Abstract

The soap support is constituted from an assembly of movable parts held together by a frame (1) fitted with a base (2) and two parallel arms (4,5) in its upper part. The arms support a soap container (6) and a soap pushbutton (7). The two movable parts are coupled together by an articulation (17,18,19) so that they can move simultaneously and in the opposite direction one to the other so as to combine their effects to place the soap in the palm of the user's hand.

Description

Holder for dry soap and soap.

  The present invention relates to a device intended to fulfill the function of a soap holder

  and equipped with a mechanism to facilitate gripping.

  Most existing soap holders do not always allow the soap to drip and dry as quickly as the user would like; and when these are equipped with devices to facilitate the gripping of the soap, they do not always make it possible to collect the drip liquid coming from the soap and to keep it in a removable and appropriately drainable container. Sometimes they even pour out the dripping liquid

  in the user's hand, or drop the liquid on the floor.

The invention described consists of a set of elements joined together by a rigid frame (1). This frame (1) has at its base a shape (2) adapted to serve as a base so that it can be placed on a horizontal plane. The rigid frame (1) also has holes (3) in its middle part to allow it to be fixed against a vertical panel. The invention can operate in

  being either placed on a plane, or fixed against a wall.

  The rigid frame (1) has in its upper part two parallel arms (4 and 5) supporting the movable parts of the invention which are a receptacle (6) for soap and a

soap bar pusher (7).

  According to the embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 3, the pusher (7) with soap is in the form of a pallet

  having a scraper appearance positioned above the soap receptacle (6).

  According to the embodiment of FIG. 2, the soap pusher (7) is in the form of a comb comprising teeth (24) which pass through the soap receptacle (6) from below.

  The two lifting arms (4 and 5) are arranged face to face, symmetrically on either side of the support (I); they each have two circular holes (8,9 and 10,11) inside which are housed cylindrical pins (12,13 and 14,15) serving as fixing and axis of

  The mobile parts that are the soap receptacle (6) and the soap pusher (7) disposed between the lifting arms (4 and 5) are mechanically coupled together by means of an articulation device. According to two embodiments shown in Figures I and 2 the device consists of one side by the bent extension (16) of one of the part of the receptacle (6) with soap by which it is suspended and to which is fixed a pin (17 ) and on the other side by the bent extension of one of the parts (18) of the soap pusher (7) by which it is suspended comprising an opening (19) at its end inside which penetrates the spindle ( 17), thus forming a sliding articulation allowing mechanical coupling between the receptacle (6) and the pusher (7). According to an embodiment represented by FIG. 3, the articulation device is constituted on one side by the bent extension (16) of one of the parts of the receptacle (6) by which it is suspended ending in a toothed part (25 ) as a portion of a gear. And on the other side by the bent extension (18) of one of the parts of the pusher (7) by which it is suspended also ending in a toothed part (26) like a gear portion whose teeth are interposed between the teeth of the other toothed part (25) thus forming a

mechanical coupling.

  The articulation device is used to transmit the movement of the soap receptacle (6) to the soap pusher (7) so that each can move simultaneously in opposite directions relative to each other. When the soap receptacle (6) is actuated by a thrust applied against its front part (20) in the form of a bearing surface, the latter recedes while tilting forward so as to predispose the soap (23) to fall forward; simultaneously, the soap bar pusher (7) moves forward takes off and propels the soap bar (23) out of the receptacle to the palm of the user's hand. Three stages in the course of this operation are shown in Figures 4,5,6 according to the embodiment of Figure I and in Figures 7,8,9 according to the embodiment of Figure 2 and by

  Figures 10,11,12 according to the embodiment of Figure 3.

  The soap receptacle (6) has a set of openings (21) provided for letting the dripping liquid flow from the soap redeposited in the receptacle (6)

after use.

  The openings (21) in the soap receptacle (6) are of sufficient size and number to allow good ventilation of the soap so that it can

  dry completely if the conditions of use allow it.

  Below the soap receptacle (6) is a removable container (22) which has the function of recovering the liquid from the soap and keeping it until

the user decides to empty it.

  The distance between the soap receptacle (6) and the removable container (22) is such that it prevents the soap as directly as possible from being influenced by

  fumes from the drip liquid below.

  1) Device for storing a soap or a bar of soap and depositing them in the palm of the hand of the user who operates it, characterized in that it comprises a mobile receptacle (6) suspended and articulated on the arms (4, 5) of a frame (1) by means of cylindrical pins (12, 14) which are fixed thereto and which penetrate into the circular holes (8, 10) of the arms (4, 5) of the frame (1 ), said receptacle (6) is mechanically coupled to a pusher (7) by means of a joint (17, 19 or 25, 26) so that these two mobile elements are forced to move simultaneously and in opposite direction one with respect to   the other, when operated by the user.   2) Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the pusher (7) is suspended and articulated on the arms (4, 5) of the frame (1) by means of cylindrical pins (13,) which are fixed to it and which penetrate into the circular holes (9, 11) of the arms (4, 5) of the frame (1).   3) Device according to claim I characterized in that the mechanical coupling between the receptacle (6) and the pusher (7) is effected by means of a pin (17) fixed on an extension (16) of the receptacle (6 ), which enters an opening (19) located in the extension (18) of the pusher (7).   4) Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the mechanical coupling between the receptacle (6) and the pusher (7) is effected by a toothed part (25) located at the end of the extension (16) of the receptacle (6) which interpenetrates and meshes in another toothed part   (26) located at the end of the extension (18) of the pusher (7).   ) Device according to claims 1 and 2 characterized in that the pusher (7) is shaped   pallet having a scraper appearance positioned above the receptacle (6). 6 2792814   6) Device according to claims I and 2 characterized in that the pusher (7) is shaped   comb comprising teeth (24) which pass through the receptacle (6) from below   penetrating through the openings (21).
