Abstract

Le dispositif d'affichage à cristaux liquides comporte une plage de contact (130) de grille avec une électrode (115) d'ITO de grille formée sur un substrat, une première et une seconde électrodes inférieures de plage de contact de grille formées sur une région prédéterminée de l'électrode d'ITO de grille, une couche d'isolation de grille, une couche de passivation formée sur la couche d'isolation de grille, une électrode supérieure (118) de plage de contact de grille formée sur la couche de passivation, et au moins un trou de contact (H1, H2).Selon des procédés de fabrication du dispositif d'affichage à cristaux liquides, on forme la première électrode inférieure de plage de contact de grille en formant l'électrode d'ITO de grille sur le substrat lorsque la plage de contact de grille est formée afin d'empêcher la corrosion de la première électrode inférieure de plage de contact de grilleApplication à un dispositif d'affichage à cristaux liquides permettant d'améliorer la fiabilité de la plage de contact de grille en empêchant sa corrosion.
