the function of a plug, that is to say, to ensure the tight closure of the container once started. The plug shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 comprises a hollow body 1 forming a reservoir 2 limited in the lower part by a cap 3 that can be pierced, torn or cut and a skirt 4 equipped with an internal thread 5 extending to the embodiment of FIG. 1, the cover 3 is fixed to the body 1 of the stopper by means of an annular fixing surface 6 which is situated in an inclined plane P. relative to a general axis X of the bau25 chon which is the axis of the thread 5. This structure implies that the cap is in two parts and that the skirt 5 is attached to the body 1. This skirt 5 is here a threaded sleeve having an inner shoulder 7 inclined in the same way as the surface 6 and clipped elastically on the body 1 through the cooperation of a circular groove 8 in the sleeve and a bead 9 on the outer surface of the body. The surfaces 6 and shoulder 7 have an inside diameter denoted D in the figures. To make this mounting possible, the body and the sleeve 35 comprise at least one groove / groove pair 10, 11 which form means e their angular indexing m-2907432 6 form means e their mutual angular indexing. The lid 3 is maintained in its shutter state of the tank 2 by pinching between the two surfaces 6 and 7 of the two parts 1 and 5. Of course, it is possible to implement means for bonding or sealing the edge of the container. the cover on one or the other of these two surfaces before clipping to facilitate the mounting of the plug after placing in the tank 2 the additive product in question which may be in the form of a liquid 10 or a powder. Figure 3 illustrates the cooperation of the plug thus formed with the neck 12 of a bottle equipped with an external thread 13. The figure illustrates this cooperation at the end of screwing. The neck 12 is bounded by a free top or edge or water 14. The outer diameter of the neck or at least that of its end near the rim is of smaller diameter than that noted above. This nozzle, during screwing, comes into contact with the lid at the lowest point of the plane P and progressively crosses this plane by proceeding to a progressive cutting or tearing of the lid from its first point of contact. . This progressive cutting releases the product contained in the tank 2 which then falls into the bottle without causing the lid which is not completely detached from the cap. Similarly, this progressive cut is distinguished from a frontal depression of the lid by the mouth of the neck which would lead to continue to maintain the reservoir at least partially-obturated by the lid. At the end of screwing, the rim 30 ensures a sealed contact with a shoulder 15 of the plug body. In FIG. 2, the plug shown has a skirt 4 in one piece with the body 1. This skirt comprises a bottom shoulder 16 which constitutes a peripheral fastening surface of the cut-off lid 3, 2907432 7 it is also contained in a plane P inclined with respect to the axis of the thread X. The thread 5 is here borne by a fur 17, clipped inside the skirt 4 in the same manner as the attachment previously described. , that is to say by means of a groove 18 formed in the skirt 4 and a bead 19 carried by the outer surface of the fur 17. The angular indexing of the two parts 17 and 4 is also This is achieved by a groove / spline pair 20, 21. The result obtained by this variant embodiment is completely identical to that obtained with the embodiment previously described. In Figure 4, there is shown a second embodiment of the invention. Some of the elements already described bear the same references as in the previous figures. Here, the annular surfaces 6a and 7a between which the lid 3 is pinched are perpendicular to the X axis. The body of the cap has an inner liner 22 intended, in known manner, to penetrate inside the neck 12 of the container. at the time of screwing the cap 20 on the latter to ensure sealing (or strengthen it) between the neck and the cap. In a particular way, peculiar to the invention, the free end 22a of this jacket 22 is contained in a plane Pa inclined on the plane of the lid 3. It is furthermore located in the tank 2 closed by the lid . When screwing this plug on the neck 12 of a bottle, the rim enters frontally in contact with the lid over its entire circumference. The cutting then begins at the point where the jacket 22 is in the immediate vicinity of the lid to continue by crossing the inclined free edge of the jacket and the neck of the neck 12. The advantages of these two embodiments are identical : The cutting means of the cap do not use any piston or perforating element which increases the cost of a cap, or requires a modification of the container itself, which does not correspond to the market such as the mineral water market. Figure 5 is a sectional view of another variant variant of the plug of the invention, in course of assembly. It contains some of the elements already described with the same references, particularly with reference to Figures 2 and 4. The liner 22 is here carried by a part 23 independent of the body 1 reported in the latter to abut against a shoulder 24 then at least one longitudinal rib 25 of the body cooperating with a notch 23a of the annular piece 23 allows the angular indexing of the piece 24 about the axis X. Once this piece is in place, the lid 3 rests on the annular shoulder 26 which it defines and the threaded thread 17 is force-fitted into the opening of the body 1 as in the case of FIG. 2. It will be noted that the free edge 27 of the sleeve 22 which is the cutting wire of the blade that constitutes the sleeve 22 movable with the cap relative to the rim of the neck of the container 20 (see Figure 4) is here formed along a line which is not parallel to the plane of the operculum 3 and which is located behind the operculum, inside the tank it closes (but in the immediate vicinity of the latter). The structure of the stopper according to this embodiment facilitates the automatic manufacture both in terms of pleating and sealing of the seal. In Figure 5, the cap is also represented in its manufacturing orientation. The lid 3 may be made in a multilayered sheet. The realized complex may be such that de-cutting causes stress relaxation which gives the partially cut tongue a curvature favoring the outlet of the product of the reservoir.
