PRIOR TECHNIQUES - The existing above-ground pools are all of the same type: metal or plastic panels, fixed, with fragile fastening systems and frames, requiring strong struts.

 - Their general appearance is almost the same for all: very unattractive, no innovations in forms, systems, or materials.

 - They have neither bottom drain nor surface skimmer, so the filtration of bathing water is not satisfactory.

 - It does not have a technical room: the filter and the pipes thus remaining dispersed, without shelter or protection, around the basin, which is at the same time, unsightly, impractical, and dangerous.

SOLUTIONS PROVIDED
The invention overcomes these problems, as follows: - The structure of our swimming pools is based on a system of hinged panels. They are therefore modular and expandable, and can be mounted in different shapes and sizes.

 - They are made of different materials (wood, steel, aluminum metal or plastic) offering a wide choice of new designs with a more pleasant aesthetic.
