 The present invention relates to a filling element fixing system, and in particular solid or glazed facings. The present invention relates more particularly to removable partitions, in particular for interior fittings of premises.

 A known means of fixing facings is gluing or screwing. This however excludes frequent and easy disassembly, and limits the modularity of the system. Another known means is to associate a receiving frame, such as a profile adapted to receive the facing, and to fix the facing or facing part on this frame by means of a covering element, which covers the junctions between the different facing parts. This implementation removes its character of continuity to the facings, and therefore has a relatively unattractive appearance. In addition, the functionality and modularity of the system is not optimal.

 Documents CH-455 210, DE-92 08 252, EP-0 415 201, FR-2 319 176 and CH-679 054 describe systems for fixing wall parts to receiving structures. None of these systems is adaptable for fixing removable partitions intended for interior fittings of premises. Furthermore, the combination of easy disassembly, high functionality and modularity and a pleasing aesthetic appearance is not achieved by any known device, in particular those described in the documents above.

 The object of the present invention is to provide a fixing system which does not reproduce the abovementioned drawbacks.

 The object of the present invention is in particular to provide a system for fixing filling elements, in particular solid or glazed facings, which is functional, modular, easily removable and aesthetic.

 The present invention also aims to provide such a fastening system which is simple and inexpensive to manufacture and assemble.

 The present invention therefore relates to a filling element fixing system, comprising at least one receiving profile, at least one filling part intended to be received on said receiving profile and at least one fixing element, in which, after fixing, the external surfaces of said at least one filling portion and of said at least one receiving section are substantially in the

 Figures 1 to 4 show a first embodiment of the present invention. According to this embodiment, the filling element fixing system comprises at least one receiving section 10 and at least one filling section 20 intended to be received on said receiving section 10. Advantageously, as shown in the drawings, the section receiver 10 separates two filling parts 20. The receiver section 10 is fixed by any means, for example by screwing or gluing, on any support (specific metal framework, or any other suitable type of support).  According to the invention, after fixing, the external surface 21 of the filling part or parts 20 is substantially aligned with the external surface 11 of said receiving section 10. In other words, after fixing, the filling part or parts 20 are put exposed with the receiving section 10, so that there is substantially no allowance between these two components of the fixing system. This means that only the fixing element 30 protrudes with respect to the plane defined by the filling part or parts 20. This fixing element being a local fixing element, that is to say not extending over the entire junction between the filling parts and the receiving profile, the system once assembled therefore provides a substantially smooth plane in which the filling parts 20 are separated by said receiving profile, without there being any parts protruding other than the fasteners. Of course, a very small offset, of the order of a millimeter, is also covered by the present invention, the main thing being that the external appearance of the partition is substantially smooth.

 Preferably, the receiving section 10 comprises a functional rail 15 intended to receive said fixing element 30 as will be described below. This rail 15 is preferably provided with a central groove 16 intended more particularly for fixing the fixing element 30 in said receiving section 10. With particular reference to FIGS. 1 to 4, it can be seen that the receiving section 10 can be screwed, by means of a screw 5, onto a support frame 1. The filling parts 20 are then arranged in the rebates 12 of said receiving section 10, with possibly the interposition of a seal 25 when it is a question of of glass facing parts (Figure 2). The fixing element 30 is then fixed inside the rail 15 of the receiving profile 10 to fix the filling parts 20 on said receiving profile 10.

 Referring to Figure 1, the filling parts 20 have substantially the same thickness as the rebate 12 of the receiving section 10.  said filling parts 20 and said receiving section 10. After fixing, the filling parts 20 are therefore separated from each other by said receiving section 10, and in particular by said rail 15. This rail 15 can then be advantageously used for receiving accessories, such as for example signage, switches, lighting, coat hooks, blinds, shelves, etc. As a variant, as will be described later with reference to FIGS. 7 to 10, these same accessories can also be fixed on the fixing element 30, rather than in the receiving section 10.

 FIGS. 3 to 6 represent two different embodiments of the fixing element 30.

 According to the first alternative embodiment, represented in FIGS. 3 and 4, the fixing element 30 comprises an external member 31, generally called a key, this key 31 being manipulated to effect the fixing and / or the removal of the element of fixation. Advantageously, this fixing and / or this removal is carried out by means of a specific tool 40, which, as shown in FIG. 3, can include pins inserted in said key 31. The use of a specific tool allows a maximum tightening and perpetuation of the fixing, said mounting being possible only with the use of the same specific tool, which avoids any undesired disassembly.

The fastening element 30 further comprises a clamp 36 which is adapted to cooperate with the rail 15 of the receiving section 10 by rotation, in particular by quarter turn. More specifically, this clamp 36 is positioned inside the groove 16 provided at the bottom of said rail 15. This clamp 36 can advantageously be connected to said key 31 by threading so that the rotation of the key 31 not only achieves the fixing the clamp in the groove 16 of the receiving section, but also tightening the key 31 on the receiving section and the filling parts 20 positioned in the rebates 12, to ensure a solid fixing of the system. The fixing element 30 further comprises a plate 33 interposed between the clamp 36 and the key 31. The pivot connection between the key 31 and the plate 33 is advantageously maintained by a circlip 35 which cooperates with a groove or groove 38 produced on the key 31.  At the time of fixing, the fixing element 30 progressively penetrates into the receiving profile 10 and presses, via the plate 33, the filling parts 20 in the rebates 12 of the receiving profile 10. The junction between the parts filling 20, the receiving section 10 and the plate 33 can be produced by an O-ring 34 which is crushed under the clamping force while protecting the visible faces of the filling parts 20. A suitable bore can be provided in the plate 33 to absorb this compression. Advantageously, positioning means 39, which can be produced in the form of a positioning stop, can be integrated in the plate 33 to ensure a natural position of the fixing element 30 on the receiving section 10 at the time of maximum tightening. .

 By way of example, the fastening element 30 can have dimensions of the order of 3.4 cm as regards the sides of a square in which the plate 33 is inscribed, and a height of 2.5 cm, formed by the thickness of the plate 33 and the key 31. The height of the rabbet 12 of the receiving section 10 can be approximately 1.3 cm and the rebate grip can be equal to 0.8 cm. Of course, these dimensional values are given here only by way of example and other dimensions could be envisaged.

 The fastening element 30 of the present invention thus constitutes a pivot connection with progressive tightening and is equipped with a rubber shock-absorbing seal.

The fixing system is therefore easy to set up and remove, without risking damage to the filling parts (solid or glazed facing), and provides great functionality and modularity. In fact, the fixing element can be fixed at any desired location on the receiving profile, and any number of fixing elements 30 can be fixed in the same receiving profile 10.

Advantageously, as shown with reference to FIGS. 11 and 12, the system can include at least one vertical receiving section 10a and at least one horizontal receiving section 10b. In this case, the vertical profile 10a is preferably continuous, and the horizontal profile 10b is interrupted by said vertical receiving profile 10a.  can be used. As shown in FIG. 12, a fastening element 30 can be fixed at each intersection of a vertical receiving section 10a and a horizontal receiving section 10b. The installation of such a fastening element 30 advantageously hides the discontinuity of the horizontal receiving profile, which improves the aesthetic appearance.

 Figures 5 and 6 show a second alternative embodiment of the fixing element. The fastening element 30 according to this second embodiment differs from the first embodiment described above in that the fastening is not carried out by a clamp cooperating with the groove 16 of the receiving profile rail 15, but by screwing by means of a screw 37 adapted to be fixed in said receiving section 10. In this case, the screw pierces the bottom of the rail 15 of the receiving section.

 The external appearance of the fastening system is not modified in this second variant embodiment, the filling parts 20 always being exposed with the receiving section 10 and the fastening elements 30 forming distinct projecting elements located in the assembled partition.

 Figures 7 to 10 show, on the upper side, different shapes of the fastening element 30, and in particular of the key 31, showing that the aesthetics can be chosen as desired depending on the site provided, and on the lower side , various accessories 50 which can be fixed on the fixing element 30. These accessories 50, which can be of any kind, can either be produced by a specific form of the key 31, as visible in FIGS. 7 and 8 , or cooperate with the key 31 as described above, as shown in Figures 9 and 10. For example, Figure 7 shows a socket for fixing a light and, Figure 8 shows a switch. The electrical connections connecting said accessories to the power supply can be hidden inside the receiving profile, which also promotes the aesthetic appearance of the system. Of course, these accessories could also be fixed directly in the rail 15 of the receiving section 10, as specified above. The present invention therefore provides a fastening system allowing, by a punctual, secure and removable support of one or more fastening elements, to maintain fillings on the receiving framework, while leaving a useful rail for the accessorisation of the partition.

 Although the invention has been described with reference to various alternative embodiments thereof, it is understood that it is not limited to the examples shown, but that on the contrary a person skilled in the art can make any useful modification to it without departing from the scope of the present invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (15)

Claims: 1. - Filling element fixing system, comprising at least one receiving section (10), at least one filling part (20) intended to be received on said receiving section (10), and at least one element fixing (30), characterized in that after fixing, the external surfaces (21, 11) of said at least one filling part (20) and of said at least one receiving section (10) are substantially in the same plane, so that only said at least one fixing element (30) projects relative to the plane defined by said at least one filling part (20).
