Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire une substance cible (L-lysine) au moyen d'un micro-organisme qui comprend la culture d'une bactérie du genre Escherichia dans un milieu pour produire et accumuler la substance cible dans le milieu ou les cellules bactériennes et la collecte de la substance cible, où la bactérie utilisée est de préférence une souche dans le chromosome de laquelle le gène fis est détruit (souche WC196Δfis) de sorte que la protéine FIS n'est pas fonctionnelle dans les cellules bactériennes.
