Abstract

The method involves placing shaped cladding elements (2) to define a volume at the base of a wall (1) which is then filled. The cladding elements are tubular with lower surfaces (4) which contact the ground and rear faces (5) which touch the wall. In the area (17) under the cladding, a number of anchoring rods (6) are partially buried and their exposed parts are coated with adhesive. The base of each element is fitted over the rods before the filling is poured. Preferably the open ends (2A) of adjacent elements are mechanically joined (7).
