Abstract

  The present invention relates to a water dispenser for shower tray.

  The ever-increasing modern requirements of maximum comfort in any situation of everyday life have recently led the manufacturers of bath components and accessories to produce products aimed at satisfying particular conditions of life. ease and convenience up to and including in the shower, that is, products specifically designed to be used inside the shower enclosure itself.

  Since we know the pleasant properties of massage by a jet of water sprayed directly, with adequate intensity, on the body of the user of the shower, some manufacturers have developed components and accessories integrated inside. of the shower enclosure and capable of projecting one or more jets of water from, for example, the walls of the cabin itself, so as to sprinkle with water also those parts of the body which, under normal conditions of use, under normal conditions of use shower, are not affected by direct and intense water jets.

  The present invention aims to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks by providing a water dispenser for shower tray extremely simple and economical to install.

  In this context, an object of the present invention is to provide a water dispenser for shower tray that can be used in a flexible and versatile manner by all users (adults, children, elderly, disabled, etc.).

  Another object of the present invention is to provide a water dispenser for a shower tray whose adjustment is simple, immediate, convenient and effective.

  Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a simple structure, relatively easy to perform, safe and effective operation, as well as a relatively moderate cost.

  These objects and features, as well as others which will appear better below, are made by the present water dispenser for shower tray, characterized in that it comprises at least one substantially planar body, which can be positioned on the shower tray, defining at its upper part at least one non-slip bearing surface for the feet of the user and provided with at least one connection connection to the water supply network, said substantially planar body comprising at least one nozzle placed in communication with said connector by means of a respective water flow conduit capable of projecting a water jet substantially upward and manually adjustable to vary the intensity of the jet itself at the option of the user.

  Figure 1 illustrates, designated as a whole by 1, a water dispenser for shower tray according to the invention.

  The dispenser can be placed directly inside the shower enclosure and, more precisely, simply seated on the shower tray in the desired position.

  Advantageously, the dispenser according to the invention comprises at least one substantially planar body, generally designated by the reference numeral 2, defining at its upper part a non-slip bearing surface 3 for the user's feet. , equipped for example with streaks 3a, reliefs 3b or the like; the substantially planar body 2 is also provided with at least one connection 4 for connection to the water supply network inside the shower enclosure.

  The substantially planar body 2 comprises at least one nozzle, generally designated 5, placed in communication with the connection by means of a respective water flow duct 6, said nozzle 5 being capable of projecting a jet of water substantially upwards and also manually adjustable so as to vary the intensity of the jet itself at the discretion of the user.

  In detail, the dispenser according to the invention preferably comprises a plurality of nozzles 5, 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d, 5e, 5f, 5g capable of projecting respective jets of water substantially upwards, distributed over the surface 3 and placed in communication, by means of respective flow ducts 6, 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, 6e, 6f, 6g, with the connection 4.

  The connection 4 for connection to the water supply network is advantageously associated with at least one valve 7, manually operable and of a very conventional type, capable of allowing or preventing the flow of water towards the substantially planar body 2 .

  The substantially plane body 2 advantageously comprises a first half-shell 8 (FIG. 3) resting on the shower tray and a second upper half-shell 9 coupled to the first half-shell 8 and defining at its upper part the surface of 3. The first semicoque 8 comprises in correspondence with its inner surface 10 a plurality of substantially circular housings 11, 11a, 11b, 11c, 11d, 11e, 11f, 11g for the nozzles 5, 5a to 5g. The first half-shell 8 further comprises a plurality of branched channels 12, 12a, 12b, 12c, 12d, 12e, 12f, 12g which put into communication the portion of the first half-shell 8 in which the coupling 4 is positioned with the housings 11, 11a to 11g; in the branched channels 12, 12a to 12g are housed the respective branch ducts 6, 6a to 6g of water flow, interconnected by means of seals 13.

  The first half-shell 8 is provided at its lower part with non-slip elements on the shower tray, not shown but of a completely conventional type (for example rubber pads or the like).

  The second half-shell 9 advantageously comprises a plurality of substantially circular windows 14 which are positioned in correspondence with the housings 11, 11a to 11g of the first half-shell 8 and from which the nozzles 5, 5a to 5g emerge.

  In particular, the second half-shell 9 has windows 14 distributed at the periphery and at least one central window 14a between which there remain two non-slip bearing areas 15 for the feet of the user, advantageously profiled and provided with reliefs 16.

  The first half-shell 8 and the second half-shell 9 are preferably coupled together by means of screw means (for example a plurality of screws engaged in respective threads).

  Alternatively, the first half-shell 8 and the second half-shell 9 can be coupled together by means of embedding or they can be coupled to each other by force.

  The first half-shell 8 and the second half-shell 9 are preferably made of a synthetic material of plastic type but also of any other material suitable for the application with respect to its physical and mechanical characteristics.

  According to the invention, each of the nozzles 5, 5a to 5g (FIG. 4) comprises a first part 17 connected to the respective conduit 6, 6a to 6g of water flow, defining at least one ejection orifice 18 water with a mouth preferably slightly conical; each of the nozzles 5, 5a to 5g further comprises a second portion 19 associated with the first portion 17 in a manually adjustable position selectively. The second portion 19 has small through holes 20 for expelling the water and is provided at the center with a shutter 21 which can engage the port 18 between a maximum open position of the orifice itself. , in which the water can pass in and out of the small holes 20, and a total closed position in which the water can not pass.

  In detail, each first portion 17 has an internal thread 22 substantially concentric with the ejection orifice 18; the second part 19 has at least one external thread 23 substantially concentric with the shutter 21 and can engage selectively in the tapping 22 at the discretion of the user between the maximum open position of the orifice 18 and the position of total closure of it.

  Advantageously, each second part 19 includes some kinds of lateral handles 24 able to facilitate the insertion of the fingers to effect the rotation, in the direction of opening or closing, of the second part 19 with respect to the first part. 17. In addition, on the surface of the second portion 19, there are provided indications of the direction of opening or closing (i.e., increasing or decreasing the intensity of the jet).

  Each of the first portion 17 and the second portion 19 of the nozzles 5, 5a to 5g is preferably made of a synthetic material of plastic type or any other having appropriate physical and mechanical characteristics.

  The terms of use of the dispenser according to the invention are quite intuitive. After positioning the dispenser on the shower tray in the desired position, it is necessary to open the valve 7 to allow the supply of water, which flows in the ducts 6, 6a to 6g and spring of the nozzles 5, 5a to 5g. The latter can be independently of each other, manually adjusted to vary at will the intensity of the respective water jet; it is for example possible to operate only some of the nozzles 5, 5a to 5g, which gives in addition, in this mode, a higher water pressure.

  We have seen how the invention realizes the objects proposed; indeed, the dispenser according to the invention, practical and economical to achieve and install, provides a great versatility of use and adjustment, which was not possible with known components and accessories.

  The invention thus conceived is likely to have many modifications and variations, all of which fall within the scope of the claims.

  In addition, all elements can be replaced by other technically equivalent ones.

  In practice, the materials used as well as the shapes and dimensions may be any, depending on the requirements, without departing from the scope of the protection of the appended claims.

Claims (17)

  Water dispenser for a shower tray, characterized in that it comprises at least one substantially planar body (2) which can be positioned on the shower tray, defining at its upper part at least one support surface ( 3) anti-slip for the feet of the user and provided with at least one connection (4) for connection to the water supply network, said substantially planar body (2) comprising at least one nozzle (5, 5a to 5g), placed in communication with said coupling (4) by means of a respective water flow duct (6, 6a to 6g) capable of projecting a jet of water substantially upwards and manually adjustable so as to vary the intensity of the jet itself at the discretion of the user.   2. Dispenser according to claim 1, characterized in that said nozzle (5, 5a to 5g) comprises at least a first portion (17) connected to said water flow conduit (6, 6a to 6g) and defining at least a water ejection port (18) and at least a second portion (19) associated with said first portion (17) in a selectively manually adjustable position, having small holes (20) for expelling the water and provided with a shutter (21) adapted to engage in said orifice (18) between a position of maximum opening of said orifice (18), in which the water can pass and exit through said small holes (20), and a fully closed position, in which the water can not pass.   3. Dispenser according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that said first portion (17) comprises at least one tapping (22) substantially concentric to said ejection orifice (18) and in that said second portion (19) has at least one thread (23) substantially concentric with said shutter (21) and adapted to engage selectively in said tapping (22), at the discretion of the user, between the maximum open position of said orifice (18) in which the water can pass and exit through said small holes (20), and a total closed position, in which the water can not pass.   4. Dispenser according to any one of claims 2 and 3, characterized in that said second portion (19) comprises kinds of handles (24) to facilitate the insertion of the fingers to perform the rotation, in the sense opening or closing, said second portion (19) relative to said first portion (17).   5. Dispenser according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a plurality of nozzles (5, 5a to 5g), capable of projecting respective jets of water substantially upwards, distributed on said surface d support (3) and placed in communication, by means of respective flow ducts (6, 6a to 6g) with said connection (4).   6. Dispenser according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said substantially planar body (2) comprises at least a first half-shell (8) lower support on the shower tray and at least a second half upper shell (9) coupled to said first half-shell (8) and defining said bearing surface (3).   7. Dispenser according to claim 6, characterized in that said first half-shell (8) comprises in correspondence with its inner surface (10) a plurality of substantially circular housings (11, 11a to 11g) for said nozzles (5, 5a at 5g).   8. Dispenser according to any one of claims 6 and 7, characterized in that said first half-shell (8) comprises a plurality of branched channels (12, 12a to 12g) which connect the portion of said first half shell in which said fitting (4) is positioned with said housings (11, 11a-11g), respective branched water flow conduits (6, 6a-6g), interconnected by means of seals (13), being disposed in said channels (12, 12a to 12g).   9. Dispenser according to any one of claims 7 and 8, characterized in that said second half-shell (9) comprises a plurality of windows (14) (14a) substantially circular, positioned in correspondence with said housing (11, 11a). at 11g) of said first half-shell (8), from which said second parts (19) of said nozzles (5, 5a to 5g) emerge.   10. Dispenser according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said connection (4) for connection to the water supply network comprises at least one valve (7) adapted to allow or prevent the flow of water toward said substantially planar body (2).   11.
