Abstract
Le dispositif d'affichage à cristaux liquides comprend une pluralité de régions de pixels (P11), une pluralité de premières électrodes et de secondes électrodes pour former un champ électrique horizontal, une pluralité de lignes de grille (G11∼G1n) sur le premier substrat le long d'une direction horizontale afin de fournir des signaux de balayage aux régions de pixels, une pluralité de lignes de données (D11∼D1m) le long d'une direction longitudinale afin de fournir des informations d'image aux régions de pixels, et une pluralité de transistors en couche mince (TFT11).Selon l'invention, l'électrode de grille de chacun des transistors en couche mince prévus au niveau des régions de pixels d'une unité de ligne est alternativement reliée à une ligne de grille N et à une ligne de grille N+1.Dispositif et procédé permettant d'augmenter la différence de tension fournie à un dispositif LCD même si la tension fournie au matériau cristallin liquide est relativement basse, minimisant la consommation d'énergie.
