Description

The present invention relates to a shelving system with removable trays comprising pairs of vertical pillars connected by transverse bars.

The system according to the invention does not have these drawbacks is characterized in that the pillars of a pair are provided on their face opposite protrusions, regularly distributed on which are placed jumpers which can be removed only by lifting them, said jumpers being provided with one or two lateral hooking bulges protruding from the base of the pair of pillars and cooperating with a recess located in each corner of each plate to support said plate.

The assembly and disassembly of the system can be done by a single person even unskilled. In addition, this assembly and disassembly does not require a tool.

In the system according to the invention, the jumpers are only stationed when they are used to support a tray. They therefore do not interfere with cleaning.

In addition, thanks to the shelving system according to the invention, it is possible to thanks to the jumpers with two bulges use the same pair of pillars to support trays on each side of this pair.

Obviously, we use jumpers with two bulges when we want to support trays on either side of the pair of pillars, so as not to interfere with cleaning and not to increase the overall length of the shelving.

According to another preferred embodiment of the invention, the protuberances have the shape of an arch, the edge of which is provided with a groove in which is housed a groove of the rider.

Such protuberances do not interfere with cleaning when they are not in use and moreover they ensure the locking in position of the rider without possible rotation while allowing its removal in an easy manner.

The present invention also relates, according to a variant, to a shelving system with removable trays comprising pairs of vertical pillars, the pillars of a pair being provided on their opposite face with dovetailed tabs which are used for fixing transverse bars the ends of which are provided with grooves of shape complementary to the tongues, characterized in that the tongues are separated by regularly distributed interruptions, in sections at the tops of which are placed jumpers provided with blind grooves of shape complementary to the tongues, said jumpers being provided one or two lateral hooking bulges protruding from the base of the pair of pillars and cooperating with a recess located in each corner of each plate to support said plate.

The shelving system according to the invention (see FIG. 1) comprises pairs 1 of vertical pillars 2 connected by transverse bars 3. On the facing faces 4 of the two pillars 2 there are provided protrusions 6 in the form of an arch. The protuberances 6 regularly arranged on the face 4 are provided on their edge 5 with a groove 7.

On the protuberances 6, a jumper 8 is threaded vertically comprising a lateral bulge 9 for attachment (see FIG. 2). The rider 8 is provided with a recess 10 complementary to the protrusion 6 and this recess 10 has a groove 11 which is received in the groove 7 preventing any movement of the rider unless it is lifted.

The lateral bulge 9 is connected by a plate 12 projecting from the base of the pair 1 of pillars.

It is also possible to put on the protrusion 6, a jumper 8 comprising two lateral attachment bulges 9 (see FIG. 3).

The bulges 9 have a shape limited by a dihedral and are used for hooking plates 13 comprising in each corner 14, a recess 15 of shape complementary to that of the bulges 9 provided with a slot 16 through which the supporting plate 12 must pass. the bulge 9 (see FIG. 4).

To mount a shelving unit, two pairs 1 of pillars 2 are taken and / / the four protuberances 6 located at the same height are provided with jumpers 8; the two recesses 15 are threaded on one side of the plate 13 on the lateral bulges 9 of the two jumpers 8 of a pair 1, then the two recesses 15 on the other side on the lateral bulges 9 of the two jumpers 8 of the other pair 1.

Under the effect of the weight of the plates and their load, the recesses 15 of the plates 13 are blocked on the bulges 9.

The other plates 13 are then mounted to the other desired levels.

The plates 13 have a width close to the total width of each pair 1 of pillar 2 (see FIG. 5).

Assembly is easy and requires no tools. The disassembly of a plate 13 is also very easy since it suffices to lift the plate 13.

Obviously, the jumpers 8 are not left in place, which would hinder the cleaning of the shelving.

It should be noted that the protuberances 6 are easy to clean.

With the system according to the invention, it is very easy to remove or add a plate 13 between two relatively adjacent plates 13 although the width of the plates is greater than the spacing between two pillars 2 of a pair 1.

One can also use a pair 1 of pillars 2, as support for two series of plates 13 (on either side of said pair). It suffices to provide the protuberances 6 which have to support two plates 13 by jumpers 8 with two bulges 9 (see FIG. 5).

This assembly also makes it possible to have the two plates situated on either side of the pair of bearings on the same level.

It will be noted that the shelving according to the invention fulfills the hygiene standards which prohibit providing the pillars 2 with holes serving to support the trays 13.

Preferably, the pillar bottoms are provided with screws 17 serving to adapt them in height on uneven ground.

In the foregoing description the outgrowths 6 exceed the face 4 of each pillar 2, they could, although this is less advantageous from the manufacturing point of view, be arranged inside recesses formed in this face 4 provided that the lateral bulges 9 of the jumpers 8 which cover them exceed the base of the pair 1 of pillars 2.

FIG. 6 shows a variant in which the short sides of the plate 13 have an internal rim 21 which folds from the lower end from the side upwards. The slot 16 being produced in the side and also in the internal rim 21. During assembly, the internal rim 21 is pressed against the bulge 9 of the jumper 8.

The shelving system according to a variant of the invention (see FIG. 7) comprises pairs 1 ′ of vertical pillars 2 ′ connected by transverse bars 3 ′. On the faces 4 ′ facing the two pillars 2 ′ are provided dovetailed tongues 5 ′. The ends 18 ′ of the bars 3 ′ are provided with grooves 19 ′ of shape complementary to the tongues 5 ′ that they come to trap. Screws 20 ′ or any other fixing means block the bars 3 ′ on the tabs 5 ′. The tongues have interruptions 6 ′ arranged regularly in height separating them into sections 7 ′.

On each vertex 11 ′ of sections 7 ′, a jumper 8 ′ can be threaded comprising a lateral bulge 9 ′ for attachment (see FIG. 8). The jumper 8 has a blind groove 10 ′ of complementary shape to the tongue 5 ′ and which therefore traps the top 11 ′ of the section 7 ′, preventing any displacement of the jumper 8 ′ unless it is lifted.

The lateral bulge 9 ′ is connected by a plate 12 ′ projecting from the base of the pair 1 ′ of pillars.

It is also possible to thread, on the apex 11 ′, a jumper 8 ′ comprising two lateral attachment bulges 9 ′ (see FIGS. 9 and 10).

The bulges 9 ′ have a shape limited by a dihedral and are used for hooking plates 13 ′ comprising in each corner 14 ′, a recess 15 ′ of shape complementary to that of the bulges 9 ′ provided with a slot 16 ′ through which must pass the dish 12 ′ supporting the bulge 9 ′ (see FIG. 11).

To mount a shelving unit, two pairs 1 ′ of pillars 2 ′ are taken and the four vertices 11 ′ located at the same height are provided with jumpers 8 ′; the two recesses 15 ′ are threaded on one side of the plate 13 ′ on the lateral bulges 9 ′ of the two jumpers 8 ′ of a pair 1 ′, then the two recesses 15 ′ on the other side on the lateral bulges 9 ′ of the two jumpers 8 ′ of the other pair 1 ′.

Under the effect of the weight of the plates and their load, the recesses 15 ′ of the plates 13 ′ come to jam on the bulges 9 ′.

We then mount the other plates 13 ′ to the other desired levels.

The plates 13 ′ have a width close to the total width of each pair 1 ′ of pillar 2 ′ (see FIG. 12).

Assembly is easy and requires no tools. The disassembly of a plate 13 ′ is also very easy since it suffices to lift the plate 13 ′.

Obviously, the jumpers 8 ′ are not left in place, which would hinder the cleaning of the shelving.

Note that the 5 ′ tabs are easy to clean.

With the system according to the invention, it is very easy to remove or add a plate 13 ′ between two relatively similar plates 13 ′ although the width of the plates is greater than the distance between two pillars 2 ′ of a pair 1 ′.

One can also use a pair 1 ′ of pillars 2 ′, as a support for two series of plates 13 ′ (on either side of said pair). It suffices to provide the tops 11 ′ having to support two plates 13 ′ by jumpers 8 ′ has two bulges 9 ′ (see FIG. 12).

This assembly also makes it possible to have the two plates situated on either side of the pair of bearings on the same level.

It will be noted that the shelving according to the invention fulfills the hygiene standards which prohibit providing the pillars 2 ′ with holes serving to support the trays 13 ′.

Preferably, the bottom pillars 2 ′ are provided with screws 17 ′ used to adapt them in height on uneven ground.

FIG. 13 ′ shows a modification of FIG. 11 ′ in which the short sides of the plate 13 ′ have an internal rim 21 ′ which folds from the lower end from the side upwards. The slot 16 ′ being produced in the side and also in the internal rim 21 ′. During assembly, the internal flange 21 ′ is pressed against the bulge 9 ′ of the jumper 8 ′.
