Abstract

The board has a plate (1) with a sheet (2) which is folded and straightened to 90 degrees near longitudinal edges of scaffold tubes to constitute a lateral run out (8) under the form of lateral wall separated with respect to edge of the plate. The lateral run out is perpendicular to the top of the plate and straightened to 90 degree to constitute a support surface (9). The surface has longitudinal ribs (10) cooperated with ribs (6) of lower plate.

Usuellement, le plateau d'échafaudage est réalisé à partir d'une tôle, constituant le dessus du plateau munie d'aspérités dans sa zone centrale longitudinale, et dont les bords io longitudinaux sont repliés à 90 pour constituer des faces latérales planes, puis sont repliés de nouveau à 90 pour constituer des surfaces parallèles au dessus du plateau, jouant le rôle de surfaces d'appui lors de l'empilage des planches, soit pour le stockage, soit pour le transport. En coupe transversale, les plateaux présentent un profil en C. Lors de l'empilage des planches d'échafaudage, les surfaces d'appui de la planche supérieure reposent sur le dessus du plateau de la planche inférieure, au voisinage de ses bords longitudinaux, dans une zone sans aspérités.
